How to Find The Joy In The Journey While Building Your Business and Not Burn OUT Before it is Built

    Table of Contents

Are you a workaholic who is constantly hammering at the brick wall of your business, hoping for it to break or to find a way over it?

Is your goal to keep working until you hit certain milestones – more money, more time, a bigger team, or a significant passive income from network marketing?

If yes, then you’re much like we were, but what we found was that we were robbing ourselves of the joy of the present.

Being too caught up in the future or the past means that we forget about the present.

Many people say the present is a gift because it’s essential to find joy in the journey.

Here is how you can do that without burning out.

    The Problem with Multitasking

Let’s address the issue of multitasking.

We were proud of our ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, from conducting live videos to cooking dinner.

However, multitasking is detrimental to your health and productivity.

When you multitask, your body releases cortisol, creating a safe haven for unwanted diseases.

It also diverts your attention from the task at hand, preventing you from being fully present and appreciating the joy in what you’re doing now.

To break free from the chains of multitasking, start by time blocking.

Use a Google Calendar, a paper calendar, or even a specialized planner, like our 90 Day Success Activator.

The idea is to assign specific time slots for different tasks.

The key lies in first scheduling what’s non-negotiable, like your job that’s paying the bills.

    Prioritizing What is Important

    You need to prioritize self-care.

Much like the airplane safety protocol of securing your oxygen mask before helping others, you need to look after your well-being first.

Whether it’s through meditation, prayer, journaling, or working out, ensure you have enough ‘me time’.

You also need to focus on family.

It’s a common misstep to neglect family in the race to build a successful business.

If you don’t give your family due importance, you might end up with nobody to enjoy your business success with.

So, remember the order – you, your family, and then your business.

    Have a Schedule

Now that you’ve allocated time for yourself and your family, the next thing to schedule is your business-related tasks.

Identify pockets of free time in your schedule where you can work on your business, like a half an hour lunch break.

Instead of mindlessly scrolling through social media, use this time to build your business – prospect, follow-up, create a quick reel or conduct a live video session.

Life is unpredictable, and so it’s important to incorporate some flexibility into your schedule.

This flex time acts as a buffer for any unexpected events or tasks that may come up.

Lastly, remember to schedule what brings you joy.

Be it working out, gardening, spending time with your pets, or a date night, include them in your schedule.

    The Importance of Evaluation

It’s crucial to evaluate your day – what worked and what didn’t in your business, personal, and family life.

Focusing on the positive aspects first helps keep you motivated and involved in your business.

However, recognizing what didn’t work allows you to identify areas of improvement.

Then, you can strategize about what can be done to change what didn’t work.

Remember, the journey to building your business doesn’t have to be exhausting and joyless.

How to Create the Perfect Social Media Profile To Attract Network Marketing Prospects

    Table of Contents

It’s a common misconception in network marketing to plaster company products, promotions, sales, and “join my business opportunity” all over social media.

Some people even utilize their profile bios to drop company replicated links and mention their association without realizing that this can often repel potential prospects.

We’re going to share with you five tips on how to create the perfect social media profile to attract network marketing prospects.

The Transformation from Business Centric to Brand Centric

There was a time when we, too, were using this approach, and it lasted for three long years.

You might be familiar with the scenario where people eagerly comment on every personal post you share, but when it comes to your business-related posts, the response is often silence.

This realization led us to shift our focus from company to brand, using our profiles to attract the right people through the content we shared.

Once we made this shift, we started getting daily leads and prospects, transforming our social media profile into a digital business card.

    The Power of Personal Branding

Your social media profile is a very powerful and free tool that can be used to attract new customers and team members, if used correctly.

The first step is to define your brand.

Remember, your brand isn’t a catchy hashtag or your company’s name – your brand is you.

Consider what inspires you, what you are passionate about, and how these things tie into your niche.

Your brand should be a window into your life, interests, and the products you’re selling and representing.

Your goal is to pique curiosity, encouraging people to ask about your work without giving everything away up front.

    The First Impression Matters

Next, pay attention to your profile picture.

    First impressions are indeed crucial.

Your profile picture should be clear, bright, happy, and a close-up of you.

Selfies work just as well, so no professional photography is required.

Refrain from using pictures of your product or your company.

Adding Inspiration with Cover Photos and Bio

    Then, update your cover photo.

An inspirational or motivational quote, or a photo of you with your family or friends, can work wonders.

    Again, avoid company logos.

Subsequently, clean up your bio or intro.

What can you say about yourself that tells your followers a bit more about what you do, who you are, and what you represent?

An example could be, “Helping entrepreneurs live freedom-filled lives using social media.”

    Detoxing Your Profile

    Lastly, clean up your timeline.

