  • How To Flip The Switch When Your Network Marketing Group Has Turned Into A Ghost Town

How To Flip The Switch When Your Network Marketing Group Has Turned Into A Ghost Town

Has your upline created a Facebook group for you to engage with your customers or new prospects?

The main goal of the group is to help increase sales by inviting people who are already your customers, or potential customers into the group with the goal to sell them your product.

A problem I see is that these groups are a lot of work and are not providing any payoff.

I am going to share with you what you can do differently so that your groups can be an effective way to communicate with your customers.

It is so frustrating when these groups are dead because we invest a lot of time and effort into inviting people into these groups.

So what is it that makes your group a ghost town?

You got people to join your group, but they are not engaging. They are not communicating, or replying to any posts. They aren’t buying anything.

You are creating post after post and you feel like you are hitting a dead wall, and nobody ever sees these posts.

    WHAT IS A GROUP?

What is a group? Like what is the actual definition of group?

A group of people are united by the same goals, and the same mission.

So when you look at your group, ask yourself: what are my goals for this group?

Most of the time the answer might be to get more sales and more customers.

If you want your group to be a thriving community, your goal and the goal of the entire group has to be the same.

A group of people united by the same goal and the same mission.

    FIND THE DISCONNECT

Now I want you to ask yourself: what is the goal of the people that I invited to this group? Why did they join? What was their goal?

It is likely that the majority of them got into the group to support you and to be polite.

Sadly, its true. They join your group but their goal is not to be sold to.

So you see there is a huge disconnect.

If your goals are not aligned with the goals of the members of your community, the group is going to be dead.

    FLIP THE SWITCH

So how do you flip the switch? It is actually very easy.

Ask yourself: what is it that the people who are in your group, or the ones that are going to join your group, what do they want?

That is the million dollar question. If you answer it correctly and start giving it to those people your group will thrive.

I used this method in the first group I created.

Not only has it worked for that group but we have used this method for many others.

In just a matter of weeks, you could grow your group from zero to  a couple hundred.

Do you want to learn what you should do, from setting up your group to what to post, how to engage with people, and how to get them to buy your stuff?

I will be sharing this process, step by step from start to finish will all the little details during our Next Level Workshop.

If you are interested to learn how to get your business to the next level directly from people who have done it and tested it, you need to save your seat at the Next Level Workshop!

  • Five Ways To Grow Your Business For Busy Moms

Five Ways To Grow Your Business For Busy Moms

The best thing you can do in building your business is to build a business that you want and love.

I wanted to be able to be my own boss, to be in charge of my own schedule so that I could be more present and focused as a Mom.

I am guilty of being that Mom that had her face buried in her phone while attending an event or game.

But once I started implementing these tips into my business I was able to still grow a thriving business and be present for my kids.

    CREATE A SCHEDULE

So the first thing you want to do is identify how much time do you have each day to work on your business.

Go through and schedule your calendar with all the things that are happening in the week.

This will help you identify gaps in your day, pockets of time, where you can work on your business.

And then you build your business in those pockets of time.

    PLAN AHEAD

Once you have your schedule laid out, you are going to want to plan ahead as best you can.

You want to plan ahead on those busy days or weeks.

For me, there are some weeks where we have tournaments that take two full days of my weekend.

So if I am trying to build my business between all of that craziness, I am going to feel overwhelmed.

I am going to be running around and nothing is actually going to get done for my business.

So if you know you are going to be busy, you can take time when you are not and build all your content for that week.

You can pre-record any videos, build out posts, and create graphics.

So all you need to do is literally plug it in to your social media outlets and go.

    NEVER STOP BUILDING YOUR AUDIENCE

This is probably the most important piece, focusing on growing your network daily.

That means connecting with new people on social media.

Sometimes we get stuck talking to the same people month after month after month.

And when those people aren’t a fit, or they don’t respond, you are stuck with no one to talk to.

If we are adding new people and connecting with new people every single day, over the course of 30 days, you could have added a hundred new friends.

