How do you enroll 2000 people into your team in 90 days?

It can seem like an impossible task

Today, I am going to show you the steps to build an ecosystem, stay consistent, and teach your teams to do the same. 

If you do this, you can put your enrollment on autopilot



YOU HAVE TO GROW YOUR AUDIENCE

The first step is growing your audience. 

Now, you might already have an audience of people that know, like, and trust you. It could be your friends, your family, people you have known forever in your community. 

But when I say grow your audience, I mean, you have to grow it bigger

This is where people get lost and give up on building their business. 

You have to continue to consistently grow your audience to keep your ecosystem moving. If you are not growing your audience you are going to run out of people to talk to. So never stop growing your audience. 

So, how do you grow an audience

You have got to provide value for other people that is going to attract people to you. If you are a network marketer, the fastest way to recruit people to your team is by recruiting network marketers. 

That doesn't mean you are going to go poach people from their teams. But if they are not happy with where they are, or they are looking for different opportunities then you can add them to your audience. 

The reason I chose to build my audience with network marketers is because I don't have to convince them that network marketing is the answer to their problems, or show them how it can grow another income stream.

It is a shorter road to talk to network marketers and to teach them to build on social media.

You bring these people into your world and you build a relationship with them. This builds the know, like, and trust. And eventually they reach out. 

Now, this will take time. It is not going to happen in 30 days. You can not grow your audience in just 30 days. 

You can get a good start, but you may not have people reaching out to you just yet. The point is, to grow an audience of people that are already looking for what you have

YOU HAVE TO GIVE LOVE TO GET LOVE

How do you build that relationship? You have got to become a professional friend

You can not be a "lurker" and expect people to see your content and just show up to enroll in your team. 

You have to provide value. You've got to go first

One of my mentors taught me that. You have to give love to get love. Which means, you go first. 

You are getting into their world. You are engaging with their content, and you are getting to know them. 

PROVIDE VALUABLE CONTENT TO BUILD THE KNOW, LIKE, AND TRUST

When you are sharing content, you want to post more then just product "buy my stuff" posts, and before and after's.  

You want to share valuable information, education, lifestyle, motivation, inspiration, and maybe, a little bit of girl boss. 

You want to be human and relatable, and you don't want to post the same things day in and day out. Change up your content. 

I know what you might be thinking, that this sounds like a lot of work. Well, I'm going to be honest with you, it is. But it is also super fun, because you get to be authentic in what you are doing on social media. 

You get to know, like, and trust other people. And they get to know, like, and trust you. By showing them love and not expecting anything in return you are being authentic in what you are doing. 

Don't be afraid to use you face. 

If you are not using your face on social media, then no one is going to get to know, like, and trust you. They can't build a relationship with your dog. The are not going to recognize you unless you use your face. 

IF YOU NEVER ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT, YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO GET IT

You have to learn to promote correctly. 

If you are putting in the work, building relationships, and engaging with those people, and you are not getting results. Then its because you are not asking for what you want

You have to ask direct questions, have a call to action, and intentionally promote your business. 

If you do all these pieces you are not going to have to recruit into your team. 

We enrolled 2000 people in 90 days by teaching our teams how to build these ecosystems and then doing events for them and they plug in and invite. And you do this over and over again, and this is how you are going to be able to enroll masses of people into your team.

Hey, welcome to today’s episode. I am super excited to be here. My name is Brandy Shaer and we are talking about how to enroll 2000 people in 90 days. Now that might seem like it’s an impossible task, right? But I’m gonna teach you today. The ecosystem that has to be in play for you to actually something like this. All right. So, number one, you have to start out with growing an audience. Now, when I say growing an audience, you probably already have an audience of people that know I can trust you. Okay? These could be friends and family. These could be people that you’ve known people in your community, people you already know on social media, all the things, right. And what you have to do is you have to grow your audience bigger. Now, this is the part where people kind of lose it in the weeds.

All right. So how do you grow an audience? Number one, you have got to provide value for other people that is going to attract people to you. Now, example, if you are a network marketer, let’s say, and you want to recruit people into your team. What’s the fastest way for you to do that. The fastest way for you to do that is to talk to other network marketers. Now, I’m not saying that you’re going to, you know, go poach people from other teams and other companies and all that stuff. Network marketers are looking. There are network. Marketers will looking for different opportunities. Maybe they’re not happy where they are. Maybe they’re misplaced, maybe, you know, whatever. Right? So you’ve got to start to grow an audience. And for me, I did this by growing an audience of network marketers. Okay. They were already network marketers.