Remove any posts that loudly advertise your product names and company, such as “before and after” pictures, promotional posts, or posts showing all the packages and prices of your products.

Instead, focus on creating an environment that does not make people feel they’re being sold to.

Transforming your profile into your digital business card and ditching the company’s running billboard approach can skyrocket your business.

It’s smart marketing – you become a magnet attracting the right people without having to chase them down.

  • The Game-Changing Impact of AI and How it is Redefining Social Media for Network Marketers

The Game-Changing Impact of AI and How it is Redefining Social Media for Network Marketers

    Table of Contents

For so many people right now, the question is what is going to happen to social media now that artificial intelligence is available?

The concept of AI is like an extension of the robot-filled fantasies we had as children, thanks to shows like The Jetsons.

But unlike in the cartoons, AI today is not just about flying around in spaceships or having a robot maid.

We are at a somewhat worrying tipping point, where we’re starting to delegate parts of our lives and businesses to AI, exploring its potential to ease our load.

So how can we use it to help build our businesses online?

    AI in Content Creation

One of the key tasks that can be offloaded to AI is content creation.

Many people struggle to come up with content ideas, let alone write and record them.

AI and chatbots can solve this problem by generating content suggestions within seconds, easing the process for content creators.

The brilliance of AI lies in its ability to learn and adapt.

If the generated content doesn’t match your style, it can be tweaked to better suit your voice.

AI is conversational and can go back and forth to improve the initial output, providing higher quality content over time.

The scope of AI isn’t limited to text.

It can also generate images and even deep fake videos.

With advancements in this field, it’s getting harder to tell real from fake content.

This can be a powerful tool for entrepreneurs, but it also carries a risk.

In the wrong hands, AI can be used to create misleading or outright fake information.

Protecting ourselves from such misuse will become an increasing concern as we advance further down the road of AI.

AI: Tool for Good and Bad

As with any technology, the fear of the unknown is normal.

Historically, we’ve been terrified of every new invention, be it cars or the internet.

Over time, we’ve integrated these technologies into our daily lives, and AI could well be the next in line.

As entrepreneurs, it’s important to leverage AI for a competitive advantage, while maintaining a degree of skepticism and ensuring the content produced is sensible and valuable.

We should never forget that while AI can greatly enhance our skills and save us time, it will never replace human intelligence.

In order to use AI effectively, you need a solid understanding of the tasks you’re automating.

Also, common sense and skepticism are invaluable when encountering content that might be AI-generated, particularly if it seems too good to be true.

The Future of AI in Entrepreneurship and Social Media

At Beach Boss Influencers, we’re exploring the potential of AI, testing it to identify what works and what doesn’t.

We’re aiming to incorporate it into our own processes, as well as our tools and applications, to help our students use AI in creating their content.

This is an exciting journey, and as the field of AI grows, we hope to grow alongside it, leveraging its capabilities to the fullest.

While there may be concerns and uncertainties surrounding AI, the potential it offers in our increasingly digital world is vast.

As with any tool, the key is to use it wisely, ensuring it serves our needs without compromising our values or sense of self.

  • How To Boost Engagement & Interaction On Your Live Videos So You Build Relationships Faster & Recruit More People

How To Boost Engagement & Interaction On Your Live Videos So You Build Relationships Faster & Recruit More People

    Table of Contents

There are few things more disheartening than beginning your journey into live video only to be met with an echo of silence.

You’ve spent hours planning, prepping, and delivering content, but it seems as if no one is watching or engaging.

Suddenly, that excitement and enthusiasm morph into frustration.

But here’s the truth – building relationships, the primary goal when using video content, isn’t an overnight process.

    It’s a journey.

So how do we embark on this journey and ensure we generate the necessary engagement and interactions to establish strong relationships?

    SHARE
    SHARE
    SHARE
    SHARE

    Connecting with the Right People

The first step to cultivating engagement and interactions, especially in live video, is to ensure you’re reaching out to the right people.

Growing a targeted network is important to build successful engagement, not just on your live videos, but across all your social media content.

It’s about focusing your efforts on individuals who show genuine interest in what you offer, those who are actively seeking the value that you’re providing.

By doing this, you’re not only attracting an audience but also establishing a community of potential customers who are more likely to engage with your content.

    Sharing Value

The second strategy to boost engagement is all about the content you share.

For instance, if your target audience consists of vegetarians, talking about the benefits of a carnivorous diet would do more harm than good.

It’s about understanding your audience and catering to their needs and interests.

A common pitfall that many fall into is the trap of incessant selling.

While live videos can indeed serve as a platform for promotion, they should not be purely focused on sales.

Instead, the goal should be to position yourself as a trusted source of information before diving into heavy selling.

