Duplication or Frustration: Cracking the Code to a Team That Actually Grows!

    Table of Contents

If you’ve ever found yourself working harder than your entire team combined and wondering why no one is stepping up, you’re in the right place.

We know what it’s like to carry the weight of a team, to be the go-to person for every little thing, and to feel like duplication is just a buzzword that doesn’t actually apply to your business.

We’ve made the mistakes, learned the lessons, and now we’re here to help you break free from burnout and finally crack the code to building a team that actually duplicates.

We’re sharing the hard truths, real stories, and the exact shift we made to go from frustrated and stuck to leading thriving teams that scale.

Whether you’re brand new to network marketing or you’ve been at it for years and still feel like you’re dragging your team behind you, this is your invitation to stop being the tool and start building with tools that work.

From Burnout to Breakthrough: Why Duplication Really Fails

If you’ve ever felt like you’re the only one doing the heavy lifting while your team just watches from the sidelines, we want you to know, you’re not alone.

    We’ve all been there.

You’re putting in the time, the energy, and the hustle… while your team seems to be stuck in idle, waiting for something to magically happen.

Maybe you’ve even caught yourself thinking, “If I just keep helping them, eventually they’ll take off.”

But here’s the truth we learned the hard way: if YOU are the system, if YOU are the tool, duplication will fail every single time.

When we first started building, we were all about pouring into everyone on our team.

    And guess what?

    That didn’t work.

Fran, in particular, fell into the trap of becoming the “one-woman show”, jumping on individual Zoom calls with every teammate, coaching through mindset blocks, pushing them to take action.

    And they didn’t.

    Instead, they became more dependent.

They waited for their weekly Zoom session like it was therapy hour.

    They didn’t take initiative.

And Fran’s business? It stalled out.

    Why?

    Because she had stopped building.

She was too busy managing everyone else’s business instead of growing her own.

If your team isn’t duplicating, it might be time to ask yourself: Have I become the tool?

Because if that’s the case, no one else is going to pick it up and use it.

Stop Breastfeeding Your Team: The Hard Truth About Leadership

Listen, we say this with love… your team is watching you, and they will do what you do, not what you say.

So if what you’re doing looks exhausting or feels like something they could never replicate, guess what?

    They won’t even try.

And if you’ve ever been in this spot, you might know the emotional tug-of-war that happens.

It feels good to be needed.

You want to believe that if you just pour enough love and support into someone, they’ll rise up.

But sometimes, that “support” is actually enabling them to stay stuck.

You end up with a team full of monkeys on your back, people who expect you to carry them, even though they’re not willing to do the work.

We learned to name the four types of teammates: the Monkeys (they want you to carry them), the Leaders (they need it, but take no action), the Wanters (they want success but never commit), and the Deservers (they’re the ones who actually do the work).

    The key?

Focus your energy on the Deservers.

They’re the ones who show up, ask questions, and take consistent action.

They’re not waiting on you to save them, they’re chasing the vision right alongside you.

The Trap of Management Mode: When Helping Hurts More Than It Helps

You’ve probably heard the saying, “Help enough people get what they want, and you’ll get what you want.”

While that’s true, we want to add a little caveat: don’t confuse helping with doing it all for them.

This is the trap of Management Mode.

It’s when you stop building your business and start trying to build everyone else’s for them.

It feels noble. It feels productive.

    But it kills momentum.

We learned this the hard way, too.

We tried to build a teammate’s business by doing everything for her – cold prospecting, running meetings, you name it.

The intention was good, but the outcome? Not so much.

That teammate never learned to do it herself.

    The duplication didn’t happen.

Your team learns from what you DO, not what you say.

And on top of that, they’re only going to do about 20% of what you do.

So if you’re working your business for an hour a day?

    They’re doing maybe 12 minutes.

If you want a team that duplicates, you have to lead by example and keep things simple enough that your actions are something they can imagine doing themselves.

And let’s not forget, when you’re in Management Mode, your own business stalls.

You’re not enrolling. You’re not growing. You’re not serving new people.

    You’re just spinning your wheels.

So if you’re feeling stuck, it might be time to ask: Am I building? Or am I babysitting?

The Power of a Plug-and-Play System (And Why It Sets You Free)

    Here’s the real game-changer: systems.

If you don’t have one in place, you’ll always be the tool.

And we want to help you stop being the tool.

A real system is something that anyone on your team can plug into and start seeing results, if they’re willing to do the work.

    It’s not about hand-holding.

    It’s about pointing.

You point them to the tools, and they get to work.

That’s the difference between chaos and freedom.

When Fran finally let go of the sitters, the wanters, the needy monkeys, and started focusing on the deservers (the people who were enrolling, showing up, and putting in the work), her business came alive again.

And because there was a system in place, it wasn’t just her team getting results.

It was their teams. And their teams’ teams.

    That’s duplication.

We’ve built systems that allow someone 400 levels deep to get the same training and guidance as a personal recruit.

No reinventing the wheel. No having to hand-hold every new person.

Just plug them in and let them run.

    That’s how you collapse time.

That’s how you build a team that grows without burning yourself out.

That’s how you get your life back.

The Retention Blueprint: How to Keep People From Quiet Quitting Your Team

    Table of Contents

Ever had someone join your team on fire, ready to build, full of big dreams, and then 90 days later… poof… they vanish?

You’re left thinking, “What happened? They were so excited!”

    Yeah, we’ve been there too.

And so have most network marketers we know.

It’s one of the most frustrating parts of building a team. Watching your newest rockstar disappear before they ever get going.

