Five Ways To Grow Your Business For Busy Moms

Adrian Lindeen

The best thing you can do in building your business is to build a business that you want and love

I wanted to be able to be my own boss, to be in charge of my own schedule so that I could be more present and focused as a Mom

I am guilty of being that Mom that had her face buried in her phone while attending an event or game.

But once I started implementing these tips into my business I was able to still grow a thriving business and be present for my kids.

CREATE A SCHEDULE

So the first thing you want to do is identify how much time do you have each day to work on your business.

Go through and schedule your calendar with all the things that are happening in the week.

This will help you identify gaps in your day, pockets of time, where you can work on your business.

And then you build your business in those pockets of time.

PLAN AHEAD

Once you have your schedule laid out, you are going to want to plan ahead as best you can.

You want to plan ahead on those busy days or weeks.

For me, there are some weeks where we have tournaments that take two full days of my weekend.

So if I am trying to build my business between all of that craziness, I am going to feel overwhelmed

I am going to be running around and nothing is actually going to get done for my business.

So if you know you are going to be busy, you can take time when you are not and build all your content for that week.

You can pre-record any videos, build out posts, and create graphics.

So all you need to do is literally plug it in to your social media outlets and go.

NEVER STOP BUILDING YOUR AUDIENCE

This is probably the most important piece, focusing on growing your network daily.

That means connecting with new people on social media.

Sometimes we get stuck talking to the same people month after month after month.

And when those people aren't a fit, or they don't respond, you are stuck with no one to talk to.

If we are adding new people and connecting with new people every single day, over the course of 30 days, you could have added a hundred new friends.

You could have expanded your network and your audience by a hundred people.

That is huge, because those people are now focused on what they see on your social media.

And you are warming them up and building a connection with them.

BE CONSISTENT

You need to show up consistently on social media.

That's why it is so important to plan ahead. So that way you don't go a week or two and you haven't posted anything.

If you aren't posting consistently it is hard for people to connect with you and for you to build that relationship with the know, like, and trust. It also hurts your algorithm on social media.

If there is no way you are going to be able to go live or post, have a plan in place.

Planning ahead will help you stay consistent. You want to be consistently showing up for your audience.

Because that's how they get to know you, how they relate with you, that's how you build that relationship of know, like, and trust.

People buy from people that they know, like, and trust.

FOCUS ON VIDEO MARKETING

This is huge. Video has always been the best way to grow your network.

You can get multiple things done with one action of creating a live video.

You can grow your audience. You can get in front of people to build that know, like, and trust.

If they can relate to you, see your personality, it helps to build that relationship and take someone from cold to warm to hot.

You can do this by creating Facebook stories, Reels, and TikTok videos.

All it takes is about 7-15 seconds of video to be able to grow your network.

YOU CAN DO IT TOO

This has been the best way for me to grow a thriving business, multiple six and seven figure businesses, all on social media, all while being a busy Mom.

So by being able to identify where my time is, planning ahead, focusing on growing my audience every single day, showing up consistently, and being able to use short video marketing I have been able to get in front of the right people and build that relationship with them.

This is a game changer, and you can do it too.

Hey there and welcome to today’s training. I’m Adrian linine, I’m one of the co-founders of beach bus influencers. And today I’m gonna be talking about five ways to grow your business for busy moms. Okay. And if you’re a busy mom, like I am right, running around doing all the things, uh, being a taxi for, you know, your little monsters, uh, going from one field to another field, to practices, to games, to whatever that looks like. Okay. Um, then I’m gonna give you five tips on how you could build your business still. Um, even when life is crazy and busy. Okay. So let me know if you’re watching, uh, if you are a busy mom, right. Go ahead and drop it down below. Uh, I’d love to know. Um, and so here we go. My first tip here for being able to build the business that you want and love, because that’s what I got started in this industry for.

I wanted to be able to be my own boss, be in charge of my own schedule and be more present so that when I am, um, at my kids’ events, right. Uh, doing all the busy mom things, I am totally focused in on what they’re doing instead of trying to build my business, uh, while, uh, I’m at one of their events. Okay. And have my kids kind of like mom, your face was in your phone the whole time you weren’t even watching. I was definitely guilty of that years ago. Alright. But once I started implementing some of these tips into my business, I was able to still grow a thriving business and be fully present for my kids. So the first thing is, is you wanna identify how much time do you have each day to work on your business? Okay. So once you’re able to go through and schedule into your calendar, um, you know, all the things that are happening in the week, you can identify the gaps in your day, pockets of time, where you can, uh, build your business in those pockets of time.