This isn’t to say you can’t make sales pitches during live videos.

However, make sure that you are also delivering value-based content that resonates with your audience.

Take the time to evaluate your posts and videos – would you find them valuable if you were in your audience’s shoes?

Remember, valuable content is a mix of being educational, entertaining, and lifestyle oriented.

Assuming the role of an educator not only positions you as an authority figure but also builds the know, like, and trust factor.

This invariably encourages engagement from your viewers, fostering a relationship of mutual respect and interest.

    Prompting Engagement

Finally, and perhaps the most overlooked strategy, is simply asking for engagement.

If you fail to prompt engagement multiple times throughout your live video, you’re missing out on a golden opportunity to foster interaction.

Start by asking simple questions, encouraging viewers to leave comments, use hashtags, or indicate if they’re watching the replay.

By actively involving your audience, even if they’re new to your content, you’re training them to interact with you.

If your previous live videos haven’t been garnering much engagement, it might be time to reflect.

Review your content and ask yourself honestly how many times you genuinely asked for engagement.

Remember, it’s perfectly okay to ask for engagement repeatedly.

In fact, think of it as a conversation between you and your perfect prospect, represented by the camera.

Just as questions are asked to facilitate interaction in regular conversations, the same principle applies to live videos.

Especially when starting out, it’s crucial to guide and encourage your viewers to engage actively.

In doing so, you’re not only building a community around your live videos but also opening the doors to meaningful relationships and endless possibilities.

Step 1: Identify the Problem and Present the Solution

To draw in prospects, it’s crucial to truly understand the problems your network marketing products solve and how they provide the perfect solution.

Take the time to conduct thorough research and delve into the challenges your potential customers face.

Whether it’s helping them achieve their weight loss goals, offering financial empowerment through savvy investment strategies, rejuvenating skin with natural products, or providing anti-aging wonders, clearly highlight the benefits your products offer.

Put yourself in their shoes and envision the positive transformation your products can bring to their lives.

Use compelling stories that showcase the power of your solutions and make them irresistible.

Step 2: Unleash the Power of Google and Facebook

Google and Facebook are great for finding the right groups where your ideal prospects hang out.

Google’s search functions can help discover relevant groups, forums, and communities that align with your network marketing niche.

For example, if you specialize in weight loss, explore weight loss support groups, fitness communities, or nutrition forums.

On Facebook, dive into Groups and search for keywords related to your target audience’s interests, challenges, or aspirations.

Seek out groups where individuals actively discuss topics that align with your products, such as financial planning, debt management, beauty and wellness, or healthy lifestyle choices.

These online communities are goldmines filled with individuals actively seeking solutions – your potential hot leads!

Step 3: Engage, Connect, and Provide Value

Entering these groups is not about self-promotion; it’s about building genuine connections, positioning yourself as a valuable resource, and nurturing relationships.

As you join these communities, take the time to understand their dynamics, rules, and etiquette.

Engage sincerely with group members by offering insights, answering questions, and sharing valuable tips and advice related to the benefits of your products.

Be an attentive listener and genuinely understand the challenges and aspirations of your target audience.

Establish yourself as a trusted thought leader and a helpful presence within these communities.

Share your expertise generously, focusing on providing value without overwhelming promotion.

Remember, trust and rapport are the building blocks of transforming leads into loyal customers.

Over time, your reputation as a knowledgeable and reliable resource will grow, naturally attracting potential customers to your network marketing business.

1 – Be Open to Learning New Skills

Firstly, be open to learning new skills.

We made this choice after years in our businesses when we realized our previous approaches weren’t working.

We decided to upskill, adopting strategies that were relevant and effective.

Remember, there’s more than one way to achieve success in business.

However, many strategies have become outdated, and what worked last year might not be as effective this year due to evolving technology, changing social media platforms, and shifting trends.

In our Beach Boss community, we emphasize influencer marketing. Instead of spamming strangers, we attract people to us by offering value and sparking curiosity.

But these aren’t just any people – they’re highly qualified, like-minded individuals interested in your products and eager to join your business journey.

    2 – Have a DMO

Adopt a Daily Mode of Operation (DMO).

If you’re juggling kids whilst trying to enjoy a social life, you’ll appreciate how crucial a DMO is.

It ensures you know exactly what needs to be done daily to grow your business, even if you’re pressed for time.

Your focus should be on growing and connecting with your audience, building relationships that allow you to promote your products or services in a non-salesy way, having established a rapport based on trust.

This is the essence of influence – when you recommend a product or invite someone to join your team, people trust your guidance.

And remember, you don’t need a massive audience for this – a smaller, but more engaged and like-minded audience can be just as effective.

