All right. Hello everyone. My name is Katt Nikko, and today we’re going to talk about how to skyrocket your team by using this one simple duplication hack. So stop chasing friends and family burn that dreaded list of hundred people because we going to teach you here how to attract the right people and stop chasing those that not interested for the most part. So let’s get started. And I want to ask you a question. Can you relate to the fact that sometimes you recruit a team member, maybe even several team members, and they seem super excited in the beginning, but then it’s like a revolving door.
They drop out like flies, they leave almost as soon as you enroll them. It’s like they join witness protection program. Where did they go? They were so excited a month ago or a few months ago and now you can’t even remember their name. Right? Happens to all of us and you won’t believe how many network marketers struggle with the same problem. So if you are struggling with it, you’re not alone. And very often we recruit people and we just can’t keep up. It seems like we have to keep recruiting because they keep quitting very quickly. Well, why is that? Right? Probably one of the main, there’s several reasons, but one of the main reason is that first of all, they think, well, it’s too hard. I can’t do it. I can’t do what you do, right? Have you heard it before? Coming from your newly recruits, I can’t do what you do.
It’s too much or it’s too complicated. I don’t have time. Suddenly they start coming up with excuses instead of being excited and wanting to do the work. So today I’m going to share with you one simple hack, or we call it duplication hack because you probably already guessing that the secret is in duplication. And this duplication has to be super simple, not complicated at all, so people can duplicate it quickly, create momentum not only in their organization, which is your organization as well, and help their people to create that momentum and explode. I call it like a wildfire. Probably not the best comparison at the moment right now, but they’re just what I could come up with. So what is this hack? What is this duplication hack? Well, there’s actually four steps, but there’s super simple. So step number one, and if you’ve been following us for a while, you probably already heard it from us, that stop recruiting everyone in anyone.
And it might actually go against what your upline is preaching because they tell you everyone is your prospect. Don’t prejudge approach everyone. You never know. Maybe now they’re lazy and tomorrow they’re going to get inspired and crush it. You never know where’s your next superstar comes from, but what data shows, what experience shows that majority of the time we get bunch of customers, which is great. Nothing wrong with having a lot of customers. And then we taught to convert those happy customers into team members and actually they end up not doing the work. They join for the discount. They join to be part of this fun environment, connect with people, but they actually don’t want to do the work or they don’t have the skills to do the work. And usually they become monkeys on your back that you have to drag along and you feel like you have a team, but you don’t have results with that team, right?
So many network marketers can relate to that problem. So if step number one, stop recruiting everyone and anyone, you don’t need monkeys on your back, who you need to recruit is people who actually willing to do the work, and we call them your perfect prospects. Those people actually exist and you are probably one of them. As a matter of fact, we enroll about a hundred new team members, students into our high level academy program. They’re all those driven people who want to do the work, who know what it takes to be successful. They’re driven, they’re motivated. You don’t need to babysit them. That’s probably what kind of people you want to work with. So that’s kind of people you need to be after to build your team, not everyone and anyone. I hope that makes sense. And if you’re someone like, oh my gosh, I don’t even know where to start.

So step number two of that magic duplication hack is create momentum for your people. Those newbies who just enroll, you need to help them to get results quickly, and it has to be super simple and not complicated at all. Who can relate to the fact that probably happened to you as well? You got enrolled into your company and they send you a whole gazillion of videos that could be somewhere between five minutes to two hours long about compensation plan, about science, about the products. What if you have 500 products, different products, and you start feeling like you need to know everything about everything before moving forward and you actually felt paralyzed because first of all, you didn’t know where to get started. And then when you do get started, there’s so many directions and there’s so many things that need to be completed before you feel like you know what you’re doing. And we get paralyzed and we don’t take any action because it’s complicated. So what you need to do, you need to help your team members to get results quickly, and that’s something we teach our students and we call it fast. I have to look at my notes, fast start guides. My brain is actually totally mushed this week. We just finished one of the most incredible workshops with our students that lasted three days. And like I said, my brain is still under that high performance situation and needs some rest.
So fast start guide, how might it look like? What needs to be there? No compensation plan and no products, description of science, what needs to be there, especially if you’re teaching them how to build on social media. And they might even not been on social media that much or been on social media, but have no idea how to use it effectively as a business tool. So first step is could be as simple as clean up your profile. What does it mean? Remove all the junky posts that they posted about, I don’t know, shared about some political stuff or shared something from everywhere. I know people who always share stuff from everywhere without even showing their face. So you need to explain to them that Facebook is all about connecting with people and seeing what they’re all about and how they look like. So help them to create couple personal posts that will help them be more personal and clean up any junk that it’s spammy, salesy, and usually repels people rather than attract.
So step number one in that fast start guide, clean up your profile. Step number two could be, especially if they were not very active recently or at all, is wake up your algorithm as simple as engagement question, can wake up people that’s been following them for years and forgot that they existed. And after that you need to help them to get customers by creating a curiosity post and giving them that post and saying, Hey, you can post this so people can actually reach out to you for more information. The best part about this post is they don’t have to wait until they get their products, until they tried a whole 500 of them. And until they get results four months later or not at all, they can use this post even while they’re waiting for their products to arrive. The excitement keeps going, right? It never ends.
And then after that, step number three, step number four, you will need to help them to recruit team members. Here’s the kick. They don’t need to know about your perfect prospect avatar and your target market and where to find the right people in the beginning when you get started and they get started. It’s totally okay to tap into your war market, right? Your war market. It’s people who already know you, like you and trust you, and usually it’s your friends and family. But here’s the huge difference in traditional network marketing. They tell you make a list of all of your friends and family. The more the better list of a hundred, make a list of a list of whatever and go over that list until you reach everyone. No, no one wants to do that. That’s how you’re going to kill that momentum, not only for your business and theirs as well.
We call it the dreaded list. No one wants to do that anymore. There are more effective ways to build your business. And what we mean by saying, tap into your war market and friends and family, as simple as pick three to five people who are those already badass rock stars that you would love to work with? It could be someone as simple as your sister if you’re very close and do a lot of things together. And she will be really mad if you don’t invite her to check out what you just got started. Could be someone, your best friend, your whatever, three to five people that you want to share this exciting opportunity with. And usually we as an upline help our newbies to launch that special event where they can invite very few people. And very often, 80 to 90% of those people do enroll.
So imagine they’ve been in the business for maybe just three days a week maximum, and they already got five customers and maybe two team members. How exciting that is. So when you help your people to create results fast, not only they build that belief, that confidence, that they actually can do it. They can do it together with you, and it’s actually simple. So this is the key to this duplication hack that it has to be silly, silly, simple, so simple that a kindergartner can do it. So I hope you got some golden nuggets out of this conversation. So it might sound like I just blurred onto you a lot of information and I kind of did in the 10 minutes to tell you the truth. I’m a nobody right now who will want to join me. And we wait until the time is right, until we feel ready, until kids go back to school. Well, guess what? Later never comes. And second, you will never feel ready. So you’ll never start doing it. So I’m giving you permission. Even if you don’t feel ready, even if you don’t have even one single person on your team and you are nobody in the industry, you still can attract those badass team members to you. So you got my permission. Don’t wait until you’re ready or until you have something to do. The leader work, right? It’s inside job and you already that leader. I hope you now understand what needs to happen for you to create momentum and get results for you new team members quickly, especially if they’re not technology savvy, if they’re new to influence marketing, if they’re new to network marketing. So it has to be simple and it has to be very duplicatable. And those four steps, it’s like four golden steps to your success.