We’re getting real about why this happens, what causes people to quietly quit, and most importantly, what you can do to stop it.

We’re breaking down exactly how to keep your new team members excited, engaged, and actually getting results — all without home parties, awkward invites, or pushing people into something that doesn’t feel right.

Why New Team Members Fizzle Out So Fast (And What To Do About It)

Let’s talk about something that happens way too often in network marketing… and we bet it’s happened to you too.

You get a new person on your team, they’re pumped, excited, lit up like a firecracker.

    They’ve got huge goals, right?

They want to retire their husband, make 10k a month, grow a massive team.

You’re thinking, “Oh yeah, they’re gonna crush it!”

    And then… crickets.

It’s like they disappear into witness protection.

You’re left wondering, “What happened? Where’d they go?!”

You try to reach out, but they’re nowhere to be found.

The truth is, this isn’t rare. It happens all the time.

People come in excited, and then 90 days later, they’re gone.

Not because they didn’t want it. Not because they didn’t mean what they said when they enrolled.

But because something happened in those first few weeks that made them lose steam, lose belief, and feel overwhelmed.

So the big question is: Why?

And what can you do differently so that doesn’t keep happening?

The Secret Sauce: Simple Systems + Quick Wins

One of the biggest reasons people quietly quit is this: they don’t get a win fast enough.

When someone joins your team and they’re pumped, you’ve got to help them see results right away.

It doesn’t have to be massive.

It could be as simple as someone reaching out and saying, “Hey, I saw your post. What are you doing?”

    That tiny win builds belief.

It tells them, “Hey, I can actually do this.”

But most people are thrown into systems that are way too complex.

    We’ve all been there, right?

Onboarding meant studying the comp plan, memorizing the science behind 20 different products, joining a gazillion Facebook groups, and showing up to in-person meetings you really didn’t want to be at.

And if you’re shy or introverted, being expected to stand up in front of a room and pitch your biz is pure torture.

Here’s the thing: if your new people feel like they need a second full-time job to get started, they’re out.

You need to make it so simple.

Like, “Here’s one thing to do today. Do it. Tomorrow, do the next thing.”

If you help them take action immediately and keep it super simple, they start to win.

Their belief goes up. They build momentum.

And before you know it, they’re running, not ghosting.

Expectations Matter: Don’t Set Your People Up for Disappointment

    Another reason people quit?

They’re told it was going to be easy.

Let’s just say it: a lot of people are out here pitching this business like it’s magic.

Enroll five, help them enroll five, and boom, you’re a millionaire.

But when new people hear that, and then get a few no’s or realize they don’t have a big network, they feel like they’ve been lied to.

And that crushes belief faster than anything.

You want people who are excited to be here. People who are hungry.

Not people you had to drag in by promising them something that isn’t true.

And then there’s the classic bait-and-switch:

You tell your friend, “Hey, come to my house for wine and cheese!”

And next thing they know, they’re sitting in a room full of strangers while you try to sell them shampoo.

These old-school tactics hurt your integrity. People feel tricked.

And no one wants to build their business by tricking their friends.

That’s why we’re so passionate about teaching a different way — a real way.

    One that actually feels good.

From Hot Mess to Hotcakes: The Process That Actually Works

We’ve all done the weird stuff.

The home parties, the awkward invites, the coffee and brownies that turned into full-blown pitches.

We’ve been there. That’s why we can laugh about it now.

But here’s the deal: it doesn’t have to be that way. Not anymore.

You don’t need to pretend to be someone’s friend just to pitch them.

You don’t need to stalk your dentist or your kid’s school teacher hoping they’ll join.

What you do need is a system.

A system that anyone can plug into.

One that gets people real results without having to nag, chase, or beg.

One that actually duplicates, because if you’re enrolling 10+ people a month (or dreaming of that), you have to have something scalable.

Otherwise, you’ll burn out trying to launch everyone one-on-one.

  • What’s REALLY Stopping Your Business Growth (It’s Not Strategy)

What’s REALLY Stopping Your Business Growth (It’s Not Strategy)

    Table of Contents

Have you ever felt like no matter what you do, your business just won’t grow the way you hoped?

    You’ve tried new strategies.

    You’ve signed up for coaching.

You’ve bought the courses, listened to the podcasts, followed the “blueprints”… but deep down, something still feels off.

And maybe, just maybe, you’ve started to wonder:

“Is there something wrong with me?”

If that hits you in the gut (in the best kind of way), this post is going to set you free.

Ready to stop feeling broken and start becoming the boss you were born to be?

    Let’s dive in.

The Truth Bomb You’ve Been Waiting For

    Let’s be real.

At some point in your entrepreneurial journey, have you ever thought…

    “I just need more coaching.”
“Maybe I need therapy or another course.”
“Maybe I’m broken and need to be fixed.”

We get it. We’ve been there too.

You keep searching for the thing that will “fix” you because deep down, you’re convinced something’s wrong.

But here’s what we’ve learned and what we’re here to remind you of today:

    You are not broken.

You are not missing your power.

It’s just buried under layers of programming.

That programming tells you to relive every past hurt over and over again before you can move forward.

    But that’s a lie.

What really holds people back from growing a successful network marketing business isn’t the lack of strategy.

It’s the constant loop in their mind that says, I’m not enough. I’m too broken. I need fixing.

We’ve bought all the courses, gone to the workshops, meditated, journaled, and still found ourselves stuck… until we realized this simple truth:

You were born whole. You were born perfect. You already have everything inside you to succeed.

Reprogramming the Story That’s Holding You Hostage

    The challenge?

