Three Steps To Create The Perfect Social Media Profile To Attract Network Marketing Prospects

I am going to give you my three steps to creating the perfect social media profile to attract people to your page.



HAVE A CLEAR PHOTO OF YOU

The first step, and this may seem obvious, is your profile picture. 

You want to have a bright, smiley, happy photo of you showing your face. Not from miles away, but actually close up. 

It shouldn't be of you and your spouse, or you and your kids, or you and your dogs. It should be just you. So they can clearly see your face. 

Remember that this is a peoples business. People do business with people that they can see.

You don't have to go out and have a professional photo shot. It doesn't need to be perfect.

You can take a selfie.

TELL PEOPLE HOW YOU CAN SERVE THEM

People always want to know what is in it for them. 

When people want to connect with you, they want to know "what's in it for me"? 

"What am I going to get from her? Why would I want to connect with her?"

So the second step is to make sure your banner, your about me, your bio is telling them about you and letting them get to know how you can serve them. 

Everything you do when you are growing your business, when you are growing a network marketing business, is not about you.

It is about your perfect prospects. It is about your perfect customers. It is about the people that you are serving. 

In your banner and bio, let them know how you can help them.

START CONVERSATIONS

The third thing is you want to start conversations in order to enroll more prospects in order to enroll customers, you need to have a conversation with them. 

I see it so often, people put their before and after's, or they will have their website link in their bio. 

They have all the information there and that gives people no reason to connect with them. 

So what are they going to do? They are going to click the link. 

They are going to google your product or your company. Or maybe they have a friend that they know, like, and trust and they go and connect with that person. 

When you can, create curiosity. Create curiosity around the benefits of your product, speaking to the pains and struggles of the person you are serving.

Then they will want to connect. Then you can have that conversation and find out more about them.

You want to make sure you remove all company links, products links, all before and after's, anything that is telling the people what your company or products are.

Your biggest secret should be what company you are with and what product you are selling. 

And when you create curiosity around that then people are going to come to you to find out more.

SHOW THEM WHO YOU ARE

I have one more bonus tip for you when you are creating your social media profile. 

When people want to connect with you they are going to look at the first couple of posts. 

They are going to see what content you have been sharing. They want to see who you are and what you are about.

So make sure that your profile is public so that they can see the content you are sharing.

And make sure that the content you are sharing is focused on letting your perfect prospect get to know who you are, letting them see your lifestyle, letting them see that you are just like them.

Educating them. Entertaining them. Inspiring them. 

It should not be all around your products or company.

TALK TO YOUR PERFECT PROSPECT

So when creating your social media profile make sure to:

  1. Have a clear and happy photo of you.
  2. Use your bio, banner, and about me to let your prospect get to know you and what you offer.
  3. Remove all product and company links to help create conversations.
  4. Your content is focused and serving your perfect prospect.

Hey, Hey, in today’s video, I’m gonna be sharing three steps to create the perfect social media profile to attract your perfect prospects, to attract network marketing prospects to you. So if we’re meeting for the first time, my name is Fran Lok. I am one of the co-founders of beach boss in influences the awesome coaching community, where we coach and mentor network marketers and home based business owners and entrepreneurs, how to build, influence online, how to leverage the parasocial media, how to use automation to build an incredible business online, to build six and seven figure figure businesses online. So, um, I am excited to share with you the three steps to creating your perfect social media profile. And I am curious, do you find that when you send friend requests out to people, when you connect with people, people, um, don’t want to connect with you or, you know, do you find, um, and maybe you are looking at other people wanting to connect with other people and you’re thinking, oh, I don’t like, I can’t see what they’re about.

I don’t, I don’t wanna connect with them. So you wanna stay tuned for, for my three steps. In fact, I’ve got a bonus step for you as well, um, to creating your perfect social media profile. The first step, the very first step is, and it may seem obvious, but if you have a look at a lot of people’s profiles that don’t have this in place is a photograph of you. Now I’m talking a bright, smiley, happy photo of you showing your face, not miles away, but actually close up a photo of you showing your like, so they can see your face. This isn’t you and your husband or you and your wife or you and your, your spouse, you and your, your partner, this isn’t you and your kids. This isn’t your dog. This is you. And unless you are building a business with your partner, and if you have a joint business, okay, make the, make the picture of you.

And in fact, on your profile, your profile is gonna be you. If you, if you have a business page and you could have a joint picture, but on your, on your profile, you want it to be of you. I want you to remember that this is a people’s business. People do business with people and they want to see you. And so often it’s really confusing. If you have a look at, at a photo at, you know, a profile and somebody’s name is say, Andy, and you don’t know. And the PO and the, the picture is both of them, both people like husband and wife, and you don’t know which one Andy is. Okay. So make sure it is of you. My full name is Francis. Okay. I don’t think I introduced myself. My name is Fran. Did I introduce myself? I can’t remember. I did or not, but the profile picture needs to be of you.

Okay? Close up. Smiley. Happy, bright you. Okay. It doesn’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to go for a photo. Shoot. It can be a selfie. Just take a selfie with your phone. Just take a selfie. And, and that is gonna be perfect. Okay. You don’t need to go and spin a fortune, having a photo shoot. Just take a selfie. Bright, happy photo. Okay. All right. So that is a first step. The second step is people always want to know what is in it for them. Okay? When people connect with you, they wanna know what’s in it for me. What am I gonna get from her? Why would I wanna connect with her? Or why would I wanna connect with him? So making sure that your profile picture your profile, your banner, your about me, your bio, everything, although it is telling them about you, it is letting them get to know how you can serve them, how you are there to help them.