And what’s the reason I did that. Well, number one, I don’t like having to convince somebody that network marketing is the answer to their problems, or, you know, for them to grow another income stream. It’s a shorter road to talk to network marketers and to teach them maybe how to build on social media, get them into your world and, um, provide value in that, you know, arena. And those people build a relationship with you. They start to know I and trust you. And then they reach out eventually, which it takes some time. It’s not a 30 day deal, right? Growing an audience is not in 30 days. Although you get a good start in 30 days, you may not have people reaching out to work with you just yet. But the is to grow an audience of people that are already looking for what you have.

And they build that. No, I can trust with you. And they come into, uh, your world and they find out what you’re doing. And they’re like, you know what, when they’re ready, the timing’s right. They’re ready. What I mean by building a world of network marketers, it doesn’t mean everybody’s going to enroll into your team, right? It means that you now start to hang out with other network marketers. And it’s a faster, easiest way for you to build an audience of people that are exactly who you’re looking for. Okay. So first off, how do you, how do you now, how do you put that into practice? Right? Well, number one, you’ve got to become a professional friend on social media. Okay. You can’t just be a lurker and expect people to see your stuff and for them to show up and enroll in your team that is not going to work.

Okay. You’ve got to provide value. You’ve gotta go first. As one of my mentors has taught me. You provide value. You give love before you get love, which means you go first, right? You are getting into their world. You’re getting to know them and you’re friending them, getting them into your world, which puts you into the next piece of your ecosystem, which is engaging. Okay. So now that you’ve got people you’re growing your audience and let me just be clear. You’ve gotta grow your audience the entire time. Okay? If you’re not growing your audience, you’re gonna run out of people to talk to. So continue to grow your audience. Always, never stop growing your audience. If you stop doing anything, don’t stop doing, growing your audience. Okay? That’s the main thing, cuz you can always come back and engage with those people and promote to them later, but engaging.

Okay? So now your content is where this is gonna happen. Okay? You’re gonna do content on social media. You are going to share valuable information, education, lifestyle, motivation, inspiration, a little bit of girl boss, all the things, right. You’ve got to, to really understand how to go about this so that you can grow your audience and engage with those people. Building the know I and trust. Now you might be thinking, you know what? This sounds like a lot of work. Well, I’m gonna be honest with you. It is, but it can be super fun because you can be authentic in what you’re doing on social media. Getting know I and trust other people, getting them to know I and trust you and engaging with them. So loving on them and expecting love in return and being authentic in what you’re doing. Now, this is not throwing up, you know, a post on social media, about buying your products with, you know, before and actors all the time, every day, all day long, right?

This is valued content. Let me give you an example so that you understand what I’m talking about. So you might have a weight management product let’s say, right? And maybe there are a lot of different ways for people to lose weight. Number one, eat less calories than they consume. Number two, drink more water. Number three, do get my hack that helped me drop seven and half pounds in five days. Right? So you’re giving value to people and putting in what is working for you in a story form. All right. So you know, of course you’re not gonna talk about your products every day. You’re gonna have different things. You talk about each day. Maybe you share some lifestyle. Maybe, uh, like last week I shared that my daughter, uh, got a huge scholarship to a college. You know, things like that. You want to be human and relatable.

Okay. Human and relatable and change up your content. So it’s not day in and day out the same thing over and over and over again. And the last, really last big tip for this engagement piece. Use your face, right? If you’re not using your face on social media, no one is getting to know like, and trust you. Maybe they might be looking at your dog on your profile, right? They can’t build a relationship with your dog. They’re not gonna recognize you when you know you’re posting and things come through. So you really want to concentrate on using your face. Okay? Now third piece of this is you have to learn how to promote correctly. Okay? Now, if you never ask for what you want, you’re never gonna get it. And that is also on social media. Okay? If you’re just putting up fufu here and there, lurking around doing the things, right.

And you’re not getting any results then it’s because you’re not asking for what you want. You’ve gotta ask direct questions, a call to action, promote your business for the love of all. That’s holy right. Do a, uh, Facebook, um, you know, event where you invite people to take a look, whether a sneak peek or a customer event, or, you know, uh, do some kind of training and invite them to get more on. Maybe you offer a service, you know, in the financial, in the financial business, part of what we do, there’s tons of way, but you have to intentionally promote your business. But if you don’t do all these pieces, you are not going to have people to recruit into your team, which is how we enrolled 2000 people in 90 days is because we teach our teams how to build these ecosystems. And then we do the events for them and they just plug in and invite.

Okay. So that is how you recruit 2000 people in the 90 days is you continue to build ecosystems using social media and you teach your team how to do the same thing. Therefore, when you do an event, you not only have yourself inviting cuz remember how we, I, we just talked about you going first. That’s what you’ve gotta do is you’ve gotta go first. You do the event control what’s happening. And the team invites to that. And if you continue to do that over and over and over again, you are going to be able to enroll masses of people into your teams. How do I know it’s because that’s how we do it.
