How to Skyrocket Your Network Marketing Team by Using This Simple Duplication Hack

    Table of Contents

Do you ever find yourself stuck in an all-too-familiar cycle?

You recruit a team member who seems incredibly enthusiastic and passionate, only for them to go radio silent soon after.

It’s like they’ve vanished into thin air or entered some witness protection program.

One moment, they’re the brightest star in your team’s sky; the next, they’ve disappeared, leaving you wondering what could have possibly gone wrong.

    Sounds familiar, doesn’t it?

Rest assured, you are far from alone—this is a recurring issue that many network marketers face and often struggle to understand.

    Why Do Recruits Disappear?

So, what’s causing these promising recruits to evaporate?

Multiple reasons could be at play, but the most common one we encounter is that people feel overwhelmed.

New recruits frequently feel as though they’ve bitten off more than they can chew.

You’ll often hear them saying things like, “I can’t do what you do,” or “This is way too complicated for me.”

Consequently, they offer a laundry list of reasons and excuses, cloaking their unwillingness or inability to continue.

We’re going to give you a ‘duplication hack,’ a simple yet highly effective approach to break this cycle.

This solution addresses the root cause of the problem and ensures that your team doesn’t just expand in numbers but also in motivation and productivity.

Step One: Be Selective in Recruitment

The first actionable step to this ‘hack’ is to get more selective with your recruitment process.

Instead of recruiting anyone who’s willing, be more discerning.

Aim to assemble a team of people who genuinely want to be there, those whom you’d describe as your “perfect prospects.”

These are individuals who not only share your vision but are also willing to put in the work to achieve collective goals.

For our teams, adopting this focused approach to recruitment has paid dividends.

We consistently manage to onboard individuals who are both motivated and competent for our high-level academy program.

    And the best part?

These people don’t need hand-holding. They are self-driven and ready to contribute.

If you’re scratching your head wondering where one finds such rockstar team members, we offer a complimentary course titled “Social Influencer Formula” to guide you through the ins and outs of this selective recruitment process.

Step Two: Generate Momentum for New Recruits

The second step revolves around momentum—specifically, generating it for your new recruits.

To prevent the sense of overwhelm that often leads to dropout, get them started with small, quick wins.

Keep them away from intricate plans and exhaustive documentation that would only bog them down.

To this end, we have designed fast start guides that are short, actionable, and free from overly complicated compensation plans or exhaustive product details.

These guides primarily focus on driving activity on social media platforms and engagement within personal networks.

Simple tasks, like cleaning up social media profiles or initiating engagement by posting an interesting question, can make a world of difference.

Steps Three: Empowering Recruits to Build Their Teams

Moving on to steps three, the focus shifts to giving your recruits the tools they need to start building their teams.

You don’t have to introduce them to complex marketing strategies right from the get-go.

A softer introduction to their ‘warm market’—comprising friends, family, and acquaintances—is a sensible place to start.

The key is to make the process easily replicable, enabling them to duplicate your recruitment success with minimal fuss.

Applying these principles can fundamentally transform your team’s dynamics.

Being perfectly ready is not a pre-requisite to kickstart your recruiting process.

Even if you’re a novice, with this robust ‘duplication hack,’ you’re paving a path for sustained success, not just for yourself but for every individual who takes the plunge and joins your team.

By implementing this structured strategy, you’re not just solving the issue of disappearing recruits; you’re setting both yourself and your team up for long-term, sustainable success.

  • The Goal Setting Hack That Will Accelerate Your Success

The Goal Setting Hack That Will Accelerate Your Success

    Table of Contents

As many entrepreneur’s dive into network marketing, the real challenge often lies not in mastering the ins and outs of the business, but in aligning their desires with their ambitions.

This alignment holds the key to their success.

So here is the question you should be asking yourself…

    “What’s my real why?”

    The “Why” Behind the “What”

You likely heard the advice: “Find your ‘why’.”

It’s the reason that pushes you out of bed every morning and keeps you hustling.

The “why that makes you cry,” as many like to say.

But what happens when you can’t relate to the huge goals you’ve set?

For instance, you might dream of owning that beachfront home or stacking a million in the bank. Or the goal might be as personal as wanting to retire and have your spouse retire too.

However, the challenge arises when these goals feel intangible, distant, or disconnected.