Many of you might be struggling with low engagement on your posts. One possibility is that you’re connecting with the wrong people.

Your network should extend beyond friends and family to include individuals who share your interests and business aspirations, those who seek time freedom and wish to enrich their lives.

    3 – Plan Your Content

Plan your content ahead of time.

For years, we were like many busy moms, scrambling to prepare content at the last minute.

But planning your content in advance is a game-changer, and we can’t stress this enough.

It can be overwhelming when you’re trying to balance multiple tasks, but planning your content ahead will ensure consistency in your business.

It’s crucial to maintain an online presence daily given the crowded nature of newsfeeds. It’s not about posting 20 times a day, but about having a regular, meaningful presence.

This involves planning your posts, stories, and live video topics.

After all, video remains king in the world of content.

Most people fail because they’re living day-to-day. We were doing the same, and it felt overwhelming and exhausting, like we were constantly playing catch-up.

But imagine a day when, despite your best intentions, life throws you a curveball – your kid forgot their lunch at home, or you need to rush to a sudden appointment.

By planning your content ahead, you’re prepared to keep your business running smoothly, regardless of what life throws at you.

    4 – Leverage Group Strategies

The fourth tip is to leverage group strategies.

This is why we love Facebook – it’s unique in offering groups, unlike other platforms like TikTok or Instagram.

Facebook is all about creating communities and building relationships.

Leveraging these groups has been a game-changing strategy for our businesses, helping our teams to duplicate success repeatedly.

It’s simple – no one wants to start a business and be overwhelmed with learning all the bells and whistles before they can start earning.

Groups are an excellent way to present people with the information they’re looking for without overwhelming them with the technicalities.

You’re simply there to support them, pointing them to the right tools and information, answering their questions, and enrolling them as customers or team members.

    5 – Implement Automation

Automation was a lifesaver for us, transforming our businesses and freeing up our time.

No longer were we glued to our phones 24/7.

You may be wondering how some people manage to keep track of all their conversations, comments, and tasks in a day without spending every waking moment on their phone.

    Automation is the answer.

You may be like us, juggling kids and managing a household, thinking you can’t possibly afford to spend all day on your phone.

But with a well-implemented Daily Mode of Operation, pre-planned content, and automation, you won’t have to.

In fact, there are days where we spend very little time on our phones because we’ve automated many processes in our business, including recording videos ahead of time.

This wasn’t possible when we first started our businesses – we remember going live for days before we started taking weekends off.

But today, thanks to automation, you can manage your time much more efficiently.

We can now prerecord live video content. One tool we recommend is StreamYard, which is free, though you can upgrade for more features if you wish.

You can schedule your live video to be streamed at any time you want.

So, if you have 20 minutes to spare on a Sunday or in the evening, you can create a couple of videos and schedule them to be published.

This means you can focus on other tasks while your content is being published automatically.

Imagine prerecording two or three videos on a Sunday and scheduling them to go out on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You’ve then taken care of your posts for three days and only need to create content for a few more days. It’s straightforward and efficient.

The key to success in this realm is consistency.

It’s not about how good you are; that will come with practice. It’s about showing up every day and posting regularly.

This is where most people fail.

Consistency is also key for triggering the AI algorithm on social platforms. If you go days without posting and then post, the algorithm won’t push your post because you haven’t been active.

We also use an app called LeadMagicX. It’s attached to our Facebook Messenger and allows us to communicate with many people at once, as if we were having one-on-one conversations. It also automates birthday messages, which we pre-write, so they’re still personal.

The app helps keep our messenger conversations organized, so we can keep track of our prospects and leads.

It may sound too good to be true, but we love this tool, and so does everyone in our community.

    Want To Accelerate Your Business?

    Everybody wants momentum, right?

You’re never going to go without problems.

But let’s talk about how you get there.

Building Actively on Social Media: Reaching Out

Have you ever fallen into management mode?

We’ve been in management mode more than once, and once you hit management mode, guess what happens?

    Your team stops working.

They don’t want a boss; they want somebody who is on the same level as them! They want to lock arms and work together.

So, the first tip on how to gain momentum in your network marketing business is that you go first.

You need to evaluate, are you in management mode?

And if you’re in management mode, you need to get out of it!

To do this, you need to schedule active and passive ways of building your business on social media.

An active way would be having people on social media that already know, like, and trust you. You would reach out to one of these people with messages like…

“Hey, I’m working on this incredible project. I would love to work with you and I would love to jump on a zoom and see what that might look like. Does Friday or Saturday work for you?”

You are actively building your business when you jump on that call by sharing a little bit about the business.

But we don’t want you to be the tool, we only want you to share a little bit about your story, what you are excited about, and then ask them if it sounds like something they would want more information about.