Now, once you’ve done that, the second thing is gonna be, you want to plan ahead? Okay. You wanna plan ahead for those busy days, those busy weeks. Um, for me, myself, there are weeks where there’s just practices. And then we have tournaments on the weekends that take up two full days of my weekend. So if I’m, you know, trying to build my business in between of all that craziness, I’m gonna feel overwhelmed, right? I’m gonna feel like I’m running around like a chicken with my head cut off and nothing is gonna get done in my business. So once you’ve identified your time and you’re like, man, I have no time this week. It’s one of those things where I have multiple kids, I’m being pulled in different directions, involved in all these things you can plan ahead, which means you can build your content. You can take a day and build all your content for the week. You can pre-record any videos that you’re gonna create for your video marketing, um, and get all that done ahead of time. So all you need to do is literally plug it in, uh, to your social media outlets. And you are staying plugged in continuing to move that business forward, even as you go and do all the things with your family and your kids. Right? The third thing is, and this is probably the most important thing that people, um, I wanna say don’t focus on the most, right? Is focus on growing your network daily. Okay. That means adding and connecting with new people on social media. All right. Sometimes we get stuck talking to the same people month after month after month.

And when those people aren’t a fit or they don’t respond, we’re stuck, you know, with no one to talk to. So if we are adding new people and connecting with new people every single day, over time, over the course of 30 days, you could have added, you know, a hundred new friends. You could have expanded your network and your audience by a hundred people, right. That is huge because those people are now focused on what they see, uh, uh, on your social media. Right? And they’re, you’re warming them up. You’re warming them up and building the connection with them. Okay. The fourth thing is you wanna show up consistently on social media. That’s why I said, it’s so important to plan ahead. If you know, you’re gonna be busy, okay. Plan ahead. So that you don’t go a week or two, and you haven’t posted anything on social media.

Not only is that, uh, hard for people to connect with you and for you to build that relationship that like no and trust which builds influence, but it also hurts your algorithm on social media. Okay. So being consistent right. Is gonna be a huge benefit for you and your business. So if you have a plan and you know, there’s no way I’m gonna be able to post or go live or, or create videos, whatever that looks like you take a day or two and you plan ahead. You can even plan ahead for two to three days. If you don’t have time to plan ahead for the week, but that way you have the ease of knowing it’s done. All I have to do is post it. It will help you to stay consistent and you wanna be consistent. You want to be showing up, you want your audience and your network, especially if you’re connecting with new people and you’re growing that network to see you every single day. Because again, that’s how they get to know who you are, right? That’s how they start to engage on your content, relate with you, build that relationship and build that influence. Okay. People buy from people that they know like and trust and people join people, uh, who they know like and trust. Okay. All right. Now the fifth thing, my fifth thing is to focus on video marketing. Okay. This is huge. It’s it’s, it’s live. Video has always been the best way to grow your network. Okay? You can get multiple things done with one action of creating a live video. You can grow your audience. You can get in front of people, build that relationship with them, um, get people to, uh, see who you are, right. If they can relate to you, they hear your tone and tone your tonality, right? See your personality. It helps to build that relationship and take someone from cold to warm, to hot, right?

So you can do this by creating Facebook stories, uh, Facebook reels, Instagram reels, and tos. Okay. TikTok videos. And by the way, it takes about seven seconds. seven to 15 seconds of video to be able to, uh, grow your network, build that in info or that, uh, relationship with those people and get people to move on to the next thing. Meaning if you put in a call to action, right. Of what you want them to do, they’re gonna go take that action because they’ve been seeing you show up consistently, they’re getting to know you better, right? And they’re going to then pull the trigger. Right? This has been the best way for me to grow a thriving business, a six and multiple seven figure business, all on social media while being a busy, busy mom. I have two kids that are fully involved in sports year round, and I’m also still involved in sports.

I play tennis and golf, um, with friends I’m, you know, in a community of people, um, also building a business as well. And so by being able to identify my time where my time is, plan ahead, okay. Focusing on growing my audience every single day, showing up consistently and being able to use short video, video marketing, to be able to pour fuel on the fire, right. And really be able to get in front of the right people, build that relationship with them and enroll them into my team, or enroll them as a customer. This is gonna be a game changer for you and your business. So I hope this was valuable. If you are wanting to grow your business more on social media, um, and be able to ditch all the spammy tactics and build your business with ease, go ahead and grab the link below or above and we will see you next time.
