Hello, and welcome to today’s episode. Are you struggling to find the right people for your network marketing business? In today’s episode, I’m gonna be giving you three proven ways to find more people, and not just more people, but the right people for your network marketing business using social media if we’re meeting for the first time. My name is Carrie Hiam. I am one of the beach boss influencers, and here at Beach Boss Influencers, we help network marketers like you make more money and less time leveraging, uh, social media and automation. So when it comes to the three proven ways, there’s kind of a caveat, and that is anytime we’re trying to find the right PE person for our business, we first need to identify who that person is before we can use the three ways that I’m gonna talk about. And we have talked about ways to discover who your avatar is, how to, um, identify, you know, what interests they, uh, they’re a part of, what gurus they follow, what products they’ve tried in the past.

If you go back to previous episodes, you can find exactly how to do that. And I don’t wanna spend this per, uh, particular video talking about that. I wanna talk about after that, after we’ve identified who they are, what, how are, what are the three ways that we’re able to find them. So the first way that I wanna talk about is search engine optimization. And that is on specific, the specific platforms of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. So when we’re talking about SEO or that search engine optimization, it is a network marketer’s dream. Okay? So after you’ve identified who your perfect prospect is, and the easiest way to do this is by thinking like, who are you? Who were you before you found your product, your opportunity, your service, whatever it is that you’re promoting, you’re gonna go to Google. And when you go to Google, you’re gonna be able to ident.
You can ask Google, right? Like if, if you go to Google and you’re like, who are gurus that you know, people in weight loss follow, or who are, um, what are certain products that are trending right now that influencers are promoting in my particular niche? So we go to YouTube and we do all of that market research about who our perfect prospect is. Then we get to go to Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, and we create content that is all about keywords that our avatar, our perfect prospect that we’re looking for, the right people that we’re looking for are searching on those platforms. So when you think about YouTube, usually when you go to YouTube, you’ll type in how to blank, right? Or you’re actually searching and looking for a specific piece of content. The great thing about this, and what I love is that meta has adopted this inside Facebook and Instagram
Is when you can identify what are those keywords? What’s the language? What are the specific pains and problems that my perfect prospect is, um, going through? What are their dreams and desires? And you start creating value-based content around helping them in those areas. You become attractive. You become that a, that authority figure. You become that person of influence that they start to follow, they hit follow, they hit, like your content continues to be put in front of them. And I’m telling you, if you’re not leveraging micro content like reels and to like put yourself in front of your perfect prospects, you are missing out on a gold mind of your perfect prospects that find you based on the value that you provide. So that’s the first proven way. And we have other videos that, you know, dive deep into how to do real and all of that inside the Beach Bus Influencers community.

Now, the second way that’s proven that you can find the perfect pros, your perfect prospects, the right people for your opportunity is through hashtags on TikTok. Okay? So TikTok, rather than being SEO at this point in time, it uses hashtags that people have shown interest in to continue to put content in front of them. So something you need to understand about all social media platforms is they care about the user experience. So they use data as you are searching on, you know, uh, other platforms as you are, as you show interest, as you like content on different platforms, they use that data and they share that data to be able to put more of the right content, the content that you like in front of you.

So when you are on TikTok, if you start to show interest in a specific hashtag, TikTok is going to put more of that content based on that hashtag in front of you. So how do we use this as network marketers? Well, a big pitfall that I see a lot of people making on TikTok is they go on TikTok and they sell, sell, sell. Now, while TikTok is a platform that you can make income, like you can sell your product right away, it’s proven that you can do that. If you are not sprinkling value-based content in between all your selling videos, you might have a video that goes viral, you might get a lot of followers off of that video. But if all you’re doing is selling, selling, selling, selling, your followers are gonna start to unfollow. The people that watched your content are no longer gonna be interested in watching your content, and you’re going to lose momentum on the platform.

So what you wanna do is, yes, use hashtags that are going to be, that are specific to your niche, specific to your company, specific to your specific to your service, whatever it is that you’re promoting. And in between those videos that you create that are all about your company, you need to be sprinkling value-based content, lifestyle content, trendings. When you do that, you again attract those right people for your business. The last way that you can find that I wanna talk about on this video, the third way on proven on how you can connect with and start to connect with more of the right people for your network marketing business is through Facebook groups. So like we’ve talked about after we’ve identified who our perfect prospect is, if we go to Google and we can even type in, you know, like who’s that? Who are the gurus that people who my niche are following?

If we can, if we go to Facebook and we search in Facebook for, you know, that’s whatever Google pulled up off of our market research, right? We ask the question, who are the gurus? What are the products they’re using? Who are the influencers they’re following? We do all of that research. We then take that and we plug it in to the search bar on Facebook and we hit groups. You will have hundreds of groups that you can start to go through and start to connect with your perfect prospects. All right? Now, inside, now we’re not going into these groups just friending everybody that’s in the group. That’s not what this is about. This is about, you know, providing value, sharing testimonials, building up the community that you’re a part of, that group that you’re a part of, and then connecting with the right people that comment on your stuff.

You comment on their stuff, you’re building real genuine connections. And then that’s when the friend request, that’s when the followers start to pour in. Now, you can do all of this work, okay? I mean, you can be using SEO and putting out the value-based content on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You can be doing the hashtags and you know, building up building on TikTok. You can be connecting with people in Facebook groups, but all of this is for nothing if you don’t have a place to funnel them, right? We can be connecting with people all the day long, but if we don’t have a way, a place to put them, that is gonna do the hard selling for us and a way to automatically follow up with those people, it ends up being, it can all, it can end up, uh, being all for nothing. So my last tip that I wanna give you is to have a place to funnel, to funnel them so that you can sell them so that they’re being automatically followed up with.

The best place that I’ve personally found that the Beach Boss influencers have personally found as of this video is to have a Facebook group, your own personal Facebook group that you can plug people into to get more information about your products, to get more information about how they can work with you. And through this Facebook group, you can do hard selling. It’s okay to have posts in there that are talking about your company, that are talking about your products, that are sharing testimonials of people that are getting results. When you do this, you create the momentum, you create the excitement for people to wanna work with you.
