3 Content Hacks to Grow your Business and Save you a Ton of Time.

Creating content that actually grows your business, can be overwhelming at times! And if the thought of creating content for the next year fills you with dread... Then you're going to want to tune in to this training where you'll get my favorite Content Hacks to save time and grow my business.

Who are you speaking to?

You are a network marketing entrepreneur and you are building a business. And if you are new to network marketing, you may not understand the concept.

Understanding who you are speaking to is very important. You need to know that not everybody is looking for your product.

You need to understand who your ideal client is, where these people hang out, what they dream about, and what they struggle with.

So that your content responds to their problems and dreams.

And if you've ever read a post or listened to a live show where you thought, "This person is in my head, and he/she understands exactly what I'm going through, and knows where I want to be”. It's because these people understand who you are. They understand what you are struggling with right now. They understand what your hopes and dreams are. They always understand what it feels like, to be you.

And that's why, when you create content, it should not only talk about those struggles, but also about the things that you’re passionate about, about your desires. You need to describe a problem, share some hopes and dreams, and then provide a solution to this problem.

And if you share the struggles, and if you share YOUR journey, then you're not only sharing and understanding the problems, but also leading the person to hope and dream.

Your Content Is Not About You

The content you create, although it shares your story, is not really about you, but it appeals to your ideal potential customers.

It appeals to your ideal clients and serves them where they are. And when you share your story, when you become vulnerable, share the struggle, share something you've been through, don't leave the person struggling, but give them hope. Show them, that there is a way out of what they're going through right now.

Your content is really about your audience, and serving them. Inspire them, motivate them, educate them, and entertain them.

Stop Overcomplicating Content Creation

Stop over complicating the content creation. Some people like to look at stories, some people like to watch Reels, some people watch long evergreen content on YouTube, Facebook or IGTV. Some people are on TikTok or YouTube.

When you’re creating something, when you come up with an idea for a piece of content, you can use that one piece, one idea in different places:
1. in a story,
2. in a Reel,
3. in an Image Post,
4. in a Live on IG or FB,

5. in a long format YouTube training.

If you are on Instagram, for example, you can take that Instagram Live, cut/edit it and repurpose it into a Reel, a short video, into several stories and write a blog post about it.

Don't overthink your content creation and just repurpose this one same piece of content/idea multiple ways. And then your content is done for the week.

Stop Overthinking Content Creation

And again, stop overthinking your content creation. People do not remember what you posted a month ago, or six months ago.

If you are following our advice and consistently growing an audience of people who are actively looking, searching for your solutions and help; if you are constantly growing your audience, you are always getting new eyes on your content.

And therefore, anything that you posted 3 months ago, if you repost it again, the people who've seen it, probably will not remember. New people do not scroll back months, they may scroll back a couple of posts, maximum 10 posts down your feed, so they will never see it. That means that you can repurpose your old content. If you created a good piece of content that is getting a lot of engagement, or it had got a lot of engagement 3 months ago, you can repurpose it again and again, and again. A great way to come up with new posts, if you've run out of ideas, is have a look at the memories.

Facebook gives you memories every single day. Instagram also has it.

So have a look at your memories. And if there's a good post, don't share it as a memory, but take that post and repurpose/repost it as a NEW post. You can change it up slightly. You can put a new picture with it, and it looks like a brand new post, and nobody will ever know.

Always Save Your Ideas

Bonus tip is save every single idea that comes into your head.

If you see an idea, if you are reading a book, if you're watching a movie, if you see a post that speaks to you, it'll speak to your perfect prospects. So save the ideas, never copy-paste from somebody else, but save the idea and model mimic, and make it your own way.

I use Google Drive, and I have folders in my Google Drive for all my different buckets of content that I create.

Buckets of content are content ideas to help you create varied content throughout the week.

One might be around being an entrepreneur, another one might be around your company, your products. One might be about lifestyle. The next bucket might be inspiration, another bucket might be things that you love, that you're passionate about. It might be cooking, gardening, dancing, your family, hobbies, or faith.

And instead of talking only about your products, create curiosity around the BENEFITS of your products, and in that niche.

So, for example, if you're in health and wellness, give health and wellness tips, give advice, educate people in your niche, as well as create curiosity around your products.

But as you come up with ideas, save those ideas to your Google Drive, so you have a never ending folder, folder of ideas of content that you can always draw from to a post, and to keep your audience educated, entertained, inspired, and to create curiosity around your products and to get people working with you.

Hey there. In today’s episode, I’m going to be sharing three content hacks to grow your business and save you a ton of time. So if we’re meeting for the first time, my name is Fran Ture. I’m one of the co-founders of Beach Bus influences the coaching and mentoring community community where we help, uh, home-based business owners get more leads, more sales, more recruits, make more money in less time, um, by using systems, processes, and automation. So if you’re joining me, um, let me know, um, and let me know if you are excited to learn some hacks that are going to save you a ton of time. Um, so the first, the first hack that I want to share is understanding, um, in fact, this is in two parts. So, so understanding who you are speaking to it is really, really important to know that not everybody is looking for your product.

