Three Time Management Tips For Part-Time Network Marketers

You will never find time for anything. If you want time you must make it. 

Managing your time when you have a full-time job, a family, and trying to build your business on the side is nothing short of challenging. 

Today I am going to share with you three time management tips that I used to build my six-figure business when I was working on it part-time. 

Some of these tips might surprise you, but I am so confident that these tips are going to help you shift your business to the next level. 


"I don't have time." 

This is a phrase I hear all the time. But I don't buy it. 

This is an excuse, we all have the same amount of time in a day. 

Some people manage to accomplish a lot. While others are still stuck in the things that are not important. 

There is no such thing as "I don't have time."

We have to learn to prioritize things that are important to us and how to manage our time.

If you have ever given yourself that excuse to not show up in your business, it is time to rethink that. 

My first tip for you is that you need to treat your business as a business, not a hobby. 

If you want to be making enough income to replace your job, you need to treat it like a business. 

You can not build a six figure income with a minimum wage work ethic. 

You need to prioritize your business activities as much as you are prioritizing you job, because in the future it will or might replace that job. 


So you have a full time job, or you might be a stay at home mom. You don't have the luxury to mess around with your time. 

I can totally relate, I had a full-time postal service job, I have 3 kids, a husband, and after school activities. But I was able to manage my time and I was able to build six and then seven figure business with the little time that I had. 

I was focused. And you might ask what do I need to be focusing on?

You want to focus on money making activities. A lot of network marketers and entrepreneurs spend time thinking or preparing for doing the money making activities and they are never doing said activities. 

I see people creating incredible spreadsheets of all the people that they know or that they want to connect with, but they never connect with people. 

I see entrepreneurs spending hours writing and rewriting post but never post it. 

I see marketers preparing, spending hours to make that live video, researching things, making sure they have the facts, but never push the live button. 

So my second tip, is stop spending all of your time thinking and preparing for those money making activities, and do them. 

The preparing part should be minimal. The time should be spent doing the money making activities.


The next tip is going to surprise you. 

You might think that this is not related to time management, but I am going to prove you wrong. 

Tip number three is self care. We need to take care of our physical body, our mental body, and our emotional body. 

When we are in the thick of life, working a full time job, having a family, and trying to start a business a lot of us ignore self care. We sacrifice a lot, but we can not afford to sacrifice ourselves. 

Once you take care of yourself, you are going to have more energy, and less stress. 

You are going to feel like you have more time because your brain is not occupied with all the little things that are not important. You are going to be able to sustain your focus more. 


You can see how everything is connected. 

You need a solid foundation. Treating your business like a business and not as a hobby. Prioritize it as much as you prioritize your day job, or house chores. 

You need to spend your time focusing on the money making activities and less time preparing. 

Self-care is essential. You not only need to take care of your physical body by getting enough sleep and right nutrition. But you need to take care of your mental and emotional health so you can have more energy and less stress to focus on the right things. 

These tips helped me tremendously to build my business to six figures when I still had my full time job.