This often leads to the trap of setting materialistic goals.

It’s like the universe’s way of putting an attractive, shiny object in front of us to motivate us.

    Digging Deeper

While money is undeniably a strong trigger for many to start their entrepreneurial journey, it can quickly become a hollow goal.

Think about it, money is tangible.

You can set a goal to earn an extra thousand dollars each month, strategize on how to get there, and potentially achieve it.

But what happens when the allure of money fades?

When it no longer offers the same level of motivation?

Many people find themselves in this spot, not realizing that while money was a starting point, it’s not the final destination.

There is an exercise can help bring clarity.

Begin by noting down a goal you’re pursuing, such as making $10,000 a month. But then, ask yourself: Why? Why do you want to make that much?

The objective is to keep drilling down until you touch the core of what your heart truly desires.

You might find out that the actual reason you want that $10,000 is not just to retire from a job, but to feel appreciated, fulfilled, and valued.

The secret is that these feelings, these deeper whys, come from within and not from any external achievements.

    Aligning Your Goals

    With this, goal-setting becomes clearer.

It’s no longer about purely chasing material benchmarks.

Instead, it’s about integrating these with deeper, soul-stirring aspirations.

It’s about crafting a journey where tangible achievements are in harmony with inner fulfilment.

And a magical thing happens when this alignment occurs.

Not only can you find more joy in the pursuit, but the tangible goals, those numbers and milestones, often come around quicker.

The universe acknowledges the authenticity of aligned desires and responds to this!

  • How to Deal With A Spouse/Partner That Isn’t Supportive Of Your Network Marketing Business

How to Deal With A Spouse/Partner That Isn’t Supportive Of Your Network Marketing Business

    Table of Contents

Growing a business without the support of your spouse or partner can be incredibly challenging.

The doubt, fear, or outright opposition from someone you love might turn into a roadblock on your entrepreneurial journey.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Here are four essential tips that helped us navigate this very issue and ultimately succeed in the network marketing industry.

Whether you’re just starting or have faced this challenge for a while, these insights will help you build understanding, collaboration, and even excitement with your spouse about your business.

    Have an Open Discussion

Communication is key, especially when dealing with sensitive issues like business and financial investments.

Schedule a sit-down, heart-to-heart conversation, away from distractions, where both partners can feel relaxed and comfortable.

Start with a non-threatening approach like “I want to talk to you about something important, can we be neutral like Switzerland?”

Share your vision, excitement, and concerns.

Explain why this venture appeals to you and how you believe it can benefit both of you in the long term.

Address any fears and allow your spouse to express themselves openly without judgment.

Often, lack of support stems from fear or misunderstanding, and addressing this elephant in the room can remove many barriers.

Be patient, listen attentively, and be ready to answer questions honestly.

Remember, collaboration doesn’t happen overnight; it may take several discussions to align your goals and expectations.

    Make Time for Each Other

When launching something new, your attention may unintentionally drift away from your relationships.

To keep connections strong, schedule regular quality time with your spouse in your calendar.

Even consider scheduling intimacy if that’s what works for both of you.

Regular date nights, walks, or shared hobbies can foster a connection that won’t be overshadowed by business concerns.

Be transparent about your work schedule, but make sure to delineate boundaries between work time and family time.

Prioritize your relationship over your business to avoid driving a wedge between you two.

Keep an open line of communication about how both of you feel, and be ready to adjust as needed.

Consistently investing in your relationship reassures your partner that they are valued and important, which can lead to more support for your business endeavors.

Treat Your Business Like a Business

Taking your business seriously is crucial in building your spouse’s faith in your venture.

Maintain regular hours, commit to meetings, and create a designated workspace if possible.

Invest in training and personal development to grow your skills and credibility.

Show your dedication by being consistent, disciplined, and committed.

Write down your goals and share them with your partner so that they can see your progress.

When your partner sees you treating your business like a real job, they are more likely to believe in your success.

Share your achievements and even your failures with your spouse, making them a part of the journey.

This way, they’ll understand the value of what you’re doing and see that you’re approaching it with the seriousness it deserves.

    Make Money and Get Results

Earning money can be the best way to prove the worth of your business.

Focus on revenue-generating activities and strategize how you can reach financial milestones.