You could have expanded your network and your audience by a hundred people.

That is huge, because those people are now focused on what they see on your social media.

And you are warming them up and building a connection with them.

    BE CONSISTENT

You need to show up consistently on social media.

That’s why it is so important to plan ahead. So that way you don’t go a week or two and you haven’t posted anything.

If you aren’t posting consistently it is hard for people to connect with you and for you to build that relationship with the know, like, and trust. It also hurts your algorithm on social media.

If there is no way you are going to be able to go live or post, have a plan in place.

Planning ahead will help you stay consistent. You want to be consistently showing up for your audience.

Because that’s how they get to know you, how they relate with you, that’s how you build that relationship of know, like, and trust.

People buy from people that they know, like, and trust.

    FOCUS ON VIDEO MARKETING

This is huge. Video has always been the best way to grow your network.

You can get multiple things done with one action of creating a live video.

You can grow your audience. You can get in front of people to build that know, like, and trust.

If they can relate to you, see your personality, it helps to build that relationship and take someone from cold to warm to hot.

You can do this by creating Facebook stories, Reels, and TikTok videos.

All it takes is about 7-15 seconds of video to be able to grow your network.

    YOU CAN DO IT TOO

This has been the best way for me to grow a thriving business, multiple six and seven figure businesses, all on social media, all while being a busy Mom.

So by being able to identify where my time is, planning ahead, focusing on growing my audience every single day, showing up consistently, and being able to use short video marketing I have been able to get in front of the right people and build that relationship with them.

This is a game changer, and you can do it too.

  • How To Grow A 6-Figure Network Marketing Team Without Sacrificing Your Kids

How To Grow A 6-Figure Network Marketing Team Without Sacrificing Your Kids

Do you feel like you are struggling to find the balance between family and work?

There are many people who do.

When you feel like you are putting your business in front of your family, it can create tension. And that’s when the mom guilt starts to set it in.

I have talked to so many Network Marketers over the years, and it seems that this is the common denominator that actually causes a lot of people to quit the industry, especially Moms.

    I have been there.

I am going to share with you my 3 steps to help you overcome the mom guilt and grow your business without sacrificing your family relationships.

    PUT YOUR FAMILY FIRST

    Put your kids first.

Now we have all heard that before. You have been to your company’s conventions, and you have heard of results driven behavior.

So many times, the leaders on the stage forget to tell you, it is okay to be a mom first. It’s okay to be a dad first. To be a wife, or husband first.

It is okay to put your relationship and your family before your business.

Now, that being said, you can’t sit around watching Netflix all day with your kids and expect your business to grow.

You do need to focus on result driven behaviors everyday.

However, if you put your children first, and your spouse, you will find that you are happier in growing your team.

Your family will be happier with you growing your team, and you will get more done in less time.

    PROTECT YOUR NON-NEGOTIABLES

One thing I have done to help me with this, is I have an actual calendar.

On the calendar I put the non-negotiable things in first.

The things I refuse to miss, including vacations, ball games, dance recitals. I am not missing the things that matter most.

Be intentional about being present with the important things.

I have been able to train my daughter to allow me to work in condensed sections, when you have their permission, because you put them first, it makes everything much smoother.

    YOUR BUSINESS IS A BUSINESS

You want to be intentional with your time, and picking a strategy and sticking to it.

Make sure that the strategy you choose is in alignment with who you are and your core values, and how you want your business to grow.

I don’t know very many brick and mortar businesses that are just going in and cold messaging strangers.

You have to treat your business like a business.

That means learning how to network online and how to market online.

    TIME BLOCKING IS ESSENTIAL

You need to make use of time blocking.

This is where you set aside a certain amount of time to work on your business.

This is especially important with the summer months coming and the kids home.

I have found that working in 20 minute time blocks work best for me. The kids are content for 20 minutes at a time.

This is what works for me, for you it could be longer or different times throughout the day.

This is what I teach my team to do.