If they do, you send them to the tool! Don’t become the tool.

Make sure you are teaching people and you are moving forward in a duplicable way.

So go first then evaluate, get an active way to build your business.

Building Actively on Social Media: Schedule Events for your Business

The other active way that you can build your business is schedule times when you are holding your own events for your business.

A couple of years ago when we were actively enrolling and we were actively bringing customers, we were in this place where our team was not really in momentum.

How do you get that back?

What you can do is schedule time in your calendar and create a customer event where you talk about the business, and get customers and people to come in.

    We call them Customer Blitz.

The fastest way to revive people in your business is to bring new blood in.

So, schedule a time for those personal events.

You can also schedule a specific sneak peek.

Pick 30 to 50 people and love on them on social media. Then invite them to the event and share a little bit about the business, your story and what you love.

    Then follow up with people.

This will start to build momentum as you start to enroll more people. And your team will start doing what you are doing!

But the biggest mistake that you can ever make is falling into management mode and stop personally building your business!

    Consistency is Key

    You need to get consistent.

Get consistent on social media with your content, live videos, serving other people.

You can create different content that you post on different days, making sure that the content fits what you’re doing.

So if you’re in the financial industry, one day your post could be education on financial industry. Another day could be hobbies.

You need content pillars like education, motivation, inspiration and lifestyle! People need to see the behind the scenes of your life.

You also need to get consistent in your follow up.

The money is made in the follow up.

You can do all the work, but if you never follow up with people, you’re not going to have that momentum growing.

And one of the things that you can do is teach your team members how to do this. If you have a small, growing team of new people coming in, you can hold their hand and follow up with them at the same time.

Teach them how to do that on social media.

    Processes and Comparitis

To gain momentum in your network marketing business, you need to understand a process.

When somebody enrolls in your team, what do they do next?

Get them in, get them excited, get them believing!

And put that down on a Google doc.

Have it in a Facebook group.

But it’s got to be simple. People are looking for simple, quick, and fun.

A bonus tip for you, stop with Comparitis.

You’re going to see people come into your business. You’re going to see people that enroll below you, and you’re going to see them rank advance.

And this may happen even though you’ve been there longer, and you’ve been working your tail off.

The fastest way to kill your business is to compare yourself to others.

Instead, compare yourself to where you were yesterday and remind yourself that their page 20 might be your page 200.

    Finding Your Perfect Prospect

If you are experiencing crickets and nobody’s commenting on your business-related posts, stop trying to convince everyone that they need your products or opportunity.

    Not everyone is your prospect.

We were shocked when we first heard this because for years our uplines were preaching that everyone is your prospect.

Don’t prejudge anyone, don’t make any assumptions. Everyone is your prospect. Go reach out to every person and give them opportunity to know about what you’re offering.

But it soon becomes a very daunting process when you get a ton of rejection, and you feel like you’re just wasting your time.

For example, everyone has a skin, so why wouldn’t they want to have better skin?

But in reality, although some people have problems, they may not be aware of them.

Sometimes if you try approach someone with weight loss products but they don’t think they need to lose weight, they will get offended.

As well as this, some people know that they need to lose weight, but they’re not willing to do anything about that.

It’s not up to you to decide whether they need your products/opportunities, it’s up to them.

And only a small percentage of people out there are looking for similar solutions to what you are offering.

Instead of chasing everyone and trying to convince them that your product is the best in the world, what you should be focusing on is spending all your energy on finding the people who already actively aware and looking for the solutions that you are offering.

They might not be aware of your solution, but they’re looking for similar solutions.

There are thousands, even millions of people who are already doing that.

You just need to figure out where they hang out on social media.

And we have tons of trainings about that inside of Beach Boss Influencers on how to attract those people to you.

    Stop Posting About Your Products/Opportunities

Stop constantly posting about how good your products/opportunities are!

It’s okay to do it occasionally, but some network marketers do it all the time because that’s all they know how to do.

Posts like this make sense to you, but to the person that’s reading your post they’ll most likely be thinking “good for you” and then scroll on.

And you don’t want that. You want those people saying, “can you tell me more about it?”

So, stop bragging about your products or opportunity and start focusing on figuring out what your perfect prospects pains and desires are.

Let’s say you have a skincare product that helps people with acnes scars.

Any person with acne scars will not be your perfect prospect!

Some people will be at peace with their scars and may not want them covered.

Your perfect prospects will be those with acne scars that are already looking for products to help with these.

What are your perfect prospects problems?

Maybe they having a wedding coming up.

Maybe they haven’t yet found a life partner because they have very low self-confidence. They think they’re not attractive and if they get rid of their facial acne scars, they will attract their desired partner.