Share successes and milestones with your spouse, not just in terms of money but also personal growth and connections made.

Be transparent about financial investments and returns.

Demonstrate the potential of your business by actually making money.

Consider involving your spouse in celebrating your successes, however big or small.

The more tangible results you can show, the easier it will be for your spouse to see the value of what you’re building.

Continual updates on progress, sharing victories, and even discussing failures foster trust and make your spouse feel part of the process.

This involvement often transforms skepticism into enthusiastic support, leading to a more harmonious personal and professional life.

  • 3 Ways Leaders Get More Eyeballs On Their Live Videos

3 Ways Leaders Get More Eyeballs On Their Live Videos

    Table of Contents

Live videos have become a powerful tool in the world of network marketing.

These are not just for entertainment; they are instrumental in building connections, providing education, and ultimately driving business growth.

Here’s a closer look at the three ways leaders are using live videos to increase visibility and engagement.

    SHARE
    SHARE
    SHARE
    SHARE

Understanding and Targeting the Perfect Prospect

The first aspect of effective live video marketing is understanding who your perfect prospect is.

This means understanding their struggles, emotions, and what they are desperately seeking.

By recognizing the missing link that could help them take one step forward, you can consistently grow an audience who resonates with your message.

It’s vital to make sure that your content isn’t just reaching your friends and family but is landing on the eyes of people genuinely interested in your products or network marketing opportunity.

If you’re not engaging with people on platforms like Facebook and Instagram by giving love to their content, you may be missing a massive opportunity.

Remember, people are more likely to engage with your content if you’ve shown love to theirs.

And don’t underestimate the power of live video to build “know, like, and trust.”

While you might be tempted to look a certain way or put on makeup, remember that your perfect prospect is probably just like you.

So have the courage to show up as you are, because authenticity will build trust faster.

Making the Most of Titles, Descriptions, and Replay

Most people will watch live video on replay, often silently.

This makes having an engaging title and description critical.

The title should give a clear indication of what viewers will learn, and the description should resonate with their pain and struggles, leading them to a solution.

This connects with the viewer and compels them to watch.

You don’t need to be a top leader to provide value; all you need is to be one step ahead of your audience.

Share what you learn, be genuine, and don’t forget to include a title and description.

Many people miss this part, but it’s vital to let your audience know what they will gain from watching.

Keeping It Short, Sweet, and Engaging

Finally, it’s essential to get into the meat and potatoes of your live video quickly.

Tell your viewers what they will learn and keep it as short and sweet as possible, ideally five to ten minutes.

Provide three or so concise points and end with a call to action.

Engagement is key, so ask for it throughout the live video.

Simple prompts like asking viewers to comment on their experiences or drop a hashtag can keep them involved.

Make sure to tell them what to do next at the end of the video, be it sharing their biggest takeaway or letting you know about their struggles with live video.

A call to action could be anything from a request for feedback to an invitation to an upcoming training group.

Whatever the subject of your video, asking for engagement and having a clear call to action ensures that your viewers know what to do next.

Live video can be intimidating, but its power in network marketing is undeniable.

By understanding your perfect prospect, utilizing titles and descriptions effectively, and engaging your viewers with short, valuable content, you can take your live video strategy to the next level.

  • How to Turn Buyers into Leads Using Social Media

How to Turn Buyers into Leads Using Social Media

    Table of Contents

Are you trying to build your business online but struggling with turning your leads into buyers?

You might be doing everything you were told to, posting and telling everybody all about your products and opportunities.

Well, what we’ve found is that this approach is old school and outdated.

    Everything evolves.

Strategies that might have worked several years ago no longer work for a large majority of entrepreneurs trying to build their businesses on social media.

We tested this ourselves and discovered that the old-school methods gave us very little traction.

    So, what’s the solution?

Let’s dive into the techniques that have worked for us.

    SHARE
    SHARE
    SHARE
    SHARE

    Tip One: Brand Yourself

The first step is to start branding yourself.

    Your brand is you!

This doesn’t mean coming up with a catchy hashtag to drop at the end of your posts.

Think about what it is that you stand for.

Why is it that you do all the things you do in your business?

When you start to brand yourself, you grow a tribe of people who know, like, and trust you.

Tip Two: Grow Your Network Daily

You need to grow your network every day consistently.