Add those time blocks to your calendar, and make a plan. Decide how you are going to spend each time block.

It could be the first one is spent doing nothing but growing your business.

The next block is spent engaging with that network. And the next one is spent having actually conversations about your business.

    IT IS POSSIBLE

So remember, put your kids first. Put those non-negotiables on the calendar.

And this means, when its family time, you are not working on your business. You are intentional and present.

Have a strategy that is in alignment with who you are and your core values.

You want to be excited to wake up and grow your business everyday.

And time block to utilize your time in the most efficient way possible.

It is absolutely possible to grow your team without sacrificing any relationships with those people that matter most to you.

  • Useful Marketing Tools For Network Marketers

Useful Marketing Tools For Network Marketers

There is no doubt that Social Media has changed the way we do things.

What we need to know is how do we utilize social media to reach our business goals?

There are so many different options and tools out there that sometimes we can overthink the things we need.

I am going to keep it super simple and give you three tools that I use every day in my business to grow on social media.

NUMBER ONE TOOL FOR MARKETING ON SOCIAL MEDIA

A camera. It doesn’t have to be a super fancy camera.

Most cell phones these days offer a great camera. You don’t need to have an external one.

Now, we touch our phones all day long, so when you need to record you want to take the time to clean the lenses really well.

To help you record videos using your phone you will want to get a tripod, preferably one with a light on it.

When filming you want to make sure you have the camera eye level so it doesn’t look like you are looking down or up on video. It will make it so you are looking right at the person watching the video.

LIGHTING CAN MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN QUALITY

Lighting is the next tool that is important. You can get a tripod with a light on it but there are ways to have great light without that.

Before I had money to spend on marketing tools, I would use natural light. I would go outside to film my videos.

The upside to having a tripod with a light is that you can film anytime of the day. You don’t have to worry about having sunlight.

You want to make sure that you are facing the light when filming to get the best quality.

    QUALITY SOUND IS A MUST

Having a quality microphone to produce loud and clear sound.

You can use your computer audio but your voice can be drowned out by other noise. With a microphone, the background noise it cut out.

Make sure you are projecting your voice and talking with a smile, because no one wants to listen to a monotoned voice.

    DON’T FORGET ABOUT AUTOMATION

Now, I went through some tools to help you create high quality videos, but another thing network marketers need is automation.

Automation will help you grow your business and never run out of people to talk to.

  • How To Enroll 2000 People Into Your Team In 90 Days

How To Enroll 2000 People Into Your Team In 90 Days

How do you enroll 2000 people into your team in 90 days?

It can seem like an impossible task.

Today, I am going to show you the steps to build an ecosystem, stay consistent, and teach your teams to do the same.

If you do this, you can put your enrollment on autopilot.

YOU HAVE TO GROW YOUR AUDIENCE

The first step is growing your audience.

Now, you might already have an audience of people that know, like, and trust you. It could be your friends, your family, people you have known forever in your community.

But when I say grow your audience, I mean, you have to grow it bigger.

This is where people get lost and give up on building their business.

You have to continue to consistently grow your audience to keep your ecosystem moving. If you are not growing your audience you are going to run out of people to talk to. So never stop growing your audience.

So, how do you grow an audience?

You have got to provide value for other people that is going to attract people to you. If you are a network marketer, the fastest way to recruit people to your team is by recruiting network marketers.

That doesn’t mean you are going to go poach people from their teams. But if they are not happy with where they are, or they are looking for different opportunities then you can add them to your audience.

The reason I chose to build my audience with network marketers is because I don’t have to convince them that network marketing is the answer to their problems, or show them how it can grow another income stream.

It is a shorter road to talk to network marketers and to teach them to build on social media.

You bring these people into your world and you build a relationship with them. This builds the know, like, and trust. And eventually they reach out.

Now, this will take time. It is not going to happen in 30 days. You can not grow your audience in just 30 days.

You can get a good start, but you may not have people reaching out to you just yet. The point is, to grow an audience of people that are already looking for what you have.

