5 Step Process For Creating Killer Social Media Posts

    Enter your text her

Today we are talking about a five step process for creating killer social media posts to grow your Biz.

I find that a lot of people, when posting for their business whether it be their personal page or fan page, don’t have a process.

That’s why I wanted to give you a process for you to be able to build killer social media posts and to grow your business.

A lot of us are growing a team and we also have products that people can buy. So you want to make sure that your post is very clear on your target audience. So each post may be different, right?

But you’ve got to be clear on your target. You’ve got to be clear on who you’re actually talking to in your killer social media posts.

    This is a huge thing!

1: You’ve got to decide who your audience is…

You’ve got to decide who your audience is

If you can just nail this one piece, those killer social media posts will increase in shares and all those kinds of things like “likes”, “loves”, all of the reactions and comments.

So yes, your target is your first thing.

Now I want you to remember when you’re doing social media posts about your business…

Don’t mention your product, company or opportunity!

    Keep those things secret…

Those things should only be revealed if somebody gets a hold of you and says, “Hey, I saw your post. I’m interested in what you were saying about X, Y, and Z.” Okay?

That’s one of the biggest mistakes that I see that people make when they’re building their business online is that they give away the company or the product, and then people can… guess what?

    They go to Google.

And there’s probably not one company out there that doesn’t have products on Google.

    Now I know, I know. I know.

You’re not supposed to be able to get products from your company on Google.

However, it just a happens right… on Amazon, Ebay and it happens all over.

So you want to keep control of the situation.

2: Is to find the pain.

    Is to find the pain

Okay? Now the pain, the problem is the same, right?

    People have a problem.

Now, if you have a product, let’s say that is about weight loss, you can maybe talk about a story about losing weight and how you felt and you know, all the things that go into that, right?

So that’s the problem that we want to talk about in our killer social media posts.

All right… and you want to talk about the pain that goes with the problem.

3: The next part of this is the solution.

    What is the solution?

Now you can say these strategies are the solution.

You can say this amazing product I’ve been using… etc, right?

You don’t want to say its name, you just want to call it something, but that’s the solution.

So after you’ve gone through the problem, you’re going to go to the solution. The solution is the actual thing your marketing, right? So you could say this product helped me do X, Y, and Z.

Now what do you suppose X, Y and Z is?

So we’ve got to target the problem, the solution and the benefit in your social media posts.

Do you want to take your business to the next level by becoming an influencer and attracting people to you?

    4: Is the benefit.

You want to list out the benefit and you might have more than one benefit.

Explain what the product does and keep it in story form.

If you can create great stories on your social media posts, you’ll have more interaction, more shares, more people coming to you, and more people commenting.

You’ll have more people saying, “Hey, I’d love some more information”.

Now what do you suppose is the next piece of this? Because this is super simple.

5: Is having a call to action.

A call to action can be “Hey, if you want more information…“,

Or It could be, “Hey, let me know” or “Drop an Emoji if you want X, Y, and Z.”

If you want to get a hold of them, you can say, “Hey, pm me if you’re interested”.

I like subtle call to actions on personal pages.

You can say… “You know, I’ve been using this product for X, Y, and Z and I’ve lost three inches and this is what happened.”

And you talk about the solution and the benefit and then the call to action.

I actually had 45 people commented and I enrolled two team members just from one post.

I tested a lot of posts using this process and adding a call to action at the bottom.

    Okay, so it’s super simple.

You don’t overthink it because that’s one thing that we all do.

And what I like to do too, just so that I can start to learn from what other people are doing.

If I see a post that has a ton of comments, likes, and shares, I’ll actually save that killer social media post and I take it and I go study it.

I look at it and figure out how can I model this? How can I take this idea and model it to my own business?

Because it’s not always the same apples to apples kind of thing. Right?

It could be a post about weight loss when I want a post about enrolling team members.

So creating killer posts on social media is a process.

Number one is figuring out your target and your target may it be different for every post, depending on if you’re talking about product or enrolling people in your business.

Number two is the problem. Okay? So what is the problem? And you’re going to want to talk about the pain in the problem…

Number three is then you’re going to go into the solution to the problem and the pain.

Number four is you talk about the benefits.

And Number five is then you are going to have a call to action.

    All right, so super simple!

And so when you have these five things in place for your posts, your business and your social media presence is going to get bigger and bigger and bigger because you are hitting people right where they feel it.

And have you ever read a post and been like, oh my gosh, she’s talking about me?

That’s the whole process of building this way to make sure you have killer social media posts.

If you’re straggling with posts that produce engagement, generate customers and leads, we can help you!