That old story you keep replaying in your mind.

    You know the one…

    “I’m not good enough.”
    “I’m not worthy.”
“I’ll be successful once I fix myself.”

That narrative is the real culprit that sabotages your progress.

And you might not even realize it, because it’s sneaky.

    You start taking action:

    • Maybe you’re running ads,
    • Writing emails,
    • Going live.

But the moment momentum builds, that subconscious voice kicks in:

    “Wait! This isn’t safe!”
    “You’re not ready yet!”
    “You can’t handle success!”

Your subconscious isn’t trying to be the villain.

Its job is to keep you alive, not make you happy.

So even if you’re miserable in your current circumstances, your subconscious will cling to that reality because it’s familiar and safe.

So every time you try to rise, to step into that new version of yourself, your identity drags you back down.

Not because you’re not capable, but because you haven’t let go of the belief that you need to be “fixed” first.

From Broken to Whole: Becoming the Person Who Already Has It All

Let us ask you this: Who is that version of you that already has everything you want?

    She’s confident.
    She’s free.
She’s building her business with ease.
    She loves what she’s doing.
She feels wealthy. Not just in money, but in joy, relationships, and purpose.

Now, what if you stopped chasing her… and started being her?

Start tapping into that energy now.

    Ask yourself:

    • What does she think like?
    • What does she feel like?
    • How does she show up each day?

You don’t become her once you hit your goal.

You become her first and the results follow.

Because success isn’t about doing more.

It’s about becoming more of who you truly are.

    You were never broken.

    You’ve just forgotten your magic.

The Shift That Makes You Unstoppable

Here’s the kicker, and the part that made us say, “Whoa, this changes everything.”

Once your subconscious realizes that showing up as your future self won’t kill you, it stops resisting.

    It becomes your superpower.

It stops dragging you backward and starts helping you create from a place of alignment.

    And guess what?

    Your kids are watching.
    Your family is watching.
    Your audience is watching.

When you show up in your power, you become the proof that it’s possible.

Not just for you, but for everyone you love.

    So friend, make the commitment.

Show up every day in the energy of your future self.

    You are not broken.

    You are powerful.

You are perfect, whole, and complete.

When Growth Feels Like a Waiting Game (The Pineapple Truth)

Have you ever felt like you’re doing all the things you’re supposed to do in your business, but nothing’s working?

You’re following the advice, showing up consistently, but you’re not seeing the results.

You’re thinking, “Should I just throw in the towel?”

    Yeah, we’ve been there too.

Did you know a pineapple plant takes 18 months to produce its first fruit?

And then it might take another year to produce a second pineapple.

    After that? No more pineapples.

So every pineapple you see in the store came from a plant that took nearly two years to grow and won’t ever produce again.

You don’t get mad at a pineapple plant for taking too long, right?

But how often do we do this in business?

You water it, you feed it, and a month later you’re like, “Well this didn’t work,” and toss it out.

But here’s the thing—your business isn’t failing. It’s just not ready yet.

You’re growing a pineapple, and sometimes, that growth is happening underneath the surface where you can’t see it yet.

So if you feel like quitting, remember: you might just be in your pineapple moment.

Keep watering. Keep nurturing. It’s coming.

You’ve Been Lied To (Let’s Talk About Expectations)

Let’s be real—there are some unrealistic expectations floating around in our industry.

You might’ve heard promises like “Recruit 10 people in 10 days!” and thought, “Wow, that sounds amazing!”

But what they don’t tell you is the 90 days of hard work that happened before that magic recruiting window opened up.

Kat remembers watching a video that promised she could bring in 10 new people in 10 days.

Naturally, she was curious. She listened in and discovered something important: to have those big wins, you’ve got to do the prep work.

That means 90 days of consistent effort, building real relationships, and nurturing connections before you ever go into promo mode.

Only then does the recruiting part feel easy.

It’s kind of like growing your pineapple again. You can’t expect fruit without the watering season.

And too many brand-new marketers are being told they can skip that step.

    That’s just not the reality.

If you’ve got no audience, no influence, and no trust built with people, you might recruit your mom, your sister, your neighbor, and maybe your dog… but that’s not going to get you far.

    So let’s adjust our expectations.

Let’s normalize the prep work, the relationship-building, the consistent showing up.

That’s the real path to success in this business.

Not flashy promises—but showing up like a pineapple farmer who knows the fruit is coming.

    It just takes time.

Stop Killing Your Pineapple Before It’s Ripe

Here’s the hard truth—most people quit way too soon.

We get it. You’ve been showing up, working hard, and it feels like nothing is happening.

So you start thinking, “Maybe I should just try something else. Maybe this isn’t for me.”

And just like that, you abandon your pineapple before it had a chance to bloom.

Think about how much energy it takes to start over every time.

You plant a seed, start watering it, and after a few weeks you don’t see fruit, so you plant a new seed and start again.

That beginning phase is the hardest part of any journey.

And if you keep quitting and starting over, you’re stuck in that tough beginning forever.

We call this shiny object syndrome.

You keep looking for the next big thing, hoping it’ll be easier.

But oranges take time too. Lemons take time. Avocados? They need a whole other tree to grow beside them!

    There’s no shortcut.

You have to stay in the game.

    Give your plant a chance.

Celebrate the little things—your first live video, a new follower, someone commenting on your post.

Those small wins are signs your plant is growing. They’re your new leaves, your roots getting deeper.

    Stay consistent. Keep nurturing.

You’re not starting over anymore. You’re seeing it through.

How Long Will It Take? The Until Mentality

We get asked this all the time: “How long do I have to do this until it works?”