Or maybe they can’t leave the house without wearing makeup and feel embarrassed that people notice they have on a lot of makeup.

So, there are people out there who will pay anything to be helped.

Figure out what those pains are, what those struggles are, and how you can make those people feel.

Express these in your posts and those people are going to find you and they’re going to start asking you for more information.

It’s a very powerful marketing strategy.

The Language of your Perfect Prospects

You need to learn your perfect prospect’s language.

There are people out there who are actively looking for your products and solutions, you need to know their pains and desires. But you also need to speak their language.

Going back to the acne scar example, what are some verbiages that are relevant to only this group of people?

Maybe it’s Accutane itchiness, dryness, prescription drugs, dermatologist visits?

All this language is only specific to that group of people.

When you learn how to speak their language and the lingo that’s associated with them, they will know you are able to have a deeper connection with them.

You know exactly what they’re going through, and you are the one who is willing to show up and help them.

You will no longer be seen as just another salesperson of the company that has millions of distributors who sell exact same thing.

Instead, you show them that you are a person who knows something that they don’t know. You have something that can help them, and you are the person they need to be following.

They need to be reaching out and asking you all the questions.

What You Can be Posting Online

Firstly, you need to educate people on some of the reasons behind what problem they’re facing and how to prevent them.

You could also post some maybe natural remedies that can help people with their problems.

What things to avoid, what ingredients to look out for in the product, etc.

You then become an expert by sharing those tips and advice.

Secondly you can share very powerful posts where you share parts of your journey, even if it wasn’t totally successful journey!

People don’t want to see perfection.

They want to see a real person who has been going through what they’re going through right now, who’s been in their shoes, who has been authentic and unfiltered on social media!

They’re going to listen to you.

If you can share with them parts of your journey, what you’ve been doing to solve their problem, what solutions you have tried and what was your experience with it, that’s all they need to know.

    Before Network Marketing

Could you share a little bit about your background before network marketing?

Before network marketing, I was a Black Hawk instructor pilot in the military for 20 years.

After I retired and had raised my two daughters to be grown and independent, I got into real estate.

I had done several different network marketing companies in the past, but had no intention of getting back into it until one fell into my lap. I’ve been with my current company for almost two years now.

I also just renewed my membership with the 7-Figure Influencer at the end of March.

Lorie’s Biggest Struggles Before Joining Beach Boss Influencers

Before joining Beach Boss Influencers, what were some of the biggest challenges you faced in your network marketing business?

One of the biggest frustrations I had was using lists.

I had a stack of lists on my desk for my warm market, cold market, etc. But I couldn’t get consistent with them, and I felt like I was hitting the same people over and over again.

It made me feel uncomfortable and inauthentic.

I had some initial success, but then it fizzled away, and I felt like I wasn’t progressing. I needed something different.

I recently had a conversation with a friend who is interested in joining my business. She mentioned a mutual friend of ours who joined my business about a year ago but did nothing with it.

Our mutual friend said that she joined to help me out, which frustrated me because she joined for the wrong reasons.

I don’t recall ever telling her that I needed her help to earn X, Y, and Z because I’m trying to have quality people on my team who want to run a business.

Maybe she joined out of obligation or because she loves me, but it’s a pretty hefty investment, and it’s not like we have a $50 sign-up fee.

You can’t sustain your business like that. If people are only doing it to support you, they will leave after a year.

You need people who are joining you for the right reasons. It’s worse to sign someone up and have them quit a few months later than to not sign them up at all.

As someone from a military background, I have a different view and feel for my team than other people might.

In the military, it was always “you’re only as strong as your weakest link.” We would focus on our 80% because our 20% were good to go.

It’s a different vibe in network marketing because you’re focusing on your producers. I can’t force someone to be motivated, but I do try to incentivise and encourage.

However, sometimes that does nothing, and I’ve put good incentives out there, but I can’t force anyone to be happy.

They have to make that decision to get up in the morning and do the work.

In the military, people volunteer, but they’re also paid for it. If they don’t perform, it could be life or death.

It’s a completely different mindset from network marketing, which is more of a volunteer army.

With network marketing also, people tend to have a job. Most of them have a job or their spouse has a job or they have money coming in from somewhere.

They catch a vision to maybe have a different life, but they don’t understand the iron that they’re going to have to walk through to really build it.

And when it gets hard, a lot of people quit.

The Power of Automation in Network Marketing

So, as a leader, what is that thing that you can do instead to get people to stick around longer?

Well, one of the things that I’ve done is I’ve used automation.

I have a team page and as soon as they’re into the team, they get launched on the guides and I’m giving them good, clear direction.

And I think that is essential because otherwise they’re grasping at straws.

And having this automation set up and the team system set up, what has that done for you as a leader?