  • The Secret To recruiting on social media without prospecting a single human

The Secret To recruiting on social media without prospecting a single human

So, is there really a secret to prospecting? Umm yeah…there is!

I have found a way to get people to come to me, ready to join me or buy what I have to offer, rejection free, instead of wasting my time having to chase prospects about my business.

I will go over more of that in a bit, but before I do, let me share with you how I stumbled upon this secret.

Once I entered the network marketing space, I dove deep into entrepreneurship, deep in personal development, and was experiencing more struggle and hardship in my life than I had ever experienced before.

    Can You relate?

The good news…my story actually has a happy ending!

But I have failed multiple times, had plenty of embarrassing moments, and more prospecting no-no’s than I care to share.

I’m pretty sure you can relate….

Hopefully, my friends, family and strangers who I attempted to prospect in the past have long since forgotten the things I did. Yikes!

There is a right way and a wrong way to prospect, and doing it the wrong way (which is actually called spamming) can ruin your business and your reputation

Your social media prospecting and recruiting strategies might be ruining your business.

Here are some of the examples of how NOT to prospect.

Have you ever sent a “Hey, girl” copy and paste messages and ultimately been ignored or rejected? I sure have.

Let me give you an idea of a few more of the embarrassing prospecting tactics I attempted, so you can literally laugh out loud…

Have you ever tried to prospect your waiter because she was super positive, friendly, and outgoing? Oh yea! Embarrassing. I HAVE.

Have you ever invited friends over for dinner or game night and very un-smoothly transitioned to showing the plan and/or products to a very annoyed audience? I HAVE.

Have you ever friend requested someone you haven’t spoken to in 10+ years, and then shortly after messaged them to “catch up”… then told them how great they’d be at your business? Yup, sadly, this has happened too.

I made a lot of people annoyed and ruined a couple relationships.

I seriously needed some guidance…Like I said personal growth!

There are so many good ones…but I have to stop because I think I’ve embarrassed myself enough remembering all this right now. Ha ha ha…

The point is, I’m about to cast some heavy stones at some net-workers, so I just wanted to first let ya’ll know that I have made mistakes too… but that doesn’t mean we should be going easy on those that are committing some MAJOR prospecting mistakes on Social Media and online.

The Internet Never Forgets and It’s Ruining It for Everyone Else

I once heard that success in business is all about ‘time’ and ‘place’. As a professional marketer, I would add ‘message’ to the equation as well.

Unfortunately, network marketers today are being taught online prospecting methods, which include the wrong message, at the wrong time, and most definitely in all the wrong places!

    Here’s the truth:

There is a VERY fine line between prospecting on social media and spamming people!

I’m sorry to say that most network marketers have been turned into human spam bots by their upline and company leaders…

‘Disposable distributors’ tasked with the job of spreading the word about their company’s products or opportunity, at the expense of the individual’s reputation and risking the suspension of their social media accounts.

Successful entrepreneurs eventually learn the true secret to success, and it becomes the foundation upon which their entire prospecting, recruiting and business building strategy is founded.

It’s about actually caring about people, becoming a person of value, and being someone uniquely positioned to help someone with their problems.

That last one is critical… “uniquely positioned to help someone with their problems.”

Which is something you can learn all about inside Beach Boss Influencers Coaching Group.

Any average Joe can copy and paste a message into the Private Message function on Facebook.

So, what sets you apart from the rest of the desperate reps hitting people’s inboxes with their new “ground floor” opportunities or life changing products?

Now, this doesn’t mean prospecting online doesn’t work.

I know some very skilled recruiters who are excellent at online prospecting, but just like offline prospecting, they’ve devoted the time and effort to learn this very difficult skill and have mastered it.

If that’s the strategy you want to deploy, you need to do it right, or else!

Do you want to take your business to the next level without using outdated strategies that no longer work?

Top 5 Warning Signs That Your Prospecting Efforts are Actually SPAM

    1) Your first private message to a stranger on social media includes a link to join your opportunity.

    2) You’re being flashy with money or posting your “amazing” comp plan, and telling everyone how easy it is to make money.

    3) You post links to your opportunity or website in the comments section of other people’s social media posts.

    4) You compulsively want to talk about your company or products, without anyone asking you to share.

Finally… this one is the most important one…

    5) You engage in interactions online, with a hidden agenda, hoping to transition the topic to something that would get people interested in your opportunity, without caring about knowing the other person.

This last one for me is a BIG one but could also be controversial.

After all, #5 is the very definition of prospecting (online or offline), which even when done right… can still feel awkward, result in people getting angry at you, and is very unleveraged, which is why I eventually decided to stop prospecting all together.