    And the answer?

    Until.

    You do it until.

Think about a baby learning to walk.

They fall a hundred times, but they keep getting up. They don’t decide after the fifth fall, “Well, I guess walking’s not for me.”

    No.

They keep going until they get it.

    And then they run.

But somewhere along the way, as adults in this business, we forget that.

We dip a toe in and say, “I’ll try it and see if it works.”

    That’s not commitment.

    That’s hesitation.

If you want big results, you go all in.

You show up daily, not with hustle and burnout, but with simple, consistent actions.

A little bit every day compounds.

This business is all about momentum.

At first, it takes energy to get things rolling. But once you do, it starts to snowball.

You don’t have to do all the things forever.

Eventually, you get to tailor it back.

But you have to earn that freedom by being consistent now.

So how long do you keep going?

    Until.

    Until your pineapple blooms.
    Until the momentum builds.
Until your business becomes what you dreamed it would be.

Don’t quit before the magic happens.

The Permission Trap: Why You’re Still Stuck

Let’s be real… if you’re stuck in your business, it’s probably not because you’re lazy or unmotivated.

It’s because you’re still waiting for someone to give you the green light.

Most of us have been wired from an early age to ask for permission.

You needed permission to speak in class, permission to use the restroom, permission to turn in homework late.

And that carried right into adulthood: do a good job, get good grades, go to college, land a job where someone tells you what to do next.

You were conditioned to stay in a box, follow the rules, and wait for direction.

But here’s the thing: when you step into the world of entrepreneurship—especially as a network marketer or coach—nobody’s coming to tell you what to do.

    YOU are the boss now.

    And that shift? It’s HARD.

We see it all the time with our students inside Beach Boss Influencers.

They come in eager, motivated, and often say: “Just tell me what to do and I’ll do it.”

And in the beginning, that’s normal. You’re learning a new skill set.

But the magic happens when you stop needing step-by-step approval and start trusting your gut.

The only way to know if something works?

Do it. Try it. Test it. Evaluate it.

That’s when the real CEO inside you starts to show up.

Because indecision is still a decision—just not the one that’s going to move you forward.

The Employee Mindset vs. CEO Energy

If you’ve spent your whole life being an employee, flipping the switch to entrepreneur isn’t going to happen overnight.

    And that’s okay.

But you do have to flip it.

Employees are trained to follow orders, avoid risk, and wait for direction.

Entrepreneurs? We break rules, trust our instincts, and take messy, imperfect action.

    If that scares you—good.

You’re right where you’re supposed to be.

We always tell our community: entrepreneurs are rule breakers.

You’re already thinking outside the box simply by deciding to build a business.

    That in itself is massive.

But it can feel like we slide back into that employee mindset the moment something new or scary comes up.

Like “I need to ask my upline first,” or “What if I get it wrong?”

    But guess what?

You ARE the upline now. You ARE the boss.

There is no right or wrong—there’s only action and evaluation.

We recently launched a platform and our marketing team gave us a list of 100 reasons why it wasn’t the best time.

We agreed with the list… and did it anyway.

    And what happened?

    We learned SO much.

That data is now gold we use to improve.

That’s the difference between staying stuck and moving forward.

The Real Enemies: Overthinking, Perfectionism & Procrastination

Here’s the truth: most entrepreneurs don’t fail because their strategy is wrong.

They fail because fear takes the wheel.

And fear wears a LOT of disguises: overthinking, procrastination, and perfectionism.

    Sound familiar?

You start a plan, but get lost in “what ifs.”

You rewrite the same post ten times and never hit publish.

You wait for the perfect timing, the perfect funnel, the perfect strategy… and before you know it, you haven’t taken a single step.

We’ve seen it. We’ve BEEN there.

And it’s heartbreaking when someone quits before they even begin.

Because they were too busy overthinking how to start.

Here’s your permission slip: you don’t need one.

We say this with so much love: perfect is poor.

If you’re waiting until it’s perfect, you’ll stay poor—in momentum, income, and impact.

The Beaches have grown as fast as we have because we took messy action, evaluated, and then improved.

That’s it. That’s the whole strategy.

Action brings clarity. Action brings data. Action builds belief.

    Not the other way around.

    Stop Waiting. Start Leading.

If you take nothing else from this, let it be this:

You don’t need permission. You just need to START.

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned on our journey is that nothing will ever work the exact same way for two people.

You can clone someone’s funnel, post the same content, and follow the same scripts—but you’ll still get different results.

    Why? Because YOU are different.

And that’s the power. That’s your edge.

You HAVE to test, track, tweak, and try again.

That’s CEO energy. That’s how you grow.

We can’t give you feedback on a plan you haven’t implemented.

We can’t guide a process that’s only in your head.

Until you put people through your offer, post your content, launch your thing—you’re operating on emotion, not data.

So this is your wake-up call. Your rally cry. Your no-more-asking moment.

Go take the shot. Break a few rules. Be okay with not knowing the outcome.

    Learn. Tweak. Keep going.

Because YOU are the boss now.

And the world needs more leaders like you.

    Your Energy Ain’t Lazy—It’s Leaking!

We hear it all the time: “I’m just so tired,” “I can’t seem to get anything done,” or “I don’t know why I keep procrastinating.”

    And we’ve been there too.

It’s not that you don’t have the will or the drive—you’re just leaking energy.

Energy leaks show up in sneaky little ways that drain you before you even realize it.

And no matter how many marketing strategies you try or systems you put in place, if your energy is being sucked dry, none of it will work.