This doesn’t mean you have to go and friend 20 people every single day.

This can be as little as three to five people.

Over time, this compounds to a lot of new people that are in your network.

You’ve got to constantly grow that network so that you are getting in front of more people.

A big reason people are getting stuck is they run out of people to talk to because they’re still talking to the same family and friends.

If you want your business to grow, you’ve got to go sit at a table where you don’t know anybody!

You have to put yourself out there.

You have to be willing to connect with new people.

Once we started implementing this strategy, we did not need our businesses to rely on whether or not our friends and families were going to be our customers or join our teams.

    Tip Three: Build Relationships

Build the relationships with that network by using a simple social media strategy.

This means posting value, using your stories, doing a live video, or creating a post.

That’s the number one way to build a relationship with your audience.

You’ve got to put yourself out there.

Think about the people that you follow on social media and their lives.

You love listening to them. You can’t wait for that live. You have it scheduled, you’re not going to miss it, or you watch the replay.

Because you feel like you can relate to them.

You feel like you’ve known them even though you’ve never met them.

That’s how your followers are going to feel with you!

And you have got to engage with others’ posts.

So, part of your time building the relationship is engaging with others.

You’ve got to give love before you get love back, meaning you’ve got to go engage on people’s posts.

By doing this in their stories, that engagement takes you straight into messenger.

This is great, it is what Facebook wants.

They want you building relationships and community!

So, as you are leading and branding yourself, you are creating an ecosystem and you’re growing your network.

You’re then friending people and bringing those people into your ecosystem.

And what they’re going to see when they come in is your social media strategy.

Each day is going to be different, so people are getting a well-rounded idea of who you are.

Create posts that lead with value and curiosity around the benefits.

People don’t care about your science ingredient; they want to know what’s it going to do for them. So, make it about them!

Tip Four: Promote What You’ve Got

So, you’re branding yourself, growing your network, and building relationships with that network.

This creates that know, like, and trust, which equals influence.

When you have your following that knows you, likes you, and trusts you, anytime you recommend or promote something people are more likely to trust the recommendation.

But you’ve got to do it in a non-salesy way with curiosity, benefits, and a strong call to action.

Don’t just tell people about the goods and then not tell them what to do at the end.

Let them know if it sounds like something they want in their life or they want those results, they can drop a thumbs up emoji or whatever you want your call to action to be.

You are creating leads that now get you to the exposure process.

It helps you create an endless flow of leads anytime you want on social media.

So once people are interested and you send them a private message, you move into the next exposure process of whatever your company has you doing.

    Tip Five: Show Up Consistently

If you have gone through the process, then you’ll now have a flood of leads to sift and sort through.

And when you begin to run out, all you have to do is generate new leads by starting the process all over again.

    Like a rinse and repeat.

Every single day you are growing your network, you’re building a relationship with that network, and you’re recommending and promoting to that network.

You’re not always going to post about your product, so we recommend having a rotation of topics.

For example, part of your content could be lifestyle posts, maybe a family member’s birthday, but in your stories you might have something going on about your product or the business side.

Or you might have sent an email out to your list promoting something else.

So your posts don’t always need to be about your products, but look at other ways where you are still growing your network.

    What’s your call to action?

What do you want your followers to do at the end?

Do you want them to join you on a challenge?

So every day you are growing your network, building a relationship with that network, and you are promoting in a non-salesy way using curiosity, benefits, and a strong call to action.

But none of this works if you are not going to commit to being consistent!

Consistency is the key to being successful on social media.

Not just for the purpose of your following, but also for the purpose of the algorithm.

If you want it to work in your favor, give you the most reach, you have got to show up every single day.

Think about what your people are seeing in their newsfeed and how noisy it is.

If you’re not showing up every day, they’re going to start following somebody else.

Your people need you. They’re waiting for you.

  • 3 Steps To Building A Profitable Business Using Social Media

3 Steps To Building A Profitable Business Using Social Media

    Table of Contents

We’ve seen several of our team members and coaching clients who are making a common mistake.

They believe that simply posting content and maintaining a consistent online presence should suffice for increasing sales and attracting customers.

However, they find themselves stuck in a rut, unable to gain any significant traction despite their consistent efforts.

The reality is, simply posting content and being consistent on social media isn’t enough to build a profitable business.