YOU HAVE TO GIVE LOVE TO GET LOVE

How do you build that relationship? You have got to become a professional friend.

You can not be a “lurker” and expect people to see your content and just show up to enroll in your team.

You have to provide value. You’ve got to go first.

One of my mentors taught me that. You have to give love to get love. Which means, you go first.

You are getting into their world. You are engaging with their content, and you are getting to know them.

PROVIDE VALUABLE CONTENT TO BUILD THE KNOW, LIKE, AND TRUST

When you are sharing content, you want to post more then just product “buy my stuff” posts, and before and after’s.

You want to share valuable information, education, lifestyle, motivation, inspiration, and maybe, a little bit of girl boss.

You want to be human and relatable, and you don’t want to post the same things day in and day out. Change up your content.

I know what you might be thinking, that this sounds like a lot of work. Well, I’m going to be honest with you, it is. But it is also super fun, because you get to be authentic in what you are doing on social media.

You get to know, like, and trust other people. And they get to know, like, and trust you. By showing them love and not expecting anything in return you are being authentic in what you are doing.

Don’t be afraid to use you face.

If you are not using your face on social media, then no one is going to get to know, like, and trust you. They can’t build a relationship with your dog. The are not going to recognize you unless you use your face.

IF YOU NEVER ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT, YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO GET IT

You have to learn to promote correctly.

If you are putting in the work, building relationships, and engaging with those people, and you are not getting results. Then its because you are not asking for what you want.

You have to ask direct questions, have a call to action, and intentionally promote your business.

If you do all these pieces you are not going to have to recruit into your team.

We enrolled 2000 people in 90 days by teaching our teams how to build these ecosystems and then doing events for them and they plug in and invite. And you do this over and over again, and this is how you are going to be able to enroll masses of people into your team.

  • How To Motivate Your Network Marketing Team

How To Motivate Your Network Marketing Team

Out of all of the questions that I hear from my students, teammates and clients, the one that I get the most is…

How do I motivate my network marketing team?

    • How do I get them to do what I’m doing?
    • What can I do to get them to go live?
    • How do I get them to invite people, to take a look at my opportunity?
    • How do I keep the fire going for them?

I’m here to tell you that, that is a trick question.

Did you know that that is not actually your job?

Your job is not to motivate your team because the only person that you can motivate is yourself.

It’s actually impossible for you to take motivation and transfer it to somebody through osmosis.

You can’t do it. And so what can you do, right?

WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR YOUR NETWORK MARKETING TEAM?

Well, first off, you have a volunteer army and you need to remember that these people they’re getting paid by the work that they do. And you’re not their boss, right?

Like you’re not their boss. You’re not actually paying them a paycheck.

And so they have to find and discover their own motivation.

In my own experiences of growing teams and helping other people grow them, I have found that the best thing you can do is focus on building your own business. Work with the people that are already motivated.

And the easiest way to do this is to just keep going and keep growing.

The speed of the leader is the speed of the pack.

So you go out, you continue to enroll. Continue to bring in new customers. You continue to bring in new teammates and start to identify who the leaders are that are hungry, that want it. They are going to be the ones messaging you and wanting to put people in front of you.

They’re doing the dang thing just like you are.

And whether or not they are getting results, they are showing you that they are already motivated. They have everything it takes to be able to go and duplicate quickly and build your network marketing team. They just need the right guidance.

Other people you might need to put a little bit more time into, but I’m telling you, I do not give my time to people that are not coachable and are not willing to do the things necessary, to create success, to create the success in their own network marketing team.

PEOPLE WILL DO WHAT YOU DO.

If you want to create massive momentum, it’s got to come from you first. You’re gonna have to be the self-starter. You’re gonna have to be the one that goes out and starts. When you do that, those motivated people will get competitive. These are the people that want to do what you do. They want the success that you have and so they are going to go out and get it for themselves. They don’t need to be motivated to do it. They simply want to do it.