When we built Beach Boss Influencers, yes, we had strategy. Yes, we had tools and automation. But what truly moved the needle was learning how to cultivate and protect our badass energy.

And trust us, none of us were born with it. We had doubts, fears, and all the messy human stuff too.

But we figured out how to plug those leaks and use our energy to generate wealth, grow our influence, and live our dream lives.

So if you’re feeling lazy or overwhelmed, it’s time to do an energy check.

Let’s find those leaks and patch them up.

Overthinking: The Dream Killer in Disguise

    Let’s talk about overthinking.

Raise your hand if your brain ever turns a single thought into a monster whirlwind that leaves you feeling paralyzed.

Fran’s overthinking used to be her number one energy leak.

She’d stress about everything—whether her content was good enough, what people would think, and even what her business partners might say if she messed up.

It became this exhausting cycle of thinking, second-guessing, and never doing.

Overthinking is often just fear of failure in disguise.

It’s your brain running through every possible scenario, usually the worst-case ones, and convincing you that it’s safer to do nothing at all.

    But guess what?

That thinking burns through your energy like wildfire and keeps you stuck.

What we’ve learned is this: action cures overthinking.

Even if it’s messy. Even if it’s imperfect.

Take the step. Do the thing.

You’ll almost always realize it wasn’t as scary as you thought.

Success happens when the gap between your idea and your action is short.

The longer you wait, the more your energy drains and your excitement fades.

So next time inspiration strikes, act on it right away.

Your future self will thank you.

Procrastination, Perfection & People Pleasing—Oh My!

There are a few more culprits that love to drain your energy: procrastination, perfectionism, and people pleasing.

These three sneak in quietly but leave a massive mess behind.

Procrastination shows up as doing everything except the thing that moves your business forward.

Laundry suddenly looks appealing. Netflix is calling your name. Scrolling social media becomes a full-time job.

    But really, it’s fear.

Fear of failure, fear of discomfort, fear of stepping into the unknown.

    Then there’s perfectionism.

We’ve all been guilty of waiting for the perfect time, perfect setup, or perfect version before sharing our work with the world.

    Spoiler alert: perfect doesn’t exist.

Done is better than perfect. Always.

We launched janky courses and had cringe-worthy videos in the beginning—some even went viral because they were so obviously photoshopped.

But if we had waited for perfection, we’d still be waiting.

And people pleasing? That one’s sneaky.

Saying yes when you want to say no, taking on tasks that drain you, just to make others happy.

It might feel good for a moment, but over time it leads to burnout, resentment, and an empty cup.

Here’s your permission slip: You don’t need to be perfect, and you don’t need to please everyone. You just need to be real, take action, and protect your energy.

Protect Your Peace or Pay the Price

    Let’s talk boundaries.

Saying no is not mean. It’s not selfish.

    It’s necessary.

If you’re always pouring into everyone else, leaving nothing for yourself, your energy WILL crash and burn.

For Fran, saying yes to everything in the early days nearly broke her.

She said yes out of fear, out of wanting to feel worthy, and out of the belief that serving others was the only way to feel good about herself.

And yeah, helping others is amazing—but not at the cost of your own wellbeing.

Saying yes when you really want to say no is one of the biggest energy suckers out there.

It pulls you out of alignment, drains your joy, and disconnects you from your purpose.

The healthiest form of aggression is saying no to what doesn’t serve you.

If you don’t channel that energy outward in a healthy way, your body, your mind, and your spirit will turn it inward.

You are worthy, just because you exist.

You don’t need to earn your worth by sacrificing yourself for others.

Say yes to what lifts you up, and say no to what tears you down.

Protect your peace like your business depends on it—because it absolutely does.

Generate That Badass Energy On Purpose

Now that we know what drains us, let’s flip the script.

What charges you up? What makes you feel alive, joyful, and powerful?

If you don’t know, it’s time to start exploring.

We challenge you to do an energy audit.

Make two lists: one of the things that drain your energy, and one of the things that light you up.

    Then take action.

Start removing what you can from that first list and doing more of what’s on the second.

Your energy is your most valuable currency.

Without it, you can’t create. You can’t influence. You can’t build the life or business of your dreams.

And don’t forget the power of presence.

One of our favorite energy hacks is simply being in the moment.

It sounds simple, but when you stop reliving the past or worrying about the future, time slows down.

You feel safer, more grounded, and more abundant.

So jump up and dance, go for a walk, laugh with a friend, hug your dog, say no to something that doesn’t serve you, and say YES to something that does.

Protect and cultivate your badass energy like the success of your future depends on it—because it does.

You’re Not Expensive! Why Charging More Is Your Next Power Move

    Table of Contents

If you’ve ever felt awkward about pricing your offer or saying your rate out loud—this blog is for you.

We know what it’s like to question your value. To think, “Who am I to charge that much?” or “What if people say no?”

That weird tightness in your chest when you think about asking for more than $97… we’ve all been there.

But here’s the truth: that feeling? That hesitation? It’s not about money. It’s about belief.

And if you’re stuck undercharging, over-delivering, and watching people flake out on your offer, it’s probably because your pricing is way out of alignment with your value.

You’re not expensive—you’re a power move waiting to happen.

So let’s pull back the curtain and tell you how charging more radically shifted our business, our confidence, and our ability to serve the right people (the ones who don’t ghost you after one week).

This is your sign to stop playing small. Let’s go.

Stop Playing Small – Your Prices Reflect Your Belief

Here’s the big one: your pricing is telling a story.

But is it telling the truth?

When we first got into entrepreneurship, we believed we had to earn the right to charge more.