    But here’s the interesting thing…

“When I Stopped Prospecting People, My Business Started Growing!”

I can’t tell you how relieved and at peace I felt, when I once again, was able to go out with friends, visit a family member’s home, or be in a public place without having to think about prospecting anyone. Seriously, think about it. How would that feel to you?

Just enjoying being normal again was incredible. After years of being taught that “everyone was a prospect” and approaching every conversation with a hidden agenda, I was free!!

That’s because it wasn’t until I STOPPED prospecting, that my business actually started growing!

    Weird, right?

At this point, you may be asking, “then how the heck did your business grow?”

The problem with prospecting in general, as it’s normally taught, is that the mindset going in is still about what YOU want people to see, and about manipulating people into doing what YOU want them to do.

In other words, it’s about YOU, not them. I didn’t like the way that felt, but still did it for a little while… until I found a better way.

Now, I am not trying to come off high and mighty about all this prospecting stuff, because I’m not.

If it came down to feeding my family with ‘stone cold’ prospecting tactics or my family starving, I choose stone cold prospecting every time, without remorse.

But the reason I was able to quit prospecting was because, with the help of some extraordinary mentors, I eventually discovered an online recruiting strategy, which…

Enabled me to passively generate interested leads, customers and new reps – even when I was out having fun with friends and family.

Hence why I didn’t have to worry about prospecting them! Is this starting to make sense?

Rather than spending hours spamming or private messaging people on social media, I learned how to legitimately get Facebook and other social media platforms to actually help me attract the people who are most interested in what I have to offer, using their ads platform! (i.e. going legit!)

In fact, every day I wake up to new emails alerting me about new leads, and to an inbox full of notifications for new customers, new team members, and commissions I earned while sleeping!

This strategy is called attraction marketing which is an internet marketing strategy designed for net-workers and people in direct sales!

You see, if your business depends on you being on social media, sending private messages or commenting on people’s posts all day, you are NOT doing internet marketing… despite what you may have been led to believe.

Online Prospecting and Internet Marketing are NOT the same thing!

Internet Marketing is a passive strategy, which works, even when you are not.

Now if traditional prospecting online or offline is your thing and you want to stick to that, by all means, go for it.

There are many top trainers and earners in the industry that focus on cold market recruiting skills…

(And interestingly enough, they do ‘attraction marketing’ too!)

For me, there was simply a certain way I wanted to live my life and that was more important.

I would much rather make a ton of money in my business first and then have my friends and family beg me to tell them more about it.

It’s much more effective than begging my friends and family to join a business which isn’t making any money.

    Which would you prefer?

    I think I may know your answer…

    Until next time,

    Cheers! – Adrian

  • How To Motivate Your Network Marketing Team

How To Motivate Your Network Marketing Team

Out of all of the questions that I hear from my students, teammates and clients, the one that I get the most is…

How do I motivate my network marketing team?

    • How do I get them to do what I’m doing?
    • What can I do to get them to go live?
    • How do I get them to invite people, to take a look at my opportunity?
    • How do I keep the fire going for them?

I’m here to tell you that, that is a trick question.

Did you know that that is not actually your job?

Your job is not to motivate your team because the only person that you can motivate is yourself.

It’s actually impossible for you to take motivation and transfer it to somebody through osmosis.

You can’t do it. And so what can you do, right?

WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR YOUR NETWORK MARKETING TEAM?

Well, first off, you have a volunteer army and you need to remember that these people they’re getting paid by the work that they do. And you’re not their boss, right?

Like you’re not their boss. You’re not actually paying them a paycheck.

And so they have to find and discover their own motivation.

In my own experiences of growing teams and helping other people grow them, I have found that the best thing you can do is focus on building your own business. Work with the people that are already motivated.

And the easiest way to do this is to just keep going and keep growing.

The speed of the leader is the speed of the pack.

So you go out, you continue to enroll. Continue to bring in new customers. You continue to bring in new teammates and start to identify who the leaders are that are hungry, that want it. They are going to be the ones messaging you and wanting to put people in front of you.

They’re doing the dang thing just like you are.

And whether or not they are getting results, they are showing you that they are already motivated. They have everything it takes to be able to go and duplicate quickly and build your network marketing team. They just need the right guidance.

Other people you might need to put a little bit more time into, but I’m telling you, I do not give my time to people that are not coachable and are not willing to do the things necessary, to create success, to create the success in their own network marketing team.

PEOPLE WILL DO WHAT YOU DO.