And those are the people you wanna work with because you wanna work where the fire is hot.

And the more people you can get that are all already self starters and already motivated, the easier it’s gonna be to create that momentum for your network marketing team.

    ONE CORE MOTIVATIOR

Now, there are things you cannot create. You cannot transfer motivation, right? That’s something that I said earlier.

What you can do is you can play on what drives people and what drives the behavior that you want to see in your team.

In order to do this, you’ve got to focus on one core motivator. After years in coaching, I found that one motivator and it wasn’t money.

In fact, I’ve found that very few people are actually driven by money. If they were driven by money, they would all be millionaires, right?

My husband and I found that out several years ago when we kind of hit that glass ceiling. We had gotten stuck in our rank and couldn’t figure out how to pop that bubble.

We were going out, we were enrolling people. We were working day in and day out. We had leaders that were going out and enrolling new people. We were growing and growing but not actually moving up.

And that’s when one of our mentors gave us some of the best advice that we ever got…

And that was that we needed to start recognizing people for whatever effort they were putting in, because recognition is the core motivator for a lot of people.

RECOGNITION IS KEY TO NETWORKING MARKETING TEAM SUCCESS

You know, it’s funny because when I look back at it, when I was first starting a business online, there was always one thing that was an even bigger motivator for me than money.  And that was being recognized by my mentors, by the people that I aspire to be like.

But I’ll be honest with you and say that I sucked in the network marketing space in the very beginning. And it wasn’t until I learned social media and started doing great that I started having people pat in my back and recognizing me. I was seeing my name on the top of leaderboards and being tagged in posts.

Now, for me, that recognition was enough to get me going. And what I found is that it’s enough to get even the people that are scared out of their mind to go live on social media. It’s enough to get the people that are terrified to reach out to that family member or that friend.

Recognition is something that will drive most people to success.

    HOW TO MOTIVATE USING RECOGNITION

Like I said, you can’t motivate people, but if you are able to play on people’s core motivators, it makes it easier for those people, who aren’t just naturally motivated to do something, it will kind of kick something in so that you’re able to find people through them.

So how can you motivate your network marketing team using recognition, no matter the size of your team?

Well, you can start by just recognizing the little things. One thing that we started to implement after talking to this mentor was we started to do a couple recognition posts a week of upcoming leaders in our team that were crushing it.

We would do it inside our team group. And then we would do on our personal pages and on our business pages. You know, it was pretty much plastered all over our social media people on our network marketing team were crushing it.

Other little things that we would do is we would give shoutouts to certain people, right on team calls, in front of everyone. We actually made time for it on our team training calls where people could let us know what their wins were. And sometimes the wins were small, like going live for the first time. But if they got the recognition that they did it, chances were they wanted to do it again because as they wanted more of that recognition.

Then for major accomplishments, we did things like, invited someone to actually go live with us throughout our community. If someone hit like a leadership rank, we were introducing that leader to our social media pages and whatnot.

    MOTIVATING YOUR TEAM WITH REWARDS

Rewards are a fantastic way to connect with your team and motivate them.

For example, a friend of mine, a little bit ago during Christmas time, she had done a post on social media where she said, you all say Merry and I’ll say Christmas, and whoever was the last to say, Merry, before I say Christmas will get a little gift from me. And all she did was she went to Amazon and she got like a little notebook and a pen and, you know, put it in some cellophane.

But that really sparked engagement on her social media. And you can take that exact same strategy and you can use it inside your team as well. It could be whoever invites the most people to this online event is gonna get a gift from you.

It doesn’t have to be a cruise to the Bahamas. It could just be a gift card or a tshirt.

You’ll find that if you’re willing to take a little bit of your profit and put it back in your network marketing team towards rewards and different things like that, people get excited.

They get excited for their rewards. They get excited for their recognition.

And it’s a way that you can kind of spark a little bit of that momentum inside of people that need that little bit of a push to do something truly great.