Not everybody is looking for your, for your opportunity, um, and understanding who your perfect prospect is, where these people are hanging out, what they are struggling with, and what their dream looks like so that your content speaks to their struggles and their dreams. And if you have ever read a post or listened to alive where you’ve thought, this person is in my head and they understand exactly what I’m going through and they know where I wanna be, they’re in my head. It is because they understand who you are. They understand what you’re struggling with right now. They understand what your hopes and dreams look like. They understand always what it’s gonna feel like. And so when you’re creating content, it needs to speak to those struggles, but also to the hopes and dreams. And if you are sharing a struggle and if you’re sharing your journey, um, that you not only share the struggle, but you take the person to the hope and the dream, Okay?

So the content that you’re creating, although it may be sharing your story, is not actually about you. The content that you’re sharing is not actually about you, but it is actually speaking to your perfect prospect. It is speaking to your perfect customer and serving them where they’re at. Okay? And when you share and when you get vulnerable and share a struggle and share something that you were going through, don’t leave the person in the struggle, but leave them with hope. Leave them, show them that there is a way out of what they’re going through right now. Okay? So the first, that first hack is in two parts. Number one, that, that not everybody is looking for your product and an opportunity. So make sure that you’re speaking that the content speaks to those people who are actively looking for your products. An opportunity, okay? That you understand who that person is. It is a single person. You understand what they’re going through right now, but you also understand what their hope and dream looks like and, and what heart’s gonna make them feel emotionally and emotionally how they’re feeling right now. Okay? And that your content is not actually about you. Your content is actually about them and serving them, okay? And inspiring them and motivating them and giving them, you know, educating them and entertaining them. It is about them. Alright? So when you turn your, your, your content ideas around and think, that’s just not actually about me, but it’s about that person that I’m here to serve. It’s about that person that I’m here to help, okay? It’s much easier to create content because it’s not actually all about you anymore. It is about that person who is waiting for your solution. That person who’s waiting for your life, your, your post, your story, your real, that person who is waiting to hear from you.

Okay? So that is the first thing. The second content hack, okay? Is stop over complicating the content creation. All right? Some people like to look at stories. Some people like to look at I at, at videos. Some people like to watch reels. Some people you know, um, are on TikTok or YouTube. So when you’re creating, when you come up with an idea for a piece of content, okay, you can use that one piece, one idea in a story, in a real, in a post, in a live, you can take that. If you are on Instagram, for example, you can take that real and repurpose it on Instagram. You can take that real, that live and repurpose it on Instagram. You can take that post and repurpose on an Instagram or wherever you’re at, okay? Um, you could take, if you take, if you create a, a short video, so instead of, you know, instead of a real, but a short original content video, you could use that as a vertical short, um, in, um, in YouTube.

So one idea can be used multiple ways, and if you write it in a post, and then you do it in a live, it’s gonna come across differently anyway. Then you shorten it to a story. You create a real about it. Don’t overthink your content creation and rather just repurpose this one same piece of content multiple ways, okay? And then your content is done for the week. All right? So stop overthinking the content creation. So that is my second tip. All right? My third tip is, again, stop overthinking your content creation. People do not remember what you posted a month ago, six months ago. If you are following our, um, our, our advice and consistently growing an audience of people who are actively looking for searching for your, for your solutions, searching for your help. If you are constantly growing your audience, you are always getting new eyes on your content, okay?

You are always, always, always getting new eyes on your content. And therefore, anything that you posted three months ago, if you repost it again, number one, the people who’ve seen it probably will not remember. But secondly, the people who you know, who haven’t, who ha who on new friends, on, on your social media will never have seen it. People do not scroll back months to, you know, when they, when they check you out, they may scroll back a couple of posts, maximum 10 posts down your feet, so they, they will never have seen it. So you can repurpose content. If you created a good piece of content that is getting a lot of engagement, all right, or they’ve got a lot of engagement three months ago, you can repurpose it again and again and again. A great way to come up with, with ideas, if you, if you’ve run out of ideas, um, is have a look at the memories.

Facebook gives you memories every single day. So have a look at the, your memories. Um, and if there’s a post there, don’t, don’t share the post as a memory, but trade. Take that post and repost it as a new post. You can change it up slightly. You can put a new picture with it, and it looks like a brand new post and nobody will ever know. So those are three ideas to create content easily and save your ton of time. My fourth idea, okay? Bonus tip is save every single idea that comes into your head. If you see an idea, if you are reading a book, if you’re watching a movie, if you see a post that speaks to you, it’ll speak to your perfect prospects. So save the ideas, never copy paste from somebody else, but save the idea and model mimic and make it your own.

All right? But if you, using, I use a Google Drive. So I use Google Drive, and I have folders in my Google Drive for all d my, the different buckets of content that I create. Um, I haven’t spoken about buckets, but buckets are content ideas to help you create varied content throughout the week. So I’m giving you five tips now. So content buckets help you create varied content throughout the week. Um, so you can create co one might be around being an entrepreneur. So, for example, if you’re in health and health and wellness, give health and wellness, you know, tips, give advice, give educate people in your niche, as well as creating curiosity around your products. One might be, um, another bucket. Third bucket might be lifestyle. Fourth bucket might be inspiration. A fifth bucket might be things that you love, things that, that you feel passionately about.