If you want to create massive momentum, it’s got to come from you first. You’re gonna have to be the self-starter. You’re gonna have to be the one that goes out and starts. When you do that, those motivated people will get competitive. These are the people that want to do what you do. They want the success that you have and so they are going to go out and get it for themselves. They don’t need to be motivated to do it. They simply want to do it.

And those are the people you wanna work with because you wanna work where the fire is hot.

And the more people you can get that are all already self starters and already motivated, the easier it’s gonna be to create that momentum for your network marketing team.

    ONE CORE MOTIVATIOR

Now, there are things you cannot create. You cannot transfer motivation, right? That’s something that I said earlier.

What you can do is you can play on what drives people and what drives the behavior that you want to see in your team.

In order to do this, you’ve got to focus on one core motivator. After years in coaching, I found that one motivator and it wasn’t money.

In fact, I’ve found that very few people are actually driven by money. If they were driven by money, they would all be millionaires, right?

My husband and I found that out several years ago when we kind of hit that glass ceiling. We had gotten stuck in our rank and couldn’t figure out how to pop that bubble.

We were going out, we were enrolling people. We were working day in and day out. We had leaders that were going out and enrolling new people. We were growing and growing but not actually moving up.

And that’s when one of our mentors gave us some of the best advice that we ever got…

And that was that we needed to start recognizing people for whatever effort they were putting in, because recognition is the core motivator for a lot of people.

RECOGNITION IS KEY TO NETWORKING MARKETING TEAM SUCCESS

You know, it’s funny because when I look back at it, when I was first starting a business online, there was always one thing that was an even bigger motivator for me than money.  And that was being recognized by my mentors, by the people that I aspire to be like.

But I’ll be honest with you and say that I sucked in the network marketing space in the very beginning. And it wasn’t until I learned social media and started doing great that I started having people pat in my back and recognizing me. I was seeing my name on the top of leaderboards and being tagged in posts.

Now, for me, that recognition was enough to get me going. And what I found is that it’s enough to get even the people that are scared out of their mind to go live on social media. It’s enough to get the people that are terrified to reach out to that family member or that friend.

Recognition is something that will drive most people to success.

    HOW TO MOTIVATE USING RECOGNITION

Like I said, you can’t motivate people, but if you are able to play on people’s core motivators, it makes it easier for those people, who aren’t just naturally motivated to do something, it will kind of kick something in so that you’re able to find people through them.

So how can you motivate your network marketing team using recognition, no matter the size of your team?

Well, you can start by just recognizing the little things. One thing that we started to implement after talking to this mentor was we started to do a couple recognition posts a week of upcoming leaders in our team that were crushing it.

We would do it inside our team group. And then we would do on our personal pages and on our business pages. You know, it was pretty much plastered all over our social media people on our network marketing team were crushing it.

Other little things that we would do is we would give shoutouts to certain people, right on team calls, in front of everyone. We actually made time for it on our team training calls where people could let us know what their wins were. And sometimes the wins were small, like going live for the first time. But if they got the recognition that they did it, chances were they wanted to do it again because as they wanted more of that recognition.

Then for major accomplishments, we did things like, invited someone to actually go live with us throughout our community. If someone hit like a leadership rank, we were introducing that leader to our social media pages and whatnot.

    MOTIVATING YOUR TEAM WITH REWARDS

Rewards are a fantastic way to connect with your team and motivate them.

For example, a friend of mine, a little bit ago during Christmas time, she had done a post on social media where she said, you all say Merry and I’ll say Christmas, and whoever was the last to say, Merry, before I say Christmas will get a little gift from me. And all she did was she went to Amazon and she got like a little notebook and a pen and, you know, put it in some cellophane.

But that really sparked engagement on her social media. And you can take that exact same strategy and you can use it inside your team as well. It could be whoever invites the most people to this online event is gonna get a gift from you.

It doesn’t have to be a cruise to the Bahamas. It could just be a gift card or a tshirt.

You’ll find that if you’re willing to take a little bit of your profit and put it back in your network marketing team towards rewards and different things like that, people get excited.

They get excited for their rewards. They get excited for their recognition.

And it’s a way that you can kind of spark a little bit of that momentum inside of people that need that little bit of a push to do something truly great.

They’re the 80 percenters. They are there and consistent, but not making waves just yet. But when you offer the recognition, they’re gonna be willing to do just a little bit more. And that little bit is all you need to be able to find leaders.

    IT’S NOT YOUR JOB

Yes, you cannot motivate your team. That’s not your job.

Your job is to grow your business, but with a couple of these hacks and tips and tricks that I shared with you today, hopefully you’ll be able to spark a little bit of that momentum in your network marketing team.