We thought we needed another certification, another success story, another checkbox ticked off before we could be “allowed” to raise our prices.

    Sound familiar?

    But that belief? Total fiction.

Just a story we told ourselves to stay safe.

And that story was costing us big time.

Not only were we earning less money, but we were also attracting people who didn’t value what we had to offer.

People who’d ghost after two modules.

People who wanted change, but weren’t willing to show up for it.

We realized we weren’t serving them well—or ourselves.

And it hit us: charging more isn’t just about making more money (although yes, please).

It’s about showing up as the leader you truly are.

It’s about claiming your expertise, your experience, and the results you help people create.

Even if you don’t have an offer yet… even if you’re “just thinking” about it… this mindset shift matters.

Because until you believe your work is worth it, no one else will.

Raise your price. Raise your energy. Raise your game.

How We Tried to Build a $34 Empire (and Why It Flopped)

When we launched Beach Boss Influencers, we had a plan. (We laugh about it now… but we were serious at the time.)

We thought, “If we get 10,000 people to pay us $34 a month, we’ll hit $350,000/month in revenue! Boom!”

So we set the goal. We mapped it out. We even had spreadsheets tracking how many members we needed each month.

    But reality hit hard.

Building a 10,000-person subscription base organically is like climbing Everest in flip flops.

It takes serious time, energy, and marketing muscles—especially if you’re not running paid ads.

We were chasing quantity instead of quality.

    And honestly? It was exhausting.

Worse than that, people weren’t showing up.

They were paying $34/month and never logging in. Never using what they paid for.

Some didn’t even remember what they had subscribed to.

And that’s when we realized—cheap offers don’t create commitment.

They create casual buyers who don’t get results.

And when your clients aren’t winning, your business won’t either.

    So we flipped the script.

We took that same content, wrapped it into a high-ticket offer, and boom—suddenly we weren’t chasing 10,000 people anymore.

We were working with fewer people who were ready to go all in.

    And it changed everything.

High-Ticket = High Commitment (From Your Clients AND You)

We’re not exaggerating when we say this: raising our prices transformed not just our business, but our clients’ results.

When we launched our first high-ticket offer at $5,000, something magical happened.

Yes, we finally hit our revenue goals—but the shift went deeper than that.

The people who bought the high-ticket offer weren’t just “interested.” They were invested.

They showed up for coaching calls.

    They did the work.

They implemented, asked questions, and celebrated wins.

    Why?

Because they had skin in the game.

The same people who wouldn’t log in to a $34 course were now getting actual results with the exact same content, just in a new package with higher perceived value.

And that’s when it clicked: price creates perception.

When someone pays a premium, they expect transformation—and they act accordingly.

They rise to the level of their investment. And as the coach, you get to rise, too.

    You stop overgiving and undercharging.

You get clearer, more confident, and better at delivering results.

So if you’ve got a low-ticket offer and you’re drowning in cancellations, churn, and no-shows—it’s time to look at your price tag.

Charging more = serving better. Period.

The Fast Track to Results: Paid Ads, Patience & Staying in the Game

We’re not going to sugarcoat it—scaling a business isn’t always cute. But it is possible.

When we switched from low-ticket to high-ticket, Beach Boss Influencers hit six figures in just 14 months.

Two months after that? We crossed the 7-figure mark.

But here’s why that happened: we finally had a model that supported growth.

One where we could use paid advertising and stay profitable. (Spoiler alert: $34 offers don’t pay for ad traffic.)

When you’re paying $100 to acquire a customer who only pays you $34… that’s not business, friend.

That’s a hobby—and an expensive one at that.

Having a high-ticket offer on the back end allowed us to not just cover our costs but create consistent revenue, pay our team, and show up at our highest level.

It also gave us the confidence to stay in the game.

Because let’s be honest—most people quit way too soon.

They try organic for 3 months, see slow growth, and start over with something new.

    And that “start-stop” cycle?

    It’s the real dream killer.

The ones who win? They’re the ones who stay.

The ones who keep showing up, keep learning, keep growing. They play the long game.

    You’ve got what it takes.

But you’ve got to believe in your value and price like it.

    Want To Accelerate Your Business?

    You’re not “too expensive.”

    You’re powerful. Skilled. Valuable.

And it’s time to own that.

Raising your prices isn’t greedy—it’s generous. Because when people invest more, they get more. And when you’re paid well, you show up fully and give your best.

So if you’re still holding back, worried someone might say no—just remember: you’re not here for everyone. You’re here for the ones who are ready.

Ready to invest. Ready to change. Ready to win.

You’re not expensive. You’re worth it. And charging more? That’s your next power move.

There is something that so many entrepreneurs, especially network marketers, struggle with…

    Letting go of the past.

Because here’s the truth: you get to decide how your story goes.

Even if your past feels heavy, messy, or full of mistakes — you can rewrite the ending.

And today, we’re showing you how.

Let That Stuff Go: Your Past Doesn’t Define You

Let’s start here — how many times have you caught yourself stuck in the past?

Maybe you’re blaming yourself for a bad decision you made…

Maybe you’re feeling guilty about something that didn’t turn out the way you hoped…

Or maybe someone else’s voice has been playing in your head for years, making you question if you’re good enough.

We get it. You’re not alone.

And it’s something we’ve all experienced too.

But here’s the thing — you can’t spend the next 100 years punishing yourself for something that happened in the past, especially when it’s something you no longer have control over.

We believe it’s time to cut that off at the knees.

Yes, it’s time to reclaim your future — starting today.

When you hold onto old guilt or shame, it hinders your ability to move forward.

