  1. The Instagram Platform is changing.

    Video is now the preferred posting method especially reels. For optimum reach on Instagram when using reels share the reel to your stories immediately after posting. 
  1. When using Instagram you are able to hide hashtags in images. If you do not like the look of hashtags in your posts, try hiding the hashtag in the image using canva or another photo app for a cleaner look

  1. When onboarding new team members create an onboarding process. A step by step way for your new team members to learn on their own while still having access to you as their mentor for questions.

    1. A lot of times we get so wrapped up in the enjoyment of our products or services that we forget to provide value to others who may not be customers/team members yet. Make sure you are evaluating this question and making needed changes in order to continue building a community that attracts your ideal customers and teammates

  1. Remember to unplug from your business. To help you be more productive on social media, set timers either on your phone or on the platforms if available. These timers are to alert you when you have been on social media for a specific amount of time. Setting these timers can help you to be more productive while on the different apps but also help you stay present in life’s other activities when it’s time to focus there.