Let me know below your favorite way to recognize people. And if you’re still struggling to get the kind of success that you want from your business, check out our free formula below!

  • New Recruiting Strategies for 2022

    New Recruiting Strategies for 2022

Hello, If we are meeting for the first time, my name is Brandy Shaver and I am part of The Beach Boss Influencers.

The Beach Boss Influencers is an amazing coaching community for marketers and entrepreneurs, where we teach you how to build your business a hundred percent online using social media, without chasing prospects. We teach you how to attract them and how to become an influencer.

Today I am going to share with you

    New Recruiting Strategies For 2022

I’m excited about this because finally the rest of the world is starting to catch on to the power and the elevation that is happening in the industry. This is something that I’ve been passionate about for a long time.

Building a new recruiting strategy for 2022 for yourself is it’s as simple as is building a recruiting ecosystem. That is pretty simple. So it’s simple in the concept right now. There’s a lot of moving parts.

So you’re gonna start with one piece and then add in the rest as you go right now, one thing about an ecosystem is it doesn’t survive if you’re only doing part of it, but you can set it up one piece at a time.

So let’s jump right into this.

    1. Building an audience of people that know, like, and trust you

Now here’s the caveat to this because I know many of us building teams and moving products, entrepreneurs have been taught that everyone is our perfect prospect, Now this is not the case.

I am going to just debunk that myth right now. Not everyone is your perfect prospect. I don’t care whether you have skin care, health and wellness services, whatever it is that you are doing selling, maybe it’s coaching or real estate. Doesn’t matter, not everyone is your perfect prospect.

    Because:

You don’t wanna work with everyone.

There are people that are more suited for what you are doing and that are excited about what you’re doing already.

And those people are more likely to join you or byproducts from you or your services, if you are talking to them the right way.

So where do you find the people that ARE your perfect prospect?

    • You got to figure out who they are.
    • If you are building a team what is some things you look for in a teammate? What are some of their values? What is their attitude? Maybe it’s their drive.

If you are a network marketer then you want to look at your products, because each product might have a different prospect. W

here are they hanging out? How can you get in front of them?

This is where you become a professional friend maker.

Now, that doesn’t mean you’re gonna go into groups and forums online and spout off and spam your links.

What you’re gonna do is you’re gonna create real relationships.

And this is the part that 900000%, most people miss. And I know we’re super impatient. We have this microwave mentality situation going on in our culture. But I want you to remember that relationships take time and no one, NO ONE, is going to work with you or buy products from you, If they don’t know, like, and trust you.

So you’ve got to become a person that is a professional friend maker.

I did a training with my team yesterday and explained to them a funnel. I want you to think of this funnel as a place where you start to put all the people into the funnel.

Now, as they go down through the funnel, think, where are they at in the funnel? Do they already know me ? Like me? Trust me? Those would be your hot prospects.

But you have to prepare the funnel to have all these people coming out the back end of it. So you have  to keep putting people in the funnel.

Well, now you might ask: How do you become a professional friend maker?

Remember you are here to serve them, no matter what they are, or where they’re at in their life. Now, if they’re not ready to join you in your business, you don’t just give them the bird and a walk off. That’s not how this works. Right? We stay friends with them. We serve them. We find out what’s going on with them.

    2. Engage with your audience

This is the part where you’re building the social media ecosystem. You’ve got to provide value and solve problems on your social media channels so that you are attracting the right people.

Once you figure out your perfect prospect is, then the content that you create for your social media channels speaks to that perfect prospect.

You want to speak directly to them.  You want to provide value and solve their problems on your social media.

    What is value?

    • It can be a look into your life.
    • Inspiration.
    • Motivation.
    • Education.

They wanna get to know you who you are, but at the same time you wanna have content on there that serves them.

    3. Promoting to you audience

This is where people get confused, they think if I am doing it right people will just come to me, BUT we still have to ask for what we want.

We have to ask for what we want and not everybody is going to be in a place where they’re ready to join us.

If you never ask, you are not going to get it.

There are two ways to promote to your audience, active and passive promotion.

Active is when you actually reach out and ask people that you wanna work with them.

When you are actively promoting you want to make sure that they are your perfect prospect. You can be selective.

So the next part of active active prospecting, and it’s actually an active and a passive approach because you kind of mix them together is you hold events where you invite to the events.

People can find the event on their own. But you’re gonna promote it in your stories. And you’re inviting to the event, you’re using social media to invite. You’re also going in actively and inviting certain people inside of messenger to get them to the event and accept the invite.

Passive approach is like curiosity posts where you put up a post about the benefit of your product, the story of what it’s done for you, and you post about what is happening.

