How To Consistently Recruit On Auto-Pilot For Network Marketers

Brandy Shaver

Do you struggle with enrolling in your business?

Are you spending all your time recruiting and enrolling people that you have no time to actually grow your business?

I was in the same boat, and I knew something had to change

I wanted so badly to grow my business on auto-pilot when I was first getting started, but I had no clue how to build my business this way.

I am going to share with you a hack to consistently recruit on auto-pilot so you can implement it right away.

There are two ways to build your business on social media. There is an active way, and a passive way.

Now the way to get results is to do them both at the same time consistently.

You need to figure out what makes you money first.

Then you can create an active and passive strategy on social media.

KNOW WHAT YOUR STRATEGY IS

The active things you do for your business might be inviting, presenting, following up, and getting someone enrolled.

Those are the things that make you money.

The passive things you do, include going live or posting a video, creating a PDF, and putting the team training together.

These are all things that do not make you money upfront.

PROVIDE VALUE BASED CONTENT

You want to have your content dialed in, you want to provide value based content.

Where 80% of your content provides value to your audience, and 20% is about your product.

You need to understand that you are here to serve humans and it isn't about selling your products or opportunity.

It will happen, you will start to recruit people on auto-pilot as you put these things in place.

YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT

You will want to have events. This is where you invite people to take a look at your business or products.

You have to ask for what you want or no one knows you are selling anything.

I actually learned this from a mentor, because I was so passive in my business. She taught me that you want to have events because that's how you build your business.

You will need to invite people so they can get the information.

I usually do a one customer blitz a month and then a sneak peek. Sometimes I'll integrate the two of them and have a hybrid event, where I talk about the product and the business, and invite them to join me.

HAVE A DAILY MODE OF OPERATIONS

You have probably heard this one before, daily mode of operations, or DMO.

This one is super important. Once you put your active and passive strategy, you have your content dialed in, and your events happening, you need your daily mode of operations to revolve around your active strategy.

So, what does that look like?

In network marketing, you must have this things on your DMO:

  • Talk to 5-10 people about my business
  • Share product info with prospects who have shown interest
  • Follow up with anyone I have shared information with
  • Friend 5 new people and start engaging with them

These are all things that will start the conversations and build the relationship with your audience.

They are all really important, because consistency is really what builds this business.