They’re the 80 percenters. They are there and consistent, but not making waves just yet. But when you offer the recognition, they’re gonna be willing to do just a little bit more. And that little bit is all you need to be able to find leaders.

    IT’S NOT YOUR JOB

Yes, you cannot motivate your team. That’s not your job.

Your job is to grow your business, but with a couple of these hacks and tips and tricks that I shared with you today, hopefully you’ll be able to spark a little bit of that momentum in your network marketing team.

Let me know below your favorite way to recognize people. And if you’re still struggling to get the kind of success that you want from your business, check out our free formula below!

  • How To Sell More Products For Network Marketers

How To Sell More Products For Network Marketers

Did you know that at least 50% of network marketers quit within their first year?

Many people quit because they cannot make enough sales to warrant all the time they are spending on their business. And the reason why they cannot make enough sales is because they are coming off like a salesy, spammy weirdo.

So, how are the successful network marketers able sell without coming across like a vacuum salesman?

Well, first off, they understand one crucial thing.

And it’s very important for any network marketer to understand. No matter what your product is, not everybody is looking for your product.

NOT EVERYBODY IS LOOKING TO BE YOUR CUSTOMER.

You need to get that mindset right out of your head, because it is always true (for network marketers and any other business owner). Let’s take skincare, for example. Yes, everybody has skin. BUT not everybody is looking to spend more money on skincare. So, your products that are more expensive than those in the supermarket, are probably not what they are looking for.

You want to be speaking to people who are actively looking for your solutions, looking for your products.

You want to find your perfect prospect.

In order to do that, you need to really hone in on who these people are.

Where are these people are hanging out? How can you connect with those people?

To find your perfect customer, think about who you were a few months or years ago or however you long you’ve been using your product.

When you were looking for the solutions that your product can solve where did you go looking?

Think about who they might be following and how you can go and connect with those people in groups or on pages.

YOU ARE GOING INTO THESE GROUPS TO BE A FRIEND COLLECTOR.

Once you have connected with those people, avoid going into the groups just to sell your products.

You are not going to those groups to get the customers. You are going into those groups to connect with those people so that they can see your content and can see the solutions that you can provide. This is so that you can build a relationship with them and see if your products are a good fit.

You are literally growing your audience in these and that’s all you are doing in these groups.

This is what being a network marketer is all about, networking. The problem is that a lot of network marketers forget that.

Once you’ve got your foot in the door, the next thing you need to understand is what this person is going through.

Find the pain points and dig into the emotional struggles that they are going through. Then figure out how your product can help them with that.

    BUILDING YOUR AUDIENCE.

You want those people to see your content. You want those people to see your posts. How do you get them to see your posts? By loving on their content.

You’re going to go into their content. You’re going to go into their profile and actually engage with them and love on them.  This isn’t just giving them a thumbs up. This isn’t just tapping the heart button. This is genuine engagement, building a relationship, actually, genuinely engaging with their content. This means starting real conversations by saying more than one or two words.

This is a step that a lot of people skip because they think that social media is a one-way street. But social media is there for you to be social. Without being social, any business owner (especially network marketers) will struggle.

    GIVING VALUE TO YOUR AUDIENCE

So once you have done that, what content are you gonna put out there?

Well, you want to be adding value to people’s lives, letting people get to know you, and be an authentic person. Don’t just try and be a salesperson.

Adding value, inspiring them, letting them into your life, letting them know what you, what, who you are, what makes you tick. You know, and then maybe once a week, you’re going to have a post around your products. Not more than that, you can do it a little bit more often in your stories.

One way you can do this is by finding out more about them, ask them questions. You could just do a question post or do a poll.

You want to know more about them in order to give them the kind of content that they will engage with.

Next, you want to create curiosity. The very best way to create curiosity, is to talk about the benefits of your product without plastering photos of it everywhere. What I mean is, take them through your journey. Tell them how you felt prior to using your product, how it helped you, how you have changed. If you are trying to get more team members, talk about what network marketing has done for you.