The 3 things that you need to make a part of your recruiting strategy is:

          1.  Building an audience of people that know, like, and trust you

          2. Engage with your audience

          3. Promoting to your audience

This can be a touchy subject for a lot of parents when it comes to building their network marketing business…

Whether this is your full-time gig or even your part-time “side hustle,” the biggest question I get asked these days is “How do I manage my time so I’m not putting my kids on the chopping block while I build this?”

    I totally get it.

You’re at work all day, building someone else’s dream, and then you’re expected to come home and kiss your kids goodbye for a few more hours while you make phone calls, send messages, and attend home meetings.

Because if you don’t build it, who will?

The struggle is the worst for us moms…

The “Mom Guilt” we get when we leave our kids or put them in front of the TV while we make our calls is enough to make any of us want to quit.

Because we’re taught there’s going to be a short-term imbalance in order to get our business off the ground, we sacrifice some of the most precious moments in our kids’ lives for the business and it rips our hearts out piece by piece…

But it doesn’t have to be this way!

    I’m speaking from experience here…

My first 2 years in this industry were spent making plenty of mistakes and missing out on a TON of moments I’ll never get back with my kids…

In January 2016, I was seconds away from quitting this industry all together, because I couldn’t stand the thought of leaving my babies to attend another home meeting…

And I was sick and tired of prospecting every single person I met because I was desperate to make this industry work…

But, in April 2016, I discovered a way to actually build my network marketing business at home, without putting my kids in front of the TV for hours on end or hiring a nanny to raise them…

It’s replaced home meetings, sending hundreds of messages every day, and leaving my kids for hours to prospect strangers at the mall…

It consists of 2 different concepts and it’s helped us create a multiple 6-figure income in less than 10 months without putting my kids on the chopping block.

It all has to do with WHERE you spend your time and WHO you talk to…

We teach exactly how to do that inside Beach Boss Influencer Community. Click here to join now and save on your founding member pricing

#1 – Where do you spend your time?

When it comes to time management, earlier in my career I would have given you advice like, turn on the TV for an hour while you make your calls…

Give your kids healthy snacks to keep their mouths busy while you hop on that team training…

Or grab a babysitter so you can step away for that house party…

Because we all know you need to focus on those “Results Driven Tasks” first in order for your business to grow…

And though this may have been good short-term advice, it’s definitely not fit for building a long term, successful, multiple 6-figure or even 7-figure business! (One where you don’t miss out on your kids’ lives in the process.)

This is why it’s important to schedule your kids FIRST!

You heard me… Scheduling your Results Driven Tasks ahead of your kids is a big No No…

How many times have you sat down to make a call or hop on a training and your kids are climbing all over you, asking you a million questions, and let’s face it… driving you crazy? lol (In the best way of course!)

Wouldn’t it make sense to take care of your kids first, play with them, eat with them, let them get the wiggles out and THEN set aside some time to work on your business?

Now don’t get me wrong… Those Result Driven Tasks are important…

And your business really WON’T grow if you don’t focus on them every day.

There has to be a little sacrifice, meaning you aren’t going to be able to relax on the couch and eat bon-bons all evening…

But take time out for your kids first.

If you do, you’ll find the time spent on your business is better focused (because you aren’t feeling guilty about not giving your kids time) and it will be more productive because your kids won’t feel like they’re being pushed to the side.

If you have little ones at home… I promise if you make time for them first… Even they will be more patient while you work.

Our kids are only little once. It’s important to take a little time out of our day to be present for them.

We don’t get this precious time back.

#2 – Who Are You Talking To?

There’s a big lie network marketing leaders have been feeding their downlines for decades now…

This lie is told with good intentions, as a hope to get their teams to take action, but it’s a major factor in what is keeping a lot of people STUCK in their business!

The lie is that EVERYONE is a prospect…Or the “3-foot rule” as most leaders tend to call it.

You know the saying, that “everyone that comes within 3 feet of you is a prospect.”

This couldn’t be further from the truth!

    Everyone is NOT your prospect!

In fact, very few people are actually considered a prospect at all.

But because you’ve been taught this rule, what ends up happening is you feel like you have to talk to EVERYONE about your business because they “might” be that one person that will take your business to 6-figures and beyond…

And that leads to you wasting a ton of time talking to a bunch of dead end people instead of spending that time with your family! Am I right? Or am I right?

I was guilty of this too…

If you breathed or had a pulse, you could guarantee I was figuring out a way to put my business in front of you and it was the same when I prospected online. If I could message you, I did.

And all that lead to was me missing out on time with my kids, my business producing a measly $80 a month after 2 years, and good friends of mine dodging me in the grocery store.

