Personal profile
Post only once or twice. Make sure to spread your posts 8-12 hours apart. If a previous post is still getting engagement, don’t post anything until it fades away.

Post 3-5 times in stories (personal, inspirational, educational, business, lifestyle)

Business page (80% business content, 20% personal)