So here are the three steps to building a profitable business using social media.

    SHARE
    SHARE
    SHARE
    SHARE

    Growing the Right Audience

The first step involves growing an audience of individuals who know, like, and trust you.

Your audience forms the backbone of your online business; it is essential to prioritize growing it right.

Regardless of the social media platform you choose, the approach remains the same.

We recommend focusing your efforts on one social platform at a time.

Stretching yourself across multiple platforms at one time can leave you feeling overwhelmed and lost, thereby losing focus on your primary goal.

So, how do you decide where to start?

Pick one platform, build your presence there until it’s profitable, then consider expanding to other platforms.

You should aim at building an audience that genuinely wants what you have to offer.

We’ve observed many who grow substantial audiences on various platforms, but they miss the mark when it comes to attracting the right audience.

If you’re a vegetarian selling vegetables, but your audience is primarily composed of meat-eaters, how likely are they to buy your products?

    Not very.

The importance of building an audience that consists of your perfect prospects cannot be overstated.

And how do you attract and retain this ideal audience?

    By consistently providing value.

Value comes in many forms – it could be educational content, motivational or inspirational messages, lifestyle tips, or anything else that helps serve your ideal prospects.

    Benefit-Driven Content

The second step involves creating content that is not just about you, but primarily about your audience.

    Remember, this isn’t about you.

Your audience doesn’t care about your wants or needs; they are more concerned about what’s in it for them.

Engagement is the name of the game here.

By that, we mean letting your audience know what they stand to gain, how you can help them, and why they should pay attention to you.

Once you fully understand the needs of your perfect prospect and how to communicate with them effectively, you’re on your way to creating compelling, benefit-driven content.

Ask yourself, what can you offer that will help them progress?

Once you have the answer, it becomes much easier to produce content that resonates and builds trust.

    Promote Your Business

The third step involves promoting your business effectively.

Here’s the catch: You can’t promote your business without an established audience.

Unfortunately, many network marketers find this out the hard way.

They may post consistently and do everything right, but they’re not bringing anybody over the line.

The problem often lies in the size of their audience.

A follower count of 100 to 700 is not sufficient to make a significant impact.

You have got to build a larger audience.

But having a large audience isn’t enough.

You need to engage with them and then promote your products or services to your perfect prospects.

In the network marketing industry, we often see people jump right into promotion without laying the necessary groundwork.

This approach may work for individuals who already have a significant influence, but for those starting from scratch, it’s like shouting into a void.

Without a base of people who know, like, and trust you, there’s nobody to promote to.

After all, nobody is going to buy your products or join your team unless they believe in you.

  • Are You Being Sucked Into The Shiny Object Trap On Social Media?

Are You Being Sucked Into The Shiny Object Trap On Social Media?

    Table of Contents

What is Shiny Object Syndrome and what’s the trap it creates?

With new inventions and innovations cropping up daily, the world is brimming with alluring opportunities or ‘shiny objects’.

These can often distract you and may potentially harm your business growth.

Here’s how you can avoid these distracting ‘shiny objects’ and focus on building your business online.

    SHARE
    SHARE
    SHARE
    SHARE

    What is Shiny Object Syndrome?

Shiny Object Syndrome is getting distracted by something that appears more appealing or superior.

You’re tempted to shift your focus to that instead, abandoning your current path.

This diversion can occur repeatedly, pulling you in various directions.

For example, you purchase a course but within two weeks you end up spending a considerable amount on a new course, believing it to be better for you.

However, you never actually engage with the new course.

The original course was where you should have focused, but the allure of the ‘shiny object’ derailed your progress.

This distraction not only wastes time and effort but can also result in significant financial loss.

    Distractive Trends and Their Impact

An example of a recent trend or ‘shiny object’ is the emergence of Threads.

Everyone is talking about it. But jumping into it too soon, without thorough testing and validation, can be a mistake.

It can cause issues, such as being locked out of your social media accounts or overwhelming you mentally.

You might get drawn towards these ‘shiny objects,’ believing the grass to be greener on the other side.

It’s the same with social media platforms that are constantly evolving.

However, the key is to avoid these distractions.

We’ve found it’s best not to promote anything until we’ve tested it ourselves.

Hence, our advice is to stay focused on your business goals.