Do you want to take your business to the next level without sacrificing your family?

Now, I’m going to share something with you and this is a secret that I didn’t understand until I learned how to set up an online recruiting system in April 2016…

But there’s a very big difference between a lead and a prospect.

    A lead is a lead is a lead is a lead…

If you’re walking around outside on the street, everyone that you pass can be considered a lead. Right?

Well it’s the same thing online. There are leads everywhere.

Your Facebook friends, people that respond on one of your FB posts, and even those that request more info from you aren’t considered a prospect yet…

They’re just a lead at that point because they haven’t qualified themselves…

A prospect on the other hand is someone that takes action.

Someone that goes through a funneling process and identifies themselves as interested in buying your product or service or joining your team.

Do you really think your upline that is making 6, multiple 6, or even 7-figures really takes the time to talk to Joe Schmoe about their business? Of course not!

They’re very selective about who they give their time to.

And that prospect has to prove that they’re higher quality in some way or another.

When I figured this out… Everything changed in our business!

#3- Setting Up An Online Recruiting System

An online recruiting system is exactly what it sounds like…

It’s an online system that sifts, sorts and qualifies prospects into your business so you don’t have to deal with dead beat leads anymore… And the best part?

It’s completely automated so you can spend more time with your kids or spouse, as well as doing more of what you want to do and less time messaging people and stalking strangers at the mall trying to qualify prospects!

It all starts with your social media page…

You attract people to you through different posts, articles, or FB live videos…

Your people go through a small “funneling” process that you put together…

And it all ends in prospects buying your products or even scheduling themselves on your calendar to talk with you about your business…

Now of course there’s a little more to it than that and…

It’s a breath of fresh air to only talk to high quality people that I know are already interested in working with me or buying something from me before I hop on the phone or a video chat with them.

It does mean that I talk to less people, but because I’m only talking with the best of the best, it also means I make more money and recruit more reps because they aren’t just anybody!

And I’m able to spend a heckuva lot more time with those I love instead of working on my business 24/7.

That way you can spend more time with the people that matter to you most!

  • The 5 BIGGEST MISTAKES Network Marketers Make And How To Avoid Them

The 5 BIGGEST MISTAKES Network Marketers Make And How To Avoid Them

Hello! I’m Kat Krasilnikov and I’m one of the Beach Boss Influencers.

The Beach Boss Influencers is an amazing coaching community for marketers and entrepreneurs, where we teach you how to build your business a hundred percent online using social media, without chasing prospects. We teach you how to attract them and how to become an influencer.

In this training, I’m going to be talking about

five mistakes most network marketers make that keep them stuck

Now, I’m not going to be judging anyone here. I’ve made these mistakes myself! but I’ve learned, and I want to tell you what to avoid and what to do instead. Are you excited? Let’s get started.

    1. Thinking everyone is your prospect

This is probably the biggest mistake  we see in a lot of new network marketers or old-school network marketers. Mistake number one is thinking that everyone is your prospect.

I was taught it as the number one rule in traditional network marketing – don’t prejudge people, share your products and your opportunity with everyone. You never know.

You’ve probably been there. You’ve probably been told this advice and you probably followed it.

How did it go for you?

I’m not going to argue that it doesn’t work. It totally does work, but what kind of price do you have to pay for this concept?

If you follow it your data says that in order for you to get one yes, you have to get 99 nos.

    It’s statistics and it’s true.😲

The problem with that is there are many people who have mastered that skillset and they can convert every –  let’s say – fifth prospect, but it took them years to master that skill set. And not everyone can do that.

An average network marketer, an average person cannot do that.

This leads to tons and tons of rejection!

Which leads to another problem- that is the majority of people will quit on NO number three. Nobody ever gets to no number 99 or a hundred. Nobody ever gets to the yes.

That’s why a lot of people quit without seeing any results, his process is very painful and takes a lot of effort. You need to have thick skin and you need to have great skills. Most people don’t have it. It’s not unlearnable, it’s totally learnable, but it takes a long time.

Learn how to identify who your perfect prospects are, where they hang out, and how to attract them to you. So you don’t even have to chase anyone at all.

    2.Focusing on the end result

A lot of us – and I’m guilty as well, when we become so involved in this industry, we focus on the end result and the end result is sales in your recruits.

    That’s what we want.

A lot of people chasing around with dollar signs, with that hidden agenda. When they connect with people, when they communicate with people, all they want is to sell and it’s that commission motive that can be smelled a mile away and we humans can feel it on a subconscious level.

So instead of focusing on the end result – the sale (the new recruits), you need to be focusing on how to master the skills that will get you that result.