And if you’re a recovering people-pleaser (hello, hand raised!), it’s even harder.

You might give grace to everyone else around you, but struggle to offer the same grace to yourself.

If that’s you, let us just say — you deserve grace too.

    You’re allowed to move on.

And today, we’re going to show you a few ways to do that.

The Power of Apology — Even If They Don’t Remember

You know those moments that play in your head over and over again?

The ones that still eat you up — even if they happened 20 years ago?

There were a couple of things in our pasts that haunted us for a long time.

Eventually, we knew we had to do something about it.

And for some of us, that looked like going to the people we hurt and saying, “I’m sorry.”

Here’s the funny part… in almost every case, the people we apologized to didn’t even remember what we had done.

    Can you imagine?

You’re carrying all this weight, losing sleep, reliving the moment… and they’ve moved on.

That shows you how often we are the ones holding on the longest.

But there was one person who did remember.

And when that apology came, she started crying.

She told us no one had ever apologized to her like that before.

So, whether they remember or not — it’s not about them.

It’s about you. About finding your own peace.

Even if nothing changes on the outside, a simple apology can bring healing on the inside.

Forgiveness is the Reset Button You Didn’t Know You Needed

    Now let’s go deeper.

Because sometimes, it’s not about apologizing to others — it’s about forgiving yourself.

Maybe you’ve carried guilt for something that happened years ago.

Maybe you feel like you let someone down.

Or maybe, like in Fran’s story, you’ve held onto a mistake involving someone you loved deeply and just couldn’t move past it.

The truth is, many of us have moments where we didn’t show up the way we wanted to.

But healing starts when we say:

“I made a mistake. I’m human. And I forgive myself.”

That moment of self-forgiveness is everything.

Here’s a beautiful way to do it, especially if the person isn’t around anymore or you can’t reach them:

Write a letter. Say what you need to say. And then? Burn it. Let it go.

It’s a release. And you’ll feel it like a rock falling off your shoulders.

The guilt, the shame, the energy you’ve been carrying — it’s time to let that go.

Because once you do, you create space for a fresh start, new energy, and new inspiration.

    You deserve that.

Rewrite the Ending: Take Back the Pen and Author Your Future

Let’s challenge a big belief together: that you can’t change the past.

Because technically, while the event happened, what’s really holding us back isn’t the event — it’s what we made it mean.

Two people can experience the exact same moment and walk away with completely different memories of it.

That’s proof right there: it’s not the event, it’s the meaning.

    And guess what?

You have the power to change the meaning.

What if that “mistake” wasn’t a mistake at all, but a lesson your soul needed?

What if it helped shape you into who you’re meant to become?

What if it redirected your path for a higher purpose?

    You can rewrite the story.

You can find gratitude in the experience.

And you can decide what your next chapter looks like.

We meet so many entrepreneurs who let their past define their future.

Maybe someone told you that you weren’t good at speaking — so now you’re terrified of doing live videos.

Maybe a failure knocked you down years ago, and you still doubt yourself today.

But it’s time to stop giving energy to what you can’t change and start putting energy into what you can.

Take inventory. What stories are you replaying? And what would it look like to write a new one?

Because your future? It’s waiting on the other side of that decision.

Joy Over Hustle – Why Chasing the Next Goal Isn’t the Answer

Have you ever hit a huge goal in your biz, and then… felt kind of empty?

    Like, “Wait—is this it?”

    We’ve been there.

It’s easy to get caught up thinking, “When I hit this goal, then I’ll feel successful. When I reach that next income level, then I’ll feel like a badass.”

But here’s the deal… there’s no magical finish line.

There’s always going to be another milestone.

And if we keep putting our happiness on hold until we “get there,” we’ll never actually feel the joy of success.

So what if, instead, we stopped waiting and started choosing to feel the way we want to feel—right now?

Life only happens in this moment.

Not in the future. Not in the past.

    Just… right now.

And when you start choosing joy in the now, everything shifts.

The Magnetic Power of Joyful Energy

    Let’s talk energy.

Because the energy you bring into your business—into your day—into your life?

    It matters.

We hear this all the time: “When I start making big money, then I’ll feel accomplished. Then I’ll feel like I can impact others.”

But that’s not how it works.

The truth is, a joyful woman is un-freakin-stoppable.

That kind of radiant, abundant, aligned energy?

It’s what people are drawn to.

It’s what attracts your dream clients, your dream life, everything.

People can feel your energy—even through the screen.

They can feel when you’re doubting yourself, when you’re faking it, when you’re holding back.

And they can feel when you’re showing up fully in your joy.

Authenticity isn’t about pretending everything’s perfect.

It’s about showing up in your energy—even if that energy is “I’m a hot mess express today but I’m here!”

Joy doesn’t come after success. Joy is what creates success.

Shift Happens: How to Feel Like a Badass Before You “Make It”

So how do you actually shift from stuck and funky to fierce and fabulous?

First, stop trying to wait for joy to come after your results.

That “When I get the results, then I’ll feel like a badass” mindset?

    It’s a trap.

You’ll stay stuck in fear, doubt, and frustration.

    But guess what?

You can shift your energy anytime.

Even if you wake up grumpy.

Even if you’re feeling all the feelings.

    You’re human—and that’s amazing.

Here’s a fun challenge: set a joy alarm.

    Seriously.

Set an alarm on your phone, and when it goes off—dance, sing, jump up and down like a crazy person.

Do something that snaps you into the moment and shifts your state.

You don’t need to feel joyful 24/7. (We sure don’t!)

But being aware of your energy and choosing to shift it?