There’s always going to be something new, but it’s essential to resist the temptation, especially to prevent FOMO (Fear of Missing Out).

A common mistake we’ve noticed is people putting their current business on hold to explore a new trend.

    Maintaining Focus and Discipline

Shifting from a platform where you’re starting to gain momentum can derail your progress.

You could be developing influence on Facebook or Instagram, and suddenly, you abandon that to explore an unproven trend like Threads.

This shift can halt your progress, and you risk losing your audience.

Therefore, it’s crucial to stick with proven and tested strategies to achieve your desired results, rather than banking on a mere possibility that may not even be around in the foreseeable future.

Again, remember once a platform launches, consider its evolution.

Reflect on how significantly Facebook and Instagram have developed.

These are platforms that have been around for a long time and yet, they still retain billions of users.

Abandoning a platform where you’ve invested time and effort – a platform where your network is expanding, and your influence is beginning to grow – to go to an untested, new space still working out its features and flaws could be a damaging move for your business.

It doesn’t mean that exploring other platforms is off-limits.

However, it’s worth noting that we’ve spent years cultivating our audience on a specific platform.

Consider other influencers who have amassed large followings; they started in one place, built up their audience there, then moved to another platform, taking their network with them.

Balancing platforms is an individual capability.

Some people can manage multiple platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Yet, it’s important to remember that platforms like Facebook and Instagram have been around for a long time.

People understand their algorithms, their workings, and we can guide you in navigating these spaces.

They are proven platforms that, despite frequent changes, remain reliable.

For now, resist the allure of the ‘new and shiny’, and stick with what’s currently working for you.

Even if your efforts are not fully paying off yet, or if you’re just starting, persevere.

Continue until you gain traction, grow your audience, and establish influence and relationships.

    Maximizing Growth and Minimizing Distractions

Facebook, in our opinion, is still the best place to build relationships.

Its user-friendly interface, including features like groups and messenger, make it an ideal platform to connect with people.

You can find your perfect prospects through these groups and connect with them.

Jumping ship to a new platform with unfamiliar workings could be risky.

Remember that different platforms serve different purposes.

To successfully bring people onto your team and get them to purchase your product, they need to know, like, and trust you.

This comes through relationships, which Facebook facilitates wonderfully.

Facebook still remains the number one platform for growing your network, building relationships, and attracting people to your business.

As of now, Facebook has the highest user count.

Comparing Facebook and TikTok, we can see they serve different purposes.

You can build a following on TikTok, but you must start somewhere first before branching out.

Instagram, too, has its own niche. It’s great for brand awareness and entertainment, but it isn’t necessarily the best place to build relationships due to its focus on images and aesthetics rather than personal connection.

Facebook, on the other hand, promotes human connection through its friending and group features.

It’s crucial to understand the different platforms and their functions to help your business grow.

Commit to one platform and one course that has proven results and testimonials.

When you invest, go all in. Put on your blinders and focus on your chosen path.

Understanding that you are being targeted by marketing tactics can help you stay focused on your path and resist distractions.

If the course or platform you’re investing in is being managed by people who have been where you are and can guide you to where you want to be, then stick with it.

Learn the required skillsets, take action, and don’t be distracted by the allure of other platforms or courses.

3 of the Biggest Mistakes that Network Marketers make on Social Media

    Table of Contents

There are three significant mistakes most network marketers make on social media, often without realizing it, that can undermine their business.

Most network marketers quit because they believe social media does not work.

We’re here to prove that social media is still a powerful marketing tool when used correctly.

Mistake One: Not Having a Perfect Prospect

Sometimes, the tactics that your upline advises might work in the short term, but they could harm your business in the long run. Your upline typically recommends certain strategies because those have worked and continue to work for them. However, if these strategies are not yielding results for you, it may be time to rethink your approach. Firstly, you need to understand your mistakes. When we started on social media, we made the mistake of assuming that everyone was our prospect. Just as in traditional network marketing, our uplines ingrained in us the notion that everyone is a potential customer. So when we started building our businesses on social media, we adopted the same belief. We thought that if we showcased how fantastic our products and opportunities were, everyone would be eager to join us. What we learned, however, was that not everyone is our prospect. This revelation helped us identify our ideal prospects and how to attract them. Ask yourself: What do these prospects need to hear? What do they need to see in their newsfeed? How can you connect with these particular people on a more personal level? This leads us to mistake number one: Assuming that everyone is your prospect. It’s crucial to pinpoint who your perfect prospect is.