So essentially, you have to divorce the results and marry the process.

So instead of thinking how can I make more money, how can I get more sales, how can I recruit more people.

You need to be thinking how can I be posting better content, how can I be making better, more engaging live videos, how can I communicate better with people on a human level.

That’s the kind of skill sets you need to be working on.

So not the end result, and the result will absolutely come. It’s like a side effect.

It’s a very powerful side effect of focusing on the skills.

    3. Your product is not your attractor factor – YOU ARE.

If you want to attract people, you need to know that your products, your opportunity, and your company are not your attractor factors.

This is a huge one for many people because they don’t understand why – how can I sell my products?

If I don’t talk about my products, how can I recruit people?

If I don’t tell them what company it is and what it does?

So what is your attractor factor?

If you think that your company or your products is what attracts people to you, then what makes you different from hundreds of thousands of distributors who are selling the exact same thing?

This is not your attractor factor.

Your real attractor factor is YOU and how you can help people.

     People want to know:

    ▪ What is your story?

    ▪ What is your journey?

    ▪ What struggles have you been through along the way?

    ▪ What makes you more attractive than just sharing how amazing your products are?

Your products and your company become just a bonus.

Therefore, your main attractor factor is you.

You need to figure out how to promote yourself as a people helper rather than a salesperson. So learn how to promote yourself and your products and your company will become a bonus, an amazing bonus for those people who want to get more information from you.

    4. DO NOT ignore the power of a passive follow up.

How many of you love follow up?

How many of you have heard the magic is in full follow up, right?

And we all kind of hate it because we feel like we’re bugging people. They already told us no, they’re not interested. Not right now. Can’t afford it. It’s not what I thought it was, it’s a subscription. No, no, no, no, no. And we leave people alone thinking that we’ve done our follow up, or I don’t wanna follow up that way. I don’t want to be bugging people and we kind of stop.

There is another magic tool that is actually more powerful than active follow up.

I call it passive follow up.

So if you show up in their newsfeed with a question or with a post, they’ll be like, oh my gosh, I remember a message from that girl. And I didn’t answer it. I need to go and answer it or I need to reply to it, or I need to watch it. You come back into their focus.

You become visible and you remind those people of yourself.

    That’s the passive follow up.

Three ways you can passively follow up with people without feeling like you’re bugging them:

    1. You can tag them in the valuable information that you have provided to someone else.

    2. You can message them about your video or about your post or about your story.

    3. Comment on their stuff.

Let’s say, if you did a video on how to make drinks that help you to lose weight. If you made some valuable video and you know that this person has expressed their dissatisfaction with not being able to lose weight or have expressed their desire to, then they need help with losing weight.

They might have said no, I can’t buy it right now.

You’re not trying to sell anymore, you’re just tagging them and saying, Hey, Susie, I just did a video on how to blank without blank. I thought it might be helpful to you.

    You’re providing value.

You’re showing up on their post. You’re giving them love. You’re engaging with them.

You remind them of yourself and your relationship with the person and that you still care about them.

This is a very powerful concept. Some marketers don’t even know about passive follow up. They only think about how can I make a sale, how I can get those people to buy.

So tag those people in your valuable content that they want to see, and you will see what it will do for you.

So passive follow up is a thing. It’s a very powerful tool and it’s ignored.

    5. Thinking its a sprint, It’s a marathon.

A lot of network marketers think that it’s a sprint.

That you join the industry, you take the products, and they’re amazing. You tell to all your friends and family about it. They’re going to buy it. They’re going to join your team. And you’re going to climb to the top really fast. Or you find that rockstar who’s going to blow it up for you and boom.

    I call this microwave mentality.

If you want real success, you need to know that it’s not a sprint. It’s a marathon.

Yeah, some people make one post and they make a hundred sales. But guess what? It’s not the rule. It’s the exception to the rule. It’s not duplicable for the majority of people.

It takes months and years to master those skill sets, master the skill of growing networks and connecting with those networks.

It takes time. It’s going to take time to get to the top, but it’s absolutely worth it.

So these are my five mistakes. Let’s go over it very quickly:

    • First, not everyone is your prospect.
    • Second, instead of focusing on the end result, you should be focusing on the process to get there.
    • Number three is that your product is not your attractor factor – You are.
    • Number four, do not ignore the power of a passive follow up.
    • Number five, get rid of the microwave mentality. It’s a marathon. It’s a long journey, not only of mastering the skill set, but also personal growth.

Comment below and let me know which one is your favorite, which one you had no clue about and which one grabbed your attention and you think you need to work on that part.

I hope you got value and I will see you next time.