USE VIDEO TO CONNECT WITH YOUR AUDIENCE

Another way you can add value is to use video. Every platform has their own video that you can use to connect with your audience on a deeper level.

For Facebook, going live is an awesome way to sell more products. You can speak to everyone who is online in real time and they get a special notification that you are live. Then towards the end of your live, tell your viewers where to find out more information.

If your perfect prospects aren’t hanging out on Facebook, you might try TikTok or Instagram reels. You can be more direct in these, because you only have a few minutes to catch their attention. But always be sure to tell them where to find more, either a link in your bio or a direct message.

BRING THE CONVERSATION TO YOUR INBOX

Try to avoid having your conversations in the comments section. Always encourage your audience to reach out to you directly.

Once they do, avoid going directly into the sell. Continue the conversation.

Find out more about them, be interested in them, where they’re at, what they’ve tried before you just try to sell them your product.

This part right here is the difference between the successful network marketers and those who rely on hey girl messages. The last thing that you want is to work so hard at providing value in your content and ruining it at the last minute with a premature pitch. You want to be focused on creating a lasting relationship, not a copy-paste friendship.

If you do that, you’ll start to see the kind of results that you want for your business. You’ll see more sales, more team members and more success as a network marketer in 2022!

The 5 BIGGEST MISTAKES Network Marketers Make And How To Avoid Them

Hello! I’m Kat Krasilnikov and I’m one of the Beach Boss Influencers.

In this training, I’m going to be talking about

five mistakes most network marketers make that keep them stuck

Now, I’m not going to be judging anyone here. I’ve made these mistakes myself! but I’ve learned, and I want to tell you what to avoid and what to do instead. Are you excited? Let’s get started.

    1. Thinking everyone is your prospect

This is probably the biggest mistake  we see in a lot of new network marketers or old-school network marketers. Mistake number one is thinking that everyone is your prospect.

I was taught it as the number one rule in traditional network marketing – don’t prejudge people, share your products and your opportunity with everyone. You never know.

You’ve probably been there. You’ve probably been told this advice and you probably followed it.

How did it go for you?

I’m not going to argue that it doesn’t work. It totally does work, but what kind of price do you have to pay for this concept?

If you follow it your data says that in order for you to get one yes, you have to get 99 nos.

    It’s statistics and it’s true.😲

The problem with that is there are many people who have mastered that skillset and they can convert every –  let’s say – fifth prospect, but it took them years to master that skill set. And not everyone can do that.

An average network marketer, an average person cannot do that.

This leads to tons and tons of rejection!

Which leads to another problem- that is the majority of people will quit on NO number three. Nobody ever gets to no number 99 or a hundred. Nobody ever gets to the yes.

That’s why a lot of people quit without seeing any results, his process is very painful and takes a lot of effort. You need to have thick skin and you need to have great skills. Most people don’t have it. It’s not unlearnable, it’s totally learnable, but it takes a long time.

Learn how to identify who your perfect prospects are, where they hang out, and how to attract them to you. So you don’t even have to chase anyone at all.

    2.Focusing on the end result

A lot of us – and I’m guilty as well, when we become so involved in this industry, we focus on the end result and the end result is sales in your recruits.

    That’s what we want.

A lot of people chasing around with dollar signs, with that hidden agenda. When they connect with people, when they communicate with people, all they want is to sell and it’s that commission motive that can be smelled a mile away and we humans can feel it on a subconscious level.

So instead of focusing on the end result – the sale (the new recruits), you need to be focusing on how to master the skills that will get you that result.

So essentially, you have to divorce the results and marry the process.

So instead of thinking how can I make more money, how can I get more sales, how can I recruit more people.

You need to be thinking how can I be posting better content, how can I be making better, more engaging live videos, how can I communicate better with people on a human level.

That’s the kind of skill sets you need to be working on.

So not the end result, and the result will absolutely come. It’s like a side effect.

It’s a very powerful side effect of focusing on the skills.

    3. Your product is not your attractor factor – YOU ARE.

If you want to attract people, you need to know that your products, your opportunity, and your company are not your attractor factors.

