There are two ways to grow your audience on social media:

This is the manual method—you are the system.

Every day, you’re going into Facebook groups, finding the right people, starting conversations, sending messages, and growing your audience one by one.

Does it work? Absolutely.

Is it time-consuming? Oh yeah.

And here’s the kicker—if you’re adding everyone to your audience without any strategy, you’ll end up with a team full of people who drain your energy (ask us how we know).

We’ve been there—signing up anyone and everyone just to hit a rank, only to realize we were dragging people who had no real interest in the business.

So before you start, get crystal clear on who you actually want in your team.