Some of the systems that Beach Boss Influencers have provided have been amazing, LeadMagicX in particular!

    That is my favorite tool.

At a click of a button I am able to send 40, 50, 60 instant messages which is amazing.

We just had some new products that came out and I was able to send messages like, “Hey Jane, I’m so excited to let you know that we just had this new flavor come out and it’s awesome.”

And whilst that’s sending, I can do something else to grow my business instead of having to copy and paste until Facebook shuts me down.

I also use LeadMagicX for my customer blitz that I do every month and keep that nice and organized.

And it’s not just one industry focused! It can be applied to any business.

    Learning and Implementing Duplicable Systems

Do you find that your downline is starting to implement what you’ve learned in Beach Boss Influencers?

I’ve been helping them to get consistent on a DMO and especially with social media posting and creating posts and questions that attract people rather than repel them.

For example, don’t put the product all over your page a hundred times a day.

But I still see people doing it, so I tell them to go look at their upper leaders stories. Go look at their pages. Do you see that all over theirs?

    No.

There are people that are successful in network marketing doing some of the stuff that they’re teaching to their teams, like sending DMs to a lot of people, or posting their products all over their pages.

But if you have influence, it’s going to work for you.

98% of us don’t have that.

Which is why we need duplicatable systems.

It’s nice to know that the system is in place.

Not that I don’t want to help them, but there’s going to be a point to scale where I’m not going to have enough time to handle the amount of people that are joining the team.

I need them to be trained, but there’s only so many hours a day, only so much of me.

We’re not trying to create robots having that duplication system in place, but we want them to be able to see themselves doing it down the road.

I remember when I was in another company selling another product and I would do these elaborate displays at these home parties.

And I was so proud of them. But I had a leader tell me that I was defeating my own recruiting efforts.

And I didn’t know what she meant because I thought my displays were beautiful.

And they were, but that was the issue. People saw these displays and instantly thought that they couldn’t do it themselves, so they were no longer interested.

So once I scaled it down and made it simple, things got on fire again.

The same holds true with the trainings that we have in the 7-Figure Influencer roadmap, it’s simple.

You couldn’t make it any easier to understand.

I love that you kept your videos nice and short. You might have five videos in one section, but they were short enough to where it kept my attention to where I was.

The same applies then when you create the system for your team, keep it simple.

    Keep it short.

Keep it durable that anybody thinks that they can do it.

And the beauty in what you can achieve with setting up your system is it identifies those leaders, identify those people who deserve your time.

How the 7-Figure Influencer Program Can Help You

If you could leave those reading with one big piece of advice, what would that be?

I would definitely say join one of your programs!

    I joined off an ad.

I was very skeptical and when I had the call about which program to go, it was a difficult decision for me to step up into the 7-Figure Influencer program.

I knew it was a lot to chew, but I don’t regret it for a single second.

I have three coaching calls a week, I have six different coaches, a tech person, a branding person, all that is invaluable.

At the last convention that I attended, some people talk about receiving training by this person or another person.

And I’m thinking, how many people do you think are going to be in that room when you’re doing that training on that Zoom. 30, 40, 60 maybe?

In the 7-Figure Influencer program, I have the direct attention of these coaches.

There’s at most maybe 12 people in a room. And if you can’t be there, you submit your question, they will answer it and you can watch the replay.

Not once do I not feel noticed, known, attended to.

It has been the best investment ever.

I felt like my hand has been held when it needed to be held, but then when it was time for me just to do the work, I was given a kick up the butt.

And now, the last bit of building my funnel all came at once. My ads are running, and now I’m looking at doing the licensed funnel.

Let’s talk about the tech side of it too. You get one-on-one tech calls and they’ll guide you through it and you’ll be sharing your screen and they will make sure that your funnel is perfect and that everything’s firing correctly.

Also the community that we have in 7-Figure Influencer is incredible.

I’ve made so many good friends and we cheer for each other.

There’s no nonsense when you go to your call, you will held accountable for what you do, or don’t do, for your business.

So I would just say put your fears aside.

    Take the leap.

You will definitely not regret it because the skillsets that you will learn in this, it’s going to take you years to learn it and tons of money to learn it from somebody else.

And you probably won’t get the same results.

They will love on you like you can’t imagine.

So don’t hesitate. Just jump in and do it. That would be my biggest advice.

In this blog post, we’ll be discussing three proven ways to find the right people for your network marketing business using social media.

    Identifying Your Ideal Prospect

Identifying your ideal prospect is the foundation of any successful network marketing business.

It’s important to know who you want to target and what they’re looking for in a product or opportunity.

This means understanding their interests, what gurus they follow, and what products they’ve tried in the past.