It is actually about your perfect prospects, okay? Everything you do when you are growing a business, when you’re growing a network, marketing business is not about you. It never was. It is about your perfect prospects. It is about your perfect customers. It is about the people that you are serving. So make, make sure that it is about your perfect prospects, how you can help them. They’re about you, your banner, your bio, the, the, you know, you can have writing in your banner, letting them know, you know, what’s in it for them, how you are here to help them. Okay. And what they’re gonna get from you. Alright. Letting them know what they’re gonna get from you, what they’re going to learn from you and why they should connect with you and why they’re gonna want to connect with you. Okay. So that is the second step is making sure that you are letting them know what’s in it for them.

Okay. The third thing is you want to start conversations in order to enroll more prospects in order to enroll customers, you need to be having a conversation with them. Okay? Because so often people will put their before and afters, they will have their, their, their, um, replicated website link in their bio. They will have all the information there and that people have no reason to connect with them. So what are they gonna do? They’re gonna go and click on the link. They’re gonna think I’ve never heard of this company, or I don’t know about these products and I’m gonna go and Google it, or maybe they do know about them. Okay. But maybe they got a friend or they know somebody that they know like, and trust better. And they will go and connect with that person. When you can create curiosity, when you can create curiosity around the benefits of your product, so that they talking about the benefits of the products, speaking to the pains and struggles of the person that you, that you are serving is going through.

Then they will want to connect. They will comment on the post and they will wanna connect with you. Okay. You can then have a conversation. You can then find out more about them, the conversation isn’t going straight to, to con to drop a link, but is, is serving them more. And when you’ve built that relationship, do you think the person that you’ve built a relationship with that, that you have been, um, invested in that you have asked, you know, all the questions to find out about them and how, where they’re at before, you’ve just tried to sell them. Do you think that person is much more likely to buy from you? Because you’ve been so interested in them because you’ve been so invested in them because you have wanted to serve them where they’re at. Okay. So making sure that you’ve removed all company links, all product links all before and afters, anything that is telling the people, what, what company you’re with and what products you sell, um, then take all that away so that people don’t know what company you are with.

That is your biggest secret. That is your biggest secret is the company you’re with and the product you’re selling. And when you can create curiosity around that, then people are gonna come to you to find out more. Okay. And then you can serve them. Okay. So that’s the third thing is remove all, uh, links or all, you know, images, your bio shouldn’t be a banner from your company, your, your, your, your, uh, banner is about you. Okay. But also about how you can serve how you can serve them. So it might be about, it might be pictures of your family. Mine is pictures of my family of beach boss. Um, and also let’s people know how I can help them. All right. And it might be a picture of a beach. It might be a picture of your family. That is perfect. Okay. Just letting people know that you ha you are a family person or that you love being outdoors, or it might be in the mountains or whatever, but letting people get to know you all right.

Now, bonus a bonus. Um, bonus tip is when you are creating in your profile, okay. When people wanna connect with you, they’re going to have a look at the first couple of posts. They’re gonna have a look at what content that you’re sharing. They wanna see who you’re about and what you’re about. Okay. And I didn’t say, make sure that your profile is public so that they can see, they can see the content that you’re sharing. Okay. So actually, I’ve got five tips for you because number four is actually making sure that your profile is public so that people can see your content that they can, they can, you know, and, and, you know, the public can see the value that you’re sharing. Okay. So important to make sure that your profile is public. And then the fifth step. Okay. The fifth tip is, um, double bonus is making sure that when they have a look at the, at your, at your content, that your content is focused on letting your person get to know, you get to know who you are, what you’re about, let letting them, you know, letting them see your lifestyle, letting them see, you know, that, that, um, you know, that you are a normal person, that you’re somebody who’s just like them.

Okay. It is letting them, um, it is entertaining them. It is educating them. It is inspiring them. It is letting them get to know that you’re a normal person. It is not all about your product, because, you know, if you stay, if you, if you stay tuned to our content, you’ll see that we teach you how to create five content buckets. And your content bucket should be varied around inspiration education, uh, creating curiosity around your products, being an entrepreneur, things that you love, things that are personal to you, that way people see your get and get to know you, okay, that you are a rounded person. It’s not all about your company, new products, that it’s not all shared content, that it is genuine, that it is original content. Um, and when they see your content, that it is not actually that it is actually serving them so that all your content is speaking to the paints and struggles that your perfect prospect is going through.

And if you do not understand what per what your perfect prospect is going through, drop appetite, the comments, because you need to understand, um, what, who your advertise is when you understand who your, a avatar is, who your perfect prospect is, when you understand the pains and the struggles that they’re going through, then you will know how to create content, to speak to those pains and struggles. Okay. So, um, that is, that is five steps. So the photo, your profile picture must be a photo of you, okay. In the banner, the bio, the, the, um, about you is letting them know about you, but it is actually about them. All right. Um, removing all kind, all, all links, all company links, any, anything that is gonna show somebody which company you’re with so that you’re creating curiosity, and then can have conversations and serve, serve them.

So it doesn’t send people straight to Google to find out what, you know, what the products are, what the company is. Fourth step is, make sure your profile is public. So people can see your content and people from, you know, anybody can, can, can connect with you. Okay. Um, because you know, when Facebook understands Facebook will, you know, the, the value that you’re sharing, and if somebody’s searching for something like that, then, then it will be put in front of them. Okay. And the fifth step is making sure that the content is focused and serving your perfect prospect and letting them get to know that you’re a rounded person that, you know, you’re not sharing that you’re sharing, you know, lifestyle, um, you know, education, entertainment, inspiration, and letting people get to know about you, who you are, what you stand for.