This is a huge one for many people because they don’t understand why – how can I sell my products?

If I don’t talk about my products, how can I recruit people?

If I don’t tell them what company it is and what it does?

So what is your attractor factor?

If you think that your company or your products is what attracts people to you, then what makes you different from hundreds of thousands of distributors who are selling the exact same thing?

This is not your attractor factor.

Your real attractor factor is YOU and how you can help people.

     People want to know:

    ▪ What is your story?

    ▪ What is your journey?

    ▪ What struggles have you been through along the way?

    ▪ What makes you more attractive than just sharing how amazing your products are?

Your products and your company become just a bonus.

Therefore, your main attractor factor is you.

You need to figure out how to promote yourself as a people helper rather than a salesperson. So learn how to promote yourself and your products and your company will become a bonus, an amazing bonus for those people who want to get more information from you.

    4. DO NOT ignore the power of a passive follow up.

How many of you love follow up?

How many of you have heard the magic is in full follow up, right?

And we all kind of hate it because we feel like we’re bugging people. They already told us no, they’re not interested. Not right now. Can’t afford it. It’s not what I thought it was, it’s a subscription. No, no, no, no, no. And we leave people alone thinking that we’ve done our follow up, or I don’t wanna follow up that way. I don’t want to be bugging people and we kind of stop.

There is another magic tool that is actually more powerful than active follow up.

I call it passive follow up.

So if you show up in their newsfeed with a question or with a post, they’ll be like, oh my gosh, I remember a message from that girl. And I didn’t answer it. I need to go and answer it or I need to reply to it, or I need to watch it. You come back into their focus.

You become visible and you remind those people of yourself.

    That’s the passive follow up.

Three ways you can passively follow up with people without feeling like you’re bugging them:

    1. You can tag them in the valuable information that you have provided to someone else.

    2. You can message them about your video or about your post or about your story.

    3. Comment on their stuff.

Let’s say, if you did a video on how to make drinks that help you to lose weight. If you made some valuable video and you know that this person has expressed their dissatisfaction with not being able to lose weight or have expressed their desire to, then they need help with losing weight.

They might have said no, I can’t buy it right now.

You’re not trying to sell anymore, you’re just tagging them and saying, Hey, Susie, I just did a video on how to blank without blank. I thought it might be helpful to you.

    You’re providing value.

You’re showing up on their post. You’re giving them love. You’re engaging with them.

You remind them of yourself and your relationship with the person and that you still care about them.

This is a very powerful concept. Some marketers don’t even know about passive follow up. They only think about how can I make a sale, how I can get those people to buy.

So tag those people in your valuable content that they want to see, and you will see what it will do for you.

So passive follow up is a thing. It’s a very powerful tool and it’s ignored.

    5. Thinking its a sprint, It’s a marathon.

A lot of network marketers think that it’s a sprint.

That you join the industry, you take the products, and they’re amazing. You tell to all your friends and family about it. They’re going to buy it. They’re going to join your team. And you’re going to climb to the top really fast. Or you find that rockstar who’s going to blow it up for you and boom.

    I call this microwave mentality.

If you want real success, you need to know that it’s not a sprint. It’s a marathon.

Yeah, some people make one post and they make a hundred sales. But guess what? It’s not the rule. It’s the exception to the rule. It’s not duplicable for the majority of people.

It takes months and years to master those skill sets, master the skill of growing networks and connecting with those networks.

It takes time. It’s going to take time to get to the top, but it’s absolutely worth it.

So these are my five mistakes. Let’s go over it very quickly:

    • First, not everyone is your prospect.
    • Second, instead of focusing on the end result, you should be focusing on the process to get there.
    • Number three is that your product is not your attractor factor – You are.
    • Number four, do not ignore the power of a passive follow up.
    • Number five, get rid of the microwave mentality. It’s a marathon. It’s a long journey, not only of mastering the skill set, but also personal growth.