Knowing this information allows you to tailor your approach and create content that speaks directly to their needs and wants.

By understanding your ideal prospect, you can create a strategy that attracts the right people to your business.

For example, if your ideal prospect is someone who’s interested in weight loss, you can create content that’s related to weight loss products, nutrition, and exercise.

You can also target influencers in the weight loss industry and create content around the products they’re promoting.

By understanding your ideal prospect, you can create a targeted approach that attracts the right people to your business.

This means you’ll be more likely to attract people who are genuinely interested in what you have to offer, and who are more likely to become customers or team members.

Proven Way #1: Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Search engine optimization, or SEO for short, is a powerful tool that network marketers can use to attract their ideal prospects.

When used correctly, SEO can help you reach a larger audience and connect with people who are interested in what you have to offer.

After identifying your ideal prospect, the first step is to use Google to identify the keywords and language they use.

This means using Google to search for the products, services, and topics that your ideal prospect is interested in.

By doing so, you can get a better understanding of the language they use and the search terms they’re likely to use when looking for information online.

Once you’ve identified these keywords and language, the next step is to create content on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube that uses those keywords to attract your ideal prospect.

This means creating value-based content that’s related to the topics your ideal prospect is interested in.

For example, as mentioned if your ideal prospect is interested in weight loss, you can create content that’s related to weight loss products, nutrition, and exercise.

You can use keywords such as “weight loss tips,” “healthy eating,” and “exercise routines” to attract people who are searching for information on these topics.

By creating value-based content, you become an authority figure that your ideal prospect will follow.

This means creating content that provides value and helps your ideal prospect solve their problems or achieve their goals. By doing so, you become someone who they trust and look to for guidance.

As a result of using SEO, your content will be put in front of your ideal prospect, and they’ll be more likely to engage with you.

This means liking and commenting on your content, following you on social media, and potentially becoming a customer or team member.

Proven Way #2: Hashtags on TikTok

TikTok has become one of the most popular social media platforms in recent years, and it’s quickly becoming a go-to platform for network marketers.

One of the unique features of TikTok is its use of hashtags to put content in front of users who have shown an interest in a specific topic.

As a network marketer, you can use hashtags specific to your niche, company, or service to attract your ideal prospect.

This means using hashtags that are related to the products or services you’re promoting, as well as the interests and needs of your ideal prospect.

However, it’s important to note that simply using hashtags isn’t enough.

If you want to be successful on TikTok, you need to provide value to your audience. This means sprinkling value-based content in between all of your selling videos.

The key is to create a balance between selling and providing value.

If you only post selling videos, your followers will quickly lose interest and may even unfollow you.

By providing value-based content, you’ll attract the right people for your business.

This means creating content that provides value and helps your ideal prospect solve their problems or achieve their goals.

By doing so, you become someone who they trust and look to for guidance.

    Proven Way #3: Facebook Groups

Facebook is one of the most widely used social media platforms in the world, and for good reason.

It’s a great way to connect with people and build relationships. For network marketers, Facebook groups can be a goldmine.

After identifying your ideal prospect, you can find Facebook groups they’re a part of.

This means finding groups that are related to the interests, needs, and goals of your ideal prospect.

Once you’ve found relevant groups, it’s important to connect with the right people in those groups.

This means providing value, sharing testimonials, and building real, genuine connections.

It’s not about friending everybody in the group, but rather building relationships with those who are interested in what you have to offer.

Sharing testimonials can also be a powerful way to build credibility and trust.

It’s important to note that Facebook groups should not be used solely for promoting your business. Instead, focus on building relationships and providing value.

This means sharing helpful tips and advice, asking questions, and participating in conversations.

By doing so, you’ll attract the right people to follow you and your content.

This can help you build a strong following and ultimately grow your business.

    The Importance of Funneling Prospects

Once you’ve identified your ideal prospect and attracted them to your social media content, the next step is to have a place to funnel them.

A Facebook group can be an excellent option for this purpose.

By creating a Facebook group, you have a platform to hard sell, share company and product information, and automatically follow up with those people who have shown an interest in what you have to offer.

This can be a great way to create momentum and excitement for people to want to work with you.

It’s important to note that while Facebook groups can be an effective way to promote your business, they should not be used solely for selling.

Instead, focus on building relationships with your members and providing them with value.

This means being an active member of the group, engaging with your followers, and providing helpful content.

    Want To Accelerate Your Business?

Finding the right people for your network marketing business can be a challenge, but by following these three proven ways, you can attract the right prospects to your business.

Remember to identify who your ideal prospect is before using these methods, and always provide value-based content to keep your followers engaged.

With a little effort and persistence, you can grow your network marketing business and reach new heights.