Mistake Two: Relying on Friends and Family

Mistake number two is focusing too heavily on your friends and family. While it’s not a bad strategy in the short term and still works for many people, it’s fundamentally a short-term plan. Many network marketers mistakenly believe it’s the only strategy. While some friends and family may purchase your products or services, you may not be able to tell if they’re doing so because they genuinely need them or because they simply want to support you. Working with friends and family works until it doesn’t. Once you exhaust your personal network and sales start to decline, you might find yourself wondering what went wrong. Why aren’t people buying anymore? Why are previous customers not renewing their subscriptions or purchasing more products? Once you run out of friends and family to pitch to, you may feel compelled to approach strangers, potentially coming off as spammy. But don’t worry, we’ve been there too. In a way, we’re proud of that mistake because it led us to discover a new way of building our businesses. So, if you’ve already exhausted your personal network, it’s time to start building a brand new network of ideal prospects. Keep in mind that not everyone will be interested in what you’re offering. If you need to learn how to find and attract these prospects, consider checking out our Social Recruiting Secrets course.

Mistake Three: Failing to Build New Relationships

The third mistake most network marketers make is failing to build relationships with their new network. Yes, our upline tells us to make new friends, but we often neglect to invest time in fostering these relationships. Many network marketers make the mistake of sending a pitch as soon as they receive a friend acceptance. Doing so will likely deter the person on the other side, leading to wasted time. Building relationships is a crucial part of growing your business online, and these relationships often serve as the foundation for transactions. It’s not about how incredible your products are or that your company is debt-free and supports organic science. The relationship with you is the primary driver for transactions. Many people struggle to build genuine relationships quickly and efficiently. Fortunately, you can automate this process using software like LeadMagicX, saving you from getting swamped with messenger conversations about the weather and dogs.

  • Growing a Big Business Fast as a Full Time Mom with Busy Kids

Growing a Big Business Fast as a Full Time Mom with Busy Kids

    Table of Contents

Balancing business and motherhood can be a struggle.

Many moms feel they must choose between running a business and raising their children.

This belief is fuelled by the often-repeated mantra of “short-term sacrifice for long-term gain”.

We have first-hand experience trying to sacrifice in the short term for potential long-term success.

We’ve found that this approach often doesn’t turn out as glamorous as it’s made to sound.

It may lead to strained relationships with your kids, or even sacrificing their safety and well-being.

Here are some of the strategies we implemented to manage our home-based businesses successfully.

Setting a Daily Mode of Operation

Our experience with entrepreneurship taught us the importance of having a defined daily mode of operation.

To succeed in your business, it is vital to discern the tasks that generate income and prioritize them.

This approach ensures that we were utilizing our time efficiently and productively.

When embarking on our journeys, we soon discovered the distractions that social media presents.

It’s incredibly easy to get swept up in the digital whirlwind of likes, shares, and comments.

However, having a clearly outlined list of tasks served as our roadmap, guiding our daily activities, and keeping us focused on our business objectives.

Adopting this daily mode of operation played an instrumental role in our success.

By identifying and concentrating on income-generating tasks, we could navigate the sea of potential distractions and stay anchored to our entrepreneurial goals.

    Starting with Small Rewards

Undertaking the process of starting a business, particularly when you’re building it from the ground up, is no small feat.

It demands long hours of work, presents numerous challenges, and involves a continual learning process.

It is easy to overlook the significant impact on your family.

They witness you pouring countless hours and immense effort into growing your business, which often leads them to wonder about the tangible benefits.

“Where’s the cashflow? Where’s the freedom you talked about?”

To address these concerns, it’s important to introduce small rewards early in the process.

These could take the form of a relaxed movie night, a fun-filled family campout in the living room, or simply dedicating a few uninterrupted hours to spend quality time together.

These gestures, however small they may seem, send a crucial message to your family.

It reassures them that they remain a priority even amidst the intense demands of your entrepreneurial journey.

    Embracing Imperfection

One valuable lesson that we learned was the importance of showing up, regardless of the circumstances.