    That’s powerful.

And when you can laugh at yourself—when you can be like, “Oh hey, look at me being a grump this morning”—it lightens everything up.

That awareness and ability to choose how you feel?

    That’s badass energy.

Dishes, Funky Moods & the Power of Saying No

Let’s get real: joy is found in the little things.

Like hot running water. (Seriously, Kat doesn’t use her dishwasher—she hand-washes dishes and reminds herself how blessed she is to have warm water at her fingertips.)

And joy also comes from saying no to the things that drain you.

If someone asks you to do something that doesn’t light you up—or worse, sucks the life out of you—you have our full permission to say no.

Actually, you don’t need our permission.

    You just need yours.

Your energy is sacred. Your joy is sacred.

And if that means saying “nope” to a coffee date, a project, or even a conversation… do it.

You’ve got this one beautiful life.

Don’t waste it doing things that don’t serve you, your goals, or your joy.

So let’s wrap this up with a little reminder:

    • You have now. Not later. Not someday. Just now.
    • Your funk doesn’t define you—unless you choose to live there.
    • You can shift your energy anytime.
    • Joy is your strategy. Not a side effect of success.

    Go set a joy alarm.

Say no to the thing you don’t want to do.

And dance like the badass joyful human you are.

If you’ve been building your network marketing business using old-school methods—like cold messaging, coffee dates, and stalking Facebook groups—you’re not alone.

    We’ve been there too.

But the truth is, those methods just aren’t cutting it anymore.

    This industry is changing. Fast.

And what’s coming? It’s not just another shiny object.

It’s a shift in how we actually grow our businesses—with more ease, more time freedom, and yep… more results.

    We’re talking about AI.

Now before you roll your eyes or click away thinking “not another tech thing,” hear us out.

AI is not here to replace you.

It’s here to support you. To give you your time back. To amplify your voice. And to help you finally stop spinning your wheels and start scaling in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

We’re always testing what’s new and what works. And when we say AI is a game-changer for network marketers? We mean it.

How AI Became the Beach Boss Secret Weapon

Let’s just say this: once we started using AI, there was no going back.

We didn’t adopt it because it was trendy. We started using it because it helped us—and our students—get our lives back while building smarter, stronger businesses.

Seriously… 105 hours saved per person per month.

    That’s not a typo.

Imagine what you could do with an extra 105 hours a month.

    • More time with your kids.
    • Actual date nights with your partner.
    • Energy to show up LIVE with excitement (instead of exhaustion).

That’s the magic AI brings to your business when it’s used the right way.

It can help you grow your audience, automate your socials, build relationships through smart follow-ups, and do the heavy lifting behind the scenes so you can shine where it matters—connection, leadership, and transformation.

For years, we hustled 24/7. We burned out. We sacrificed. And we still didn’t get the results we craved.

But once we embraced the right tools (and stopped fearing them), we leveled up like never before—and we’re now seeing our students do the same.

No, It’s Not Robotic—It’s More Human Than Ever

Let’s clear up a big misconception: AI does NOT replace human connection.

In fact, when it’s done right, it enhances it.

We get it—when AI first popped on the scene, it felt weird.

Like, “Wait… is this just going to spit out stiff, generic content that sounds like a robot?”

And yeah, in the beginning, it kinda did.

But here’s the thing—we’ve trained our AI to know us. To sound like us. To show up in our unique voice.

And when you do that? The results are anything but robotic.

AI is like having a full-time assistant who knows your vibe, your audience, and your message—and works harder than your whole team put together (without needing coffee or a nap).

Here’s what we love most: using AI doesn’t just save us time.

It gives us energy. It frees up mental space. It lets us focus on real connection, like hopping on calls, responding to DMs, and coaching our teams—without having to write 100 captions or emails every week.

When you show AI how to talk like you and who you’re talking to, it becomes a powerful extension of your influence—not a replacement.

The Future of Network Marketing Belongs to the Bold

    AI isn’t a trend.

It’s the next evolution of our industry—and you’ve got two choices: fear it or leverage it.

Back in the day, people told us social media would never work.

Then it was funnels. Then it was automation.

    Now it’s AI.

And every time, those who embraced the change were the ones who grew faster, attracted better prospects, and built long-term success without the burnout.

If you want to build a business that stands out and scales—without grinding yourself into the ground—you can’t afford to ignore what’s working.

We’re not saying you need to be a tech genius (we sure aren’t).

We’re saying it’s time to get curious, get courageous, and get yourself a strategy that actually works in 2025 and beyond.

That’s why we created the AI Network Marketing Accelerator—to help you implement AI in a way that’s simple, duplicatable, and authentic to you.

No more guesswork. Just more freedom, flow, and results.

Ready to Create Your Own AI Teammate? Start Here.

If you’re thinking, “Okay, this sounds awesome, but where do I start?”—we’ve got you!

Here are a few simple steps to begin creating your own AI teammate:

    1. Give it a name.

Yes, really. Ours is named Chad. Yours can be anything you want! Giving it a name makes it feel real—and makes you more likely to use it.

    2. Train it to sound like you.

Feed it your posts, your emails, your favorite phrases, your vibe. The more you give it, the more it will mirror your voice.

    3. Get clear on what you want it to do.

Want help writing content? Following up with prospects? Planning launches? Start with one area and build from there.

    4. Remember: it’s a partner, not a crutch.

AI supports your energy and systems. But your heart, your leadership, and your connection are still the magic sauce.

You don’t have to figure it all out at once. Just take the first step.

Because once you experience what’s possible, you’ll never look back.