Perfection is an illusion, and in reality, life is full of unforeseen incidents and unplanned disruptions.

These disruptions – barking dogs, energetic kids, or unexpected interruptions – are the elements that make us human and relatable.

We embraced this authenticity, and once we stopped trying to maintain a façade of perfection during business hours, that’s when our business truly started to grow.

We began to attract individuals who saw us as real, approachable, and authentic.

The occasional interruptions by kids during video calls, the sporadic phone calls picked up by your spouse, or the appearances of pets were no longer seen as hindrances, but rather signs of authenticity.

Those who appreciated this authentic approach became our valued community.

Including the Family in the Adventure

Becoming an entrepreneur doesn’t mean isolating yourself from your family.

In fact, it offers an opportunity to involve them in your exciting journey.

It’s about transforming what could be perceived as an isolated pursuit into a shared family adventure.

Your authenticity, your commitment to maintaining a balance between family life and business, resonates with people more than you might think.

Remember, you’re not alone on this entrepreneurial journey.

Your family can be a part of this adventure, and together, you can navigate the challenges and celebrate the victories that come your way.

Ever Wondered How You Can Get More People To Commit To Buying Your Products Or Joining Your Team?

    Table of Contents

Want to know how to bring more people onto your team, kindle more conversations, and entice more people to lean in and say, “tell me more”?

We’re going to delve into the three core motivators that help empower you to do just this!

    Understanding your Perfect Prospect

Understanding your perfect prospect is an essential first step in leveraging the power of these motivators.

It’s a process that requires you to immerse yourself in the mindset of your ideal customer or team member.

    What are their struggles?

    Their dreams?

    Their deeply seated emotions?

What keeps them awake at night, and what gets them out of bed in the morning?

As you gain clarity about these aspects, you’ll start seeing the world through their eyes, empowering you to connect on a deeper level.

This profound connection is the foundation of effective marketing.

The better you know your prospects, the more accurately you can tailor your message to resonate with them, forging more meaningful connections.

    Motivator One: Logic

    The first motivator is logic.

Many people believe that customers need to understand the science behind the products or the facts about the company and its compensation plan.

However, very few people are driven by logic.

They engage more with compelling stories and relatable experiences.

Most times, logic comes into play later, once they’ve engaged with some of the other motivators.

Overloading with facts about your product or compensation plan from the get-go might result in less engagement than you’d anticipate.

Therefore, it’s essential to use logic wisely, providing details when necessary but not making it the centerpiece of your initial communication.

Motivator Two: FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out)

The second core motivator is the fear of missing out, or FOMO.

Creating a sense of urgency can encourage people to act fast.

Let’s say you’re running a challenge in your group, and the deadline for participation is looming.

The ticking clock could drive individuals to make a quick decision and join.

Similarly, limited-time offers or exclusive opportunities, like the announcement that you’re building a team and can only accommodate a certain number of new members, create a sense of urgency.

The prospect of missing out on these exclusive opportunities can be a powerful motivator, prompting people to think, “I need to check this out before I miss out.”

Exploiting FOMO is a clever way to encourage quick decision-making and enhance participation.

    Motivator Three: Emotion

The third and most powerful motivator is emotion.

The main reason people buy products or join teams is that they connect on an emotional level.

They often make decisions based on how they feel rather than what they think.

Connecting with your prospect on an emotional level can often mean the difference between casual interest and committed involvement.

To tap into this motivator, you need to deeply understand the emotional landscape of your perfect prospect – the feelings they’re experiencing in their current struggles and the emotions they aspire to feel when they’ve achieved their dreams.

When you connect on this emotional plane, you create a bond of trust.

    Prospects feel seen and understood.

They recognize that you’ve walked in their shoes and can guide them through their journey.

It’s not about having all the answers; it’s about empathizing with their situation and showing them that you’re just a few steps ahead, ready and able to lead the way.

    The Three Motivators

The most powerful motivators to get more customers and team members are emotion and FOMO.

Logic can come in later when your prospects have already shown interest and want to delve deeper.

Remember, you don’t need to be at your prospect’s dream destination yet to help them.

You just need to show them that you’re a couple of steps ahead and can guide them forward.

With these core motivators in your toolkit, you’re set to make greater strides in your network marketing journey!
